Crowne Plaza Sydney Macquarie Park by IHG is one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in. The amazing staff checked us in as early as 10 am, which was very considerate. The location is great—right across from McDonald’s, near a shopping mall, and the hotel itself offers safe and convenient parking. We were given a higher-floor room with a balcony and a great view. Our 4-day stay was thoroughly enjoyable. Rooms were cleaned daily, and toiletries were replaced regularly. The service and atmosphere truly made us feel at home. When we visit Sydney again, we’ll definitely stay at Crowne Plaza Sydney Macquarie Park by IHG. Nothing bad to report.

No concerns - loved it.

The quality of toiletries, the free buffet breakfast and parking, the later checkout, the shower and bath facilities, the scrub Turkey building his nest next to a busy road!

The pillows were too soft, the fridge was not cold enough, the parking was included in the price but no one advised us that you needed a voucher from front desk when leaving otherwise you have to pay ( charging us $44 for 17 hours parking @ $20/day!?). This is a scam. Someone at the front desk is hoping we just pay and leave without question. Then they will pretend the customer has come back in to get the voucher or asked for their money back. Using the voucher to take money from the till, and putting the money in their pocket. Just thought you should know! Otherwise he would have told us about the voucher at check out.

I was celebrating my wife's birthday and though the staff forgot to put anything nice for her birthday in the room, the restaurant staff on the day off checkout, after learning it was her birthday offered complimentary muffins and sang happy birthday song for her which made up for the initial ignore. They acted on their feet and made it memorable for her. We have stayed here before when it was run by Marriott and we found our stay pleasant at that time too

Failure to do what they mentioned in their messages initially i.e. the birthday ignore did bother me, not that we are entitled to it but it does set up the expectation

Comfortable beds. Helpful, friendly staff. Easy location to find. As expected from the Crowne Plaza brand.

Buffet breakfast was ok - it missed staff taking care of the presentation of the food and cleanliness of the breakfast area - we had breakfast just before 9am (it stopped at 09:30) and at that time food drips, etc.. were outside the main serving dishes and not wiped down making the area look less professional and presentable. Good range of breakfast options. The breakfast table was not laid with knife, fork, spoon, etc.. i.e. not ready for us to sit at.

Staff were extremely friendly and professional during my stay. The bed was comfortable, size of the room was good and kept clean with the daily room service, and shower pressure was nice. While location was prime with Macquarie Centre within 5 min drive and food options within the mall had a good variety, it'll take a little longer to get to the city, but that isn't a concern as we were driving. Carpark spaces were sufficient and because it comes in the room package, this was very welcomed. Overall, my family had a comfortable stay and will recommend this accommodation option to anyone in the area. It was named Marriott Courtyard, during my stay. Surprised to see that they changed management to Crowne Plaza.

Breakfast options and taste could be improved.

Room was clean and not cramped for three people. The beds were comfortable and air-conditioner perfect for the very hot weather we were experiencing. Front desk were very welcoming, chatty and helpful (battery missing in the remote for the TV was replaced quickly and 2nd car booked into carpark without an issue late at night). We had the a-la-carte menu for breakfast and it was delicious and brought out quickly.

I shared the room with my teenage daughter and young adult son. Having an opaque glass wall between the bathroom and living area is a great idea to get light into the bathroom. However, having a shower at night time, after a long hot day, became an issue as the bather lacked privacy with the light on in the bathroom. The light off in the bathroom could then potentially be a safety issue...

Receptionist was good

Wrong photos , there was no balcony in room we booked king bed , I inquired said it shows balcony in ur ad , they said it’s incorrect ad . Also one male staff ( South American I guess ) said breakfast not included, i showed him ad and receipt of booking website , still we won’t let us in , so i made complain about him at reception . Flush was leaking so i told reception , said it will service after 10 am , all night flush was leaking water and making noise .

Hard floor, no carpet... made it feel super clean Staff were super nice and helpful. Brekkie was great. Very comfy stay altogether.

Glass window wall in shower made it awkward as everyone in the room could see your shadow while showering. Also, we chose to not have our room made up each morning, however there weren't extra rubbish bags or toilet paper provided. Also, the room held 4 but only 2 cups/ mugs were provided

The place is pretty modern, clean, with comfy bed and the staff really really nice.

No free parking, to leave and come back again in car you need to attend Concierge again with pre-paid parking. No minibar in room, no hot chocolate (coffee blacktea and greentea bags only), not even a water pincher for cold water. The walk to the local restaurants across the road is actually just on the annoying side of not close enough. So I took multiple trips that night up and down... toiletries supplied aren't the best, and it happened to be a day when I forgot to bring mine.

The room was spacious. The beds were comfortable. The staff were very nice. The hotel itself is walking distance to fast food chains, a mall and the train station.

The breakfast offering is just so-so. They do offer coffee of your choice though so that’s nice. The dining options in the hotel is very limited, with the restaurant opening only a few hours for dinner.
