The best thing - and something that actually surprised me given the very affordable room rate - was the fact that this is a ‘serviced’ property meaning the bed was made; the bathroom and kitchen cleaned; and the towels refreshed each day. Something nice and a treat - thank you! Overall - this is a good property with great staff, it wasn’t busy or crowded, there was no noise from other patrons, the room was a decent size, and there was a full kitchen including dishwasher, washer and dryer in bathroom closet.

It’s not the easiest place to get to by public transport making it expensive in Uber fares. It’s a distance to find simple eats and coffee let alone a meal. It rained all three days so luckily, the front desk had umbrellas on hand. Thank you

The Studio Property, had a kitchen, bathroom, one bed and, A small table, everything was clean and convenient, because of the kitchen, I could get food from the shops and go back to cook the meal, or microwave a frozen meal, the location was average, maybe a bus stop, closer to the hotel, would be nice, instead of walking 800m down the road especially in wet weather conditions, shelter could also be beneficial linking the bus tops to the hotel, and more blankets need to be stored in the wardrobes, so guests can have more blankets to keep themselves warm, especially during winter time. But all in all, great place, would recommend it to solo travellers like myself. It’s cheap and convenient. Thanks Question Mascot for your help to making my trip more better.

Room was clean, windows were shining, shower flow rate was wonderful, washing machine and dryer were available. Bed was comfortable. Furniture style was adequate for family with young children. Walking distance of 10-15 minutes to train station and cafes.

It was winter in Sydney and the outside temperature was 8 degrees Celsius; however, the heater of room 701 was not heating in the second night of our stay. Informed the reception about that problem but they didn't have someone to check and resolve it as it was during the weekend. Also, windows blinds didn't function properly.

Everything was exceptional at Quest Mascot. The Serviced Apartment / Premises is located very close to Domestic Airport as well as International Terminal which is a couple more km away from domestic. The Property is new , plush , clean and very well maintained. The staff at the reception and the others around were all very polite , friendly and attended to our requests prompt and immediately. The room was a 1 bedroom , hall combined with a small kitchen besides with all comforts and amenities. Kitchen had all the equipments ,gadgets and accessories needed for cooking and self catering. Cutlery , crockery , Refrigerator , Microwave , Baking Owen , Dishwasher , Washing Machine, Dryer , Electric Kettle ,Iron Board and Box etc. Also Wi-Fi was working great and no issues whatsoever with the network. Bed quality, mattress , pillows, cushions , blanket , sofa were all of the best quality and freshness. Comfortable sleep quality and the bathroom was clean and fresh with plenty of Bath towels , short towels ,high quality body wash, shampoos and conditioners. Also quite pleasantly they provided two bottles of water every day which was really needed. We had a great view of the domestic airport with flights landing and taking off at very regular intervals and without any noise disturbance or such. Overall very happy with our two short stays at this accommodation for two nights and another night before taking our departure flight back home. Highly recommend QUEST Mascot for all travelers and visitors to Sydney , to stay and enjoy the experience. Good Luck.

May be the second time around, we did not find the blanket and also I suggest them to increase channels and entertainment on the Television.

We had a total of 3 apartments for our family of 7. All apartments very well appointed. Our bed was so comfortable and quality linen. The soundproofing was really good, even when planes started at 6am, not invasive and loud. Blockout blinds made a big difference to sleep quality too. One of my family members in a studio apartment left his key inside his room. After a NY celebration on the harbour, we arrived back at around 2.30am. Was extremely impressed that the After hours number was answered AND the assistance given to obtaining a fob key from the lock box to access his room - brilliant! Great service from arrival to end.

Noted that no washing machine in the room - communal (although complimentary) ground floor. I think it would be great to have a washing machine in the apartment, but do understand that is costly and potentially only valuable for long-stay clients

The lady at the front desk was helpful and friendly, even though there was some confusion in our group about what rooms we’d actually booked. She was very patient with us as we tried to figure out what we’d done! Housekeeping were also great and promptly came and opened an interconnecting room for us. I also appreciated that they’d made the effort to fold up a blanket and put under the sheet in the portacot for extra cushioning and comfort for our toddler (portacots are not very well padded or comfortable usually!) The shuttle bus was also a huger convenience and easy to book through reception. Location was close to airport, so very convenient. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed.

The reception foyer had leaves blown in on the floor that were there in the afternoon when we left for dinner and were still there in the morning when we left on the shuttle. Just looked a little untidy. No on-site restaurant, so had to walk a couple of blocks to another hotel for dinner.

We stopped here after coming from England to Sydney to recover from jet lag in our first day and it was exactly what we needed! Kitchen facilities, super clean and amazingly comfy bed. Perfect for what we wanted. We were able to check in slightly earlier than normal check in, the hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating and allowed us to store our bags with them prior to check in. Nice city view and Macdonalds and kfc nearby. 15 min walk to some Sydney airport terminals which meant we did not need to get a taxi back to the airport and had a nice stroll in the morning. Shampoo and conditioners smelt amazing too!!

The space of the room was great, enough room for my partner and our infant daughter. Staff were very friendly. The room was nice and clean and well presented. There was quite a bit of nearby street parking (3H) which was great for parking before getting our parking space.

Not a major dislike: The location is great for the airport (which we were not there for), however, it was a little far from the shops, and the train station. Not too bad though, only a 12 minute walk. That said, it is very convenient for being in Sydney without being in the thick of the CBD.

The room was very comfortable and clean, with kitchen utensils and a full fridge, plus washing machine and dryer in the bathroom. We were travelling the next day from Sydney Airport with a toddler and it was a perfect room for that - we could cook food for our child and we also walked about 15 minutes to the Woolworths and restaurants for dinner in Mascot. Check in was super easy and there was always an attentive and polite staff member at the front desk

Cleanliness

It’s a cold weather and the room was very cold. Tried to adjust the aircon to make the room warm but it never happened. It Might be under the control of management. First stay thought it might be aircon issues but 2nd time also faced the same issue and sleep was totally disturbed. Old mattress in the bedroom I guess so the bedding was uneven which caused back pain. Carpark is little too small for big vehicles which makes parking very tough
