Hotel was accessible, close to train station, supermarket, airport and good restaurants. i love the pool and gym which was clean and well maintained. i always ask to stay at Level 3 as i go to the pool and gym twice daily. they try to accommodate.

housekeeping is unreliable. in my past 3 visits, they miss giving out at least 1 item each time i get the room or when the room is cleaned for example toiletries, dishwashing liquid, towels

Loved this hotel! The communication with them was easy and timely. The location superb, a few yards away from a grocery store and the subway and amazing restaurants. I felt super safe walking at all hours. Super clean! Not a hair in the bathroom, not a stain in the towels or sheets. And I am picky. Great gym, clean. Steam room was amazing. Pool was a bit cold for me but the hot tub was wonderful. Washer and dryer a HUGE plus. Kitchen had everything I needed and more. They have parking ($) and can shuttle you to the airport ($10). Shower was hot and great water pressure. Bed was super comfortable and great pillows. Loved their shampoo and conditioner and soap.

Have stayed here twice now and hands down this is my go to for any sort of near airport and train line accommodation - lovely facilities, easy walk to train and supermarket ( including a JJ Asian supermarket that has all sorts of ready to eat fresh Indo/Thai/Malay meals!!!!) Self contained is fabulous when travelling, nothing nicer than not only being able to have a bit of luxury with spa/ sauna/pool as well as practical stuff eg washer/dryer

Room was a little musty - was on a lower floor. But, had a great little balcony, could air the space nicely! Would have stayed longer if not on such limited time... I will be back

The location from both the Airport and Mascot Train Station are excellent, along with Woolworths Supermarket and numerous Asian Restaurants. Having an Apartment with facilities and space is always a bonus. We used the T8 train everyday to go into the CBD and out to Bowral and Mittagong. I would advise not to use the T8 Train over the weekend out to Bowral and Mittagong as the train service is un predictable with servicing of train lines seem to happen over the weekend. We would stay at this Meriton Suites Central another time because of space and location.

It took us awhile to find out why there was so much noise in our room on arrival. After investigating it was the switch to the overhead range hood. As we weren’t going to use the gas top we switched it off eventually, terrible coming on early hours of the morning. Housekeeping is not attended to very often. Coffee Pods were never replaced, towels on our last night. We would like to have a place to take our rubbish to instead of it accumulating.

The location is best. Close to train station, airport, shopping centre, cafes and asian supermarket. The room is clean and comfortable but in the early morning some noise from outside

They did not provide some stuffs, we must ask to receptionist for that. This 5 stars hotel must provide 2 pairs of slippers and iron without asking. Then when i ask for the slippers, they said they run out of stocks. Then when i asked also for blanket we have to wait for bit long time and the blanket has hair on it

The room was great. Getting in and out of the hotel was easy. Staff were lovely professional and polite.

The room service was average. When we checked in on the first day, we discovered the floor was dusty and unmopped, The dryer needed repair, the ironing board was broken, and the shower floor waste was blocked. The maintenance team fixed it upon request. The room service should be more frequent, especially for our stay which was 12 nights.

The location is ideal - 2 minute walk from the train station. The apartments are soundproof enough that you don’t hear the planes, even although the apartments are right next to the airport. The room we stayed in was clean and offered Kevin Murphy shampoo/conditioner which I thought was great.

The bed! Our bed was two uncomfortable singles pushed together. We should have asked to switch the first night as by the end of the stay both our backs were hurting

We had a perfect time In a spacious, clean & comfortable apartment. Kitchenette was well equipped and all the utensils and appliances were clean . Dishwasher, cleaning detergents n wash cloths were provided too! Guest services were helpful on check in and out & prompt in responding to requests for toiletries and other essentials top up in-between cleaning service. Room was quiet despite being so near the airport . Location was excellent , with many eateries, Woolworth n Mascot train station within 5 mins walk.

More hangers and a drying rack would be very helpful to air the laundry ☺️ else we had a wonderful stay and would return on our next trip to Sydney.

Always good size big room big bed small balcony never enough sugar and never a water jug ?

Rooms were good

My wife was caught and fell hurting herself in the rotary door and no staff member was even in the vicinity another guest that was checking out helped us outside of the door These doors are meant to stop automatically if someone is caught in them so that what happened to wife being thrown out of the door is not supposed to happen on returning to Perth my wife will have to have scans on her leg and arm. Not very happy about this insident
