THE PROPERTY WAS CLEAN AND THE STAFF WAS HALF HELPFUL, WANTED TO KNOW HOW TO RETRIEVE MESSAGES FROM THE ROOM PHONE BUT NOBODY KNEW HOW TO OPERATE THE PHONES, ASKED FOR A FULL SERVIE TO THE ROOM DURING MY STAY AND THE SUGAR SACTEHS WERE MISSING FOR THE TEA/COFFEE AND HAD TO BUY MY OWN THEN UPON RETURNING FROM OUR NEW YEAR'S CELEBRATIONS

WE ASKED FOR ROOMS NEXT TO EACH OTHER AND UPON ARRIVING WE WERE TOLD THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE THAT REQUEST BUT LATER FOUND OUT THAT THERE WAS A SPECIAL REQUEST PUT IN. ALSO ON THE SECOND LAST NIGHT, THE POWER WENT OFF AND LUCKILY WE HAD JUST STEPPED OUT OF THE ELEVATORS OTHER WOULD HAVE BEEN STUCK THERE FOR AN HOUR. WE WERE TOLD THAT THERE ARE NO BACK UP GENERATORS WHICH IS A RISKY PROPOSITION.

The access to Meriton is complicated when trying to reach Macquarie Park shopping centre. The parking floors require more maps or description. My 82 year old mother could not walk there alone in spite of hotel telling them it was only a five minute walk. They said one taxi driver was impolite because it was such a short ride. 2 different charges. The other was called by the Meriton staff and was very helpful on their behalf dropping them at a good entrance. The only recommendation for cafes from Meriton was in the shopping centre. There are some good student cafes in te park next door I heard which would have enabled me on foot to eat casually & bring something simple back to the apartments. Without complicated parking. My parents are from a country area of Bathurst 4 hours away.

The room was a good size for 2 people, king size bed, lounge area, dining area, kitchen with full size fridge. The kitchen facilities were great with tea & coffee making facilties, microwave/convection oven, dishwasher and toaster. The king size bed was fab, great supportive bed with no partner sleep disturbance. The washer & dryer were very handy. Onsite parking was secure, well-lit and clean & tidy.

The room we were designated was directly across from the lift, so it was rather noisy. The bathroom was small, the toilet was small, the shower kept overflowing into the bathroom as the shower screen didn't close properly. There was no extra bedding or spare towels, everything had to be requested. Cleaning was sporadic and then didn't replenish any extras that were first requested or replace used items. We first started with missing items, no bath mat and no butter knives, but guest services were great with organising everything.

Checked in for 7 nights, and I would highly recommend this apartment. excellent customer service, requested an early check-in, and our request was considered as we reached the hotel an hour before our check-in time. The team at Meriton Suites made it possible to have an early check-in as we had an early morning flight, and we got tired of waiting in our rental car for a few hours. Smooth check-in and checkout process, very clean, and all the facilities were available to feel at home while away from home. Would not hesitate to go back again.

Loved this accommodation. Room was clean, shower was great, bed was large. All conveniences covered from cooking & laundry facilities to office space. Was close to shopping center, short walk across road. Hotel amenities were good. Staff friendly.

I didn't like the angle of TV in bedroom. I got a stiff neck from having head turned to side constantly to try to watch TV from bed. Had troubles getting local channels, had to complete auto channel scan. Didn't like only power points in kitchen were under microwave, near sink, this restricted space if using toaster and jug/coffee machine. Was worried about setting of smoke alarm while cooking toast as wasn't near rangehood.

Convenient location, large rooms comfortable, large beds and selection of pillows. Good security, very clean, everything provided to be self contained, nice size balcony and ability to open doors for fresh air, quiet aircon. Good size milk offered instead of those silly plastic tiny cups.

Charging for parking $25 per day, no discount for hospital patients that other hotels offer on either parking or room rate. no face washer, coffee pods not good, very loud men in corridor, fire test forced me out of the hotel when I should have been in quiet and resting.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Meriton Suites North Ryde with my family, and it exceeded our expectations in every way! The suite was impeccably clean, modern, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved our time here and would absolutely stay again. For anyone looking for a comfortable, high-quality stay in North Ryde, Meriton Suites is a top choice. We liked everything!

The facilities within our room was great and loved having an air con. Loved the pool and gym. Was also pretty convenient having a shopping centre and close public transport. Also was great having 24 hrs service. Great wildlife on the balcony.

I hated the walkway/hill to get to the stops and public transport. The blackout wasn't very convenient since people were waiting to go back to their room and to bed, a message could have been sent out to people regarding the issue.

The bed size is amazing! The room is very clean, and the washing machine and dryer are helpful during the visit. The staff is friendly and provides good information about the area.

There were limited coffee capsules in the room, but they were quickly refilled when we requested more. The service was excellent! However, the coffee machine occasionally malfunctions. On one occasion, we even found that the coffee machine in the lobby was dispensing clear liquid instead of coffee.

Very pleasant lobby - smells amazing! Very clean and tidy room with almost no signs of wear and tear. Kitchen facilities are great. The kitchenette is very handy for making a meal. Four people have an excellent level of privacy in the room we stayed in with two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Unfortunately had to use street parking and open air car park as no hotel parking underground was available. However it was very close by, an easy walk and also more economically priced so we didn't mind.
