The quality of toiletries, the free buffet breakfast and parking, the later checkout, the shower and bath facilities, the scrub Turkey building his nest next to a busy road!

The pillows were too soft, the fridge was not cold enough, the parking was included in the price but no one advised us that you needed a voucher from front desk when leaving otherwise you have to pay ( charging us $44 for 17 hours parking @ $20/day!?). This is a scam. Someone at the front desk is hoping we just pay and leave without question. Then they will pretend the customer has come back in to get the voucher or asked for their money back. Using the voucher to take money from the till, and putting the money in their pocket. Just thought you should know! Otherwise he would have told us about the voucher at check out.

Staff were extremely friendly and professional during my stay. The bed was comfortable, size of the room was good and kept clean with the daily room service, and shower pressure was nice. While location was prime with Macquarie Centre within 5 min drive and food options within the mall had a good variety, it'll take a little longer to get to the city, but that isn't a concern as we were driving. Carpark spaces were sufficient and because it comes in the room package, this was very welcomed. Overall, my family had a comfortable stay and will recommend this accommodation option to anyone in the area. It was named Marriott Courtyard, during my stay. Surprised to see that they changed management to Crowne Plaza.

Breakfast options and taste could be improved.

Room was clean and not cramped for three people. The beds were comfortable and air-conditioner perfect for the very hot weather we were experiencing. Front desk were very welcoming, chatty and helpful (battery missing in the remote for the TV was replaced quickly and 2nd car booked into carpark without an issue late at night). We had the a-la-carte menu for breakfast and it was delicious and brought out quickly.

I shared the room with my teenage daughter and young adult son. Having an opaque glass wall between the bathroom and living area is a great idea to get light into the bathroom. However, having a shower at night time, after a long hot day, became an issue as the bather lacked privacy with the light on in the bathroom. The light off in the bathroom could then potentially be a safety issue...

The place is pretty modern, clean, with comfy bed and the staff really really nice.

No free parking, to leave and come back again in car you need to attend Concierge again with pre-paid parking. No minibar in room, no hot chocolate (coffee blacktea and greentea bags only), not even a water pincher for cold water. The walk to the local restaurants across the road is actually just on the annoying side of not close enough. So I took multiple trips that night up and down... toiletries supplied aren't the best, and it happened to be a day when I forgot to bring mine.

Location easily accessible to transport, and to where we were visiting.

No top sheet. Who has decided it is a trend to only have a doona for a top cover. It's summer. All many of us want is a top sheet, but a doona only is ridiculous in our summer climate. It's a horrible trend which means we had poor sleep. Instead of what should have been a pleasant break. All else was great. It's the only reason for imperfect ratings, plus someone else's mascara on one of the pillow cases, not a nice thing to experience.

The gentleman at the reception was great. The staff at the restaurant were very courteous. Food was great, rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Shopping centre and public transport are close by, and so the hotel is well located

The room wasn’t cleaned on one of the days during our stay but this was fixed the following day. Each time the cleaning staff closed the wash basin water drain plug and we had to unplug it.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. Gym area was a big plus. The room were comfy and clean. The variety of breakfast selection were superb. The barista made a really good coffee - we enjoyed our strong cappuccino / latte every morning. We stayed here for 5 days (4 nights), so it was an enjoyable experience.

Parking area; if you could move your mini-bus elsewhere that would be great. It was a bit hard to maneuver my car when I parked closed to where the mini-bus was parked. The parking easement were full of bottles and rubbish during the 3 days of our stays, but it was cleaned on the 4th day or the last day of our stay. We always experienced a lack of towel in our bathroom. We're party of 4; and we always had 3 towels and one day we only had 2 towels in the bathroom. We had to call the housekeeping or go to the reception to ask for an extra one. One day, we also experienced a no-toilet tissue at all in the bathroom after the room was cleaned. The housekeeping must had forgotten it.

We were in Sydney for Taylor Swift concert at Accor Stadium, hotel has a fantastic location within a quiet business park close by.Staff were super friendly and helpful and in the Swifty spirit had lucky dips and gift bags for all the guests attending the concert as well as a dedicated bracelet making space complete with all the beads!!! Room was clean, fresh and beds were super comfortable as were the pillows. Easy parking within a secure boom gate. Breakfast was yummy and coffees and hot chocolates made to order. I would definitely stay here again it was an overall great experience.

Some more lighting in the room, however this is a tiny detail, and the lighting is not inadequate but could be brighter.

We liked that the motel was 24hrs concierge. That there was a shopping centre within walking distance. Food options (24hrs Maccas) close by. Overall the room was clean and staff were friendly and willing to help. It was also quiet even though the location is in a busy area.

Would have liked a microwave in the room. Also the shower design put water everywhere so a better design. It was also a bathtub shower which I wasn't aware of.

The buffet breakfast is fantastic. Staff are great.

I missed the Baked Beans the last morning, they'd done Noodles & mushrooms instead. A bag went missing, but thankfully a housekeeper person tracked it down. I put the number of towels we need in special instructions, but each stay, the number is short, and I have to ask for more. It was hard to get the dinner order correct over the phone & the last night the plates & cutlery I requested didn't come.
