checking into our room 411, we discovered our bathrooms were not to cleaning standard, IRIS from reception apologised and appointed another room within a matter of 10mins from checking in. We could not fault her professional empathy as she navigated our disputes. We were very happy with our experience here.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Meriton Hotel, and my experience was nothing short of exceptional. Booked a three bedroom apartment and it fit our group perfectly. So much space indoors and outdoor on the verandah and all 3 bedrooms had their own access to it as we were on the second floor. Loved that there was a garden area just outside our room too and we were on the same level as the gym and pool. We called to have an early check-in which they were able to give us as we flew in early that morning. Hotel is also close to cafes, restaurants and grocery stores. Love that the hotel was a 5min drive from the Sydney airport. Also about a 5min walk to the Mascot train station - get an opal card cheaper than buying a single train ticket and you can buy it from any grocery store even at ezy mart. And about a 15-20min drive to the opera house depending on traffic. We all loved our accommodation and would highly recommend to anyone

Highly recommend to catch the train or Uber not a taxi because they will charge you way more - we got charged $40 just for the 5min drive from the airport to the hotel which was crazy.

The hotel was sparkling clean, it was pristine and it came at a cost that was very affordable.

The only thing is that the staff can do a better job of wheeling the bellboy trolley, in cases where guest has a significant luggage is called customer care. Sometimes when guest arrive from long flights, they are exhausted and all that stuff. A little courtesy of offering to wheel guest load would make a big difference. At least allow the guest first right of refusal. I have travelled to other places in the world and in other society, the hotel staff even as much as offer to support with your luggage. Let alone a whole bellboy trolley

Everything - it was essentially a one-bedroom apartment, fully furnished including a washer and dryer, dishwasher, and refrigerator. We were VERY comfortable and found the staff very accommodating and engaging. It was very close to fabulous restaurants, a grocery store, the Train/Subway for trips into town (and even to/from the airport if we hadn't chosen an Uber). It was a very short Uber ride from the airport, which made it very convenient.

I brought a VoIP phone with me from the U.S. to do some work and leverage the time differences. Meriton outsources its IT support, and the outsourced company was unable to exclude the phone from the wireless captive portal (IYKYK) so the phone couldn't connect to the internet and be useful. The front desk team was very helpful and responsive and tried their best, but the IT company seemed to be ignoring them. This is something I've done successfully in several other hotels, and their IT company let them and me down. I'm not faulting Meriton, but their IT company certainly fell short of my expectations.

Meriton never seems to disappoint. Not out at Mascot anyway. This is the first time I have stayed at 200 Coward Street having spent a lot of time at Jackson Dr. I love this new location and we stay here again for sure. The room was large, clean and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable and I had the luck to have a ground floor unit with a courtyard. As the weather was particularly bad this was a bonus. It faced away from the wind and rain so I had access to fresh air through locked security doors. Spectacular. Very handy to the local Woolworths complex for groceries, takeaway or restaurants. Also walking distance to Mascot Airport and Train Station. Perfect location. Also whisper quiet for a night time.

Nothing. No complaints at all.

Charlotte on check-in and check-out, exceptional! The acommodation is great. In kitchen, all cooking needs beautifully placed in their place, and spotlessly clean. There was a coffee machine and kettle. There was milk, decaf coffee, and tea. The washing machine and dryer are great. The bedroom was comfortable with plenty of storage space. The living/dining room was set up with all our needs. The lighting was excellent, and the heating/cooling was easy to use and set. The bathroom was big enough to not feel squashed, with shelving over the vanity area. Shower worked excellently. Easy walk from Mascot station and also easy access to airport. If there’s next time, I will have no doubt to choose it again.

Almost everything is impressive, including the washing machine, kitchen, staff, and location. The location is particularly wonderful, being close to the train system, which allows me to get into the city easily. Additionally, the neighborhood is very quiet and has a supermarket, which is super convenient.

The bedroom was musty, and there was a lot of dust on the window frames and in the air. However, I wiped the dust from the window frames and opened the windows for a few hours, after which the smell disappeared.

stuff members at the reception desk are so nice, during the days i knew charlotte, iris, chris, they are so nice to help me, tho my language is not so good, they are really patient and tried to understand me, and every time i shared my experience with them, they are happy to listen to and give me feedback so positively, really appreciate that as a newcomer here, if there’s next time , i will have no doubt to choose it again

generally speaking im definitely satisfied with everything, just one thing i think u can improve is the cleaning of the laundry appliances, cuz when i opened it, i find dust and dirt at the edge of lid or door, and that’s really … can’t be neglected, maybe i just care about this

Room was clean, beds were super comfy. Shower nice and hot. Laundry really convenient, was great to wash and dry a load to have all clean clothes before flying. Great location close to the airport, $2 bus trip to the terminal just a short walk to the stop. Pool looked awesome but we didn't get to use it as it was busy when we went down, however we could tell it was nice and hot. Early check out was quick and easy. Wasn't a massive room but we spent the arvo in the city anyway and it was great value for the price.

Couldn't figure out the TV properly, had to sign in with own account to Netflix instead of using a hotel guest account like in other places. However there was a number to phone reception which we didn't use which could have had instructions on how to access it.
