Food was good. Clean. Laundry was great and was easy access.

Taxi was booked the previous day by staff, which was awesome and appreciated. Unfortunately, two turned up and we were told by staff to get in the first one. An argument happened on the street between two taxi drivers and we were told off. My husband doesn't like confrontation so I was left to deal with these two men arguing over me head. The weather at 4:00am wasn't great either.

I really liked the design and size of the room, very practical layout, plugs, and extra objects like a table. The gym was really good as well, very spacious and relatively clean. The location is also really good and you can take advantage of their shuttle service if you plan well but they don't run without reservations so be mindful.

Overall, there is general lack of attention on smaller things like dusty air vents in the bathroom that should be cleaned, dusty curtain and the area between the wall and the ben in a twin bed room, and spiderwebs around the light fixtures in the gym. The breakfast is decent but wouldn't purchase again as it lacked protein options.

Very clean and modern. We were worried about the airport noise but we could hardly hear the planes from our room and it didn’t disturb our sleep. The scrambled eggs were the creamiest I have ever had and the rest of the breakfast food was also good. We highly recommend the Moxy!

Our flight was delayed (not their fault) so we missed the last shuttle to the hotel. However, we were unable to find the shuttle stop anyway. We could not figure out the directions so maybe there is an assumption of where to start? It appeared that we needed to go to a train station perhaps? Not really a problem with Uber easily accessible.

The look, the vibe, the complimentary cocktail, I just loved it. The room was amazing. The food the chicken schnitzel and the dark choclate tart were perfectly cooked. The breakfast was great. I appreciated the airport shuttle. It was one of the best experiences ever. I will be back for sure. I had spent 2 miserable nights at a cheap place and I had to get out of there and blew off my final night, extremely happy I found Moxy online as it was like an oasis in a dream.

It was perfect. I just wish I'd found out about the shuttle from Mascot Station beforehand, it could have saved me an Uber.

Probably one of the coolest hotels around atm. As soon as you walk in your mood will change with the very cool space that incorporates reception, the bar and dining area. Very chill music adds to the vibe, the variety of clientele was a surprise and very kid friendly all in the same space creates a very entertaining experience. Beds are super comfy, the black out window furnishings really appreciated and the shower is lux. Staffed by a young, fun and very efficient staff, this will be my go-to every time I overnight in Sydney from now on. Refreshing, surprising and truly appreciated. Stay for a night or two or go for a drink and experience a hotel doing things differently in the best possible way. Huge kudos to the entire team.

They don’t accept cash which should be made illegal. Also there was sand in my sheets that make me question if they were changed.

If you are on a domestic flight, or are renting a car from the major companies, this is the place to stay!. It's literally an 8 minute walk to the major rental car location, and a 7 minute FREE shuttle ride to the Moxy. The breakfast buffet they offered was standard fare, but really well done. It a great modern, laid back hip vibe, that reminds me of a Citizen M style hotel, but this seemed even better. They maximize the space in the room very well, with chairs and tables that hang up on the wall, that you can take down and fold out. It's concrete, so there is minimal to no noise. The bed was super comfy, medium firm, and the pillows were very decent. We checked in after 11, so there was no food, but this is one of the first places I've stayed that a really well stocked canteen with food, noodle bowls, drinks, confectionary etc. and it didn't break the bank!

We were only overnight, and I wish we had more of a chance to enjoy the atmosphere.

Very interesting decor which we thought was quiet industrial but dine extremely well. The lobby.dining area was well laid out and there was lots of areas to sit weather you were eating or just relaxing with a drink. Very family and child friendly which is great to see and we will keep that in mind when travelling with our young grandchildren

No fridge in the rooms - I get it as not everyone uses them but we didn’t know and we had stuff (cheese & meats) that needed refrigeration but it wasn’t a deal breaker it just meant we ate it all quickly

well designed rooms and services for a good rate, especially for a solo traveller. They really have thought of travellers needs. Arrived after 11pm but got a warm helpful welcome, was able to buy snacks from the ‘pantry’, room aircon was on and good temp. May have a little less space in room than big hotel chains but they’ve been considered about what is useful eg hand garment steamer, hairdryer, water jug, nice (single) armchair, airport shuttle.

More for solo travellers to be aware than a criticism: Whilst I loved the hotel, my flight was after last shuttle so I walked rather than a 5m Uber. It’s not really the hotels fault but at night, the street it’s on is quite dark and unwelcoming. Recommend get an Uber if solo. Maybe something the Moxy can work with council on.

I adore this hotel, this was the third time I have stayed here and I will use it for every time I need to stay near the airport. It's such a funky hotel from the lobby up to the rooms. The beds are comfy with a big tv at the end of it, rooms are kept warm/cool as needed. Restaurant has good food at a reasonable price. Welcome drink on arrival is very much appreciated and the shuttle bus makes getting to the airport a breeze.
