Such a convenient location after a long haul flight and don't want the hassle of dealing with transfers. The room has the basic amenities but with a modern touch, thoughtful layout and clean. Breakfast being included is an added bonus.

Spotlessly clean and functional for a very convenient overnight stay in the international terminal.

Don’t expect windows, hanging space or a chair in the very small room. The en-suite, however, is a decent size with a roomy shower. The extremely comfortable bed is bordered on three sides by walls, so if you’re a couple, one of you has to clamber over the other to get out of bed. Apparently there is a cafe somewhere within the maze of corridors but we didn’t find it and were told the next morning that it closed at 6pm.

First of all, I stayed in this hotel due to an incidence that a domestic flight made me missed my international flight, so I needed to stay as close as possible to the airport to catch the next day first flight. This hotel located inside Sydney Airport. First I said I’d like to book, the lady mentioned high price. I took my time to gather myself from the madness that just happened and checked Booking.com, looking for hotel close to the airport. This hotel came first with price about 40% cheaper than the lady said. I jumped on it and approached her that only 3 steps away. So, here are what I like from this place: 1) Inside the International Airport. You could say STRATEGIC as the Airport directly connected to train station so you could easily go out to the city to cool you down. 2) Cozy bed, extremely clean, all in all … excellent comfort. 3) Total secured 😍 4) Speedy response when I left a note in the way checking out that I need them to email me the receipt to help me deal with a mess the flight caused. 5)Free phone in the room so you could contact/being contacted your family (though I didn’t use it).

1) Very small room (only bed, no furniture). I know it’s inside an airport, but if there’s a small window even though facing hallway (not exterior to see the sky) would be better. Imagine if a Claustrophobia person stay there. 2) Is it possible to set the regular price lower? I got a “take it or leave it” silent attitude from the lady before I checked Booking.com. I bet if I didn’t book that way, she would bill me that high price for only a night. Not taking advantage of anguish in the airport that could happen to anyone, would be so nice.

The bed was comfy, with nice pillows, and the en suite bathroom was “full size” and lovely, with plenty of shelf space for toiletries, etc. Next level soundproofing meant that we were not disturbed by all the airport comings and goings, and we had a great sleep. An added bonus (we paid a little extra on check-in) was use of the Plaza Premium Lounge attached to the hotel, where we could relax and enjoy self-service drinks and hot and cold food dishes. We had a good stay as well as the obvious convenience of the in-terminal location. Would highly recommend for a pre-flight night’s stay.

Check-in took a long time, as the person in charge was finishing off dealing with another matter before getting to us. This was acceptable, however, as hotel reception was sole-charge. The two staff members we met during the course of our stay were professional, friendly, and helpful.

LOCATION!!!! Inside the terminal!! Just a two second walk to the check in gate. As I was travelling at 5am the next morning it made everything so much better!! Food selection as per the usual airport fare- maccas, bakeries and a bar Quiet, peaceful, clean NO windows in the room- no problem for one night Great ensuite

No TV in my room - just a little discriminatory. If you book a double room you get a TV but a lowly solo traveller does not get a TV in a single room. Definitely discrimination and not inclusive I did not need a TV - however I feel it is discriminatory not to have one for single guests

So super convenient. Obviously that's the main idea of the hotel and it's so great to not have to deal with taxis and dramas after a long flight. The room was compact but very clean and comfortable. Free coffee and tea making facilities are provided and they even give you a chocolate bar in your room. I also loved that you get $15 credit to buy a few items from the snack fridge they have (which has options such as yoghurt and muesli, sandwiches, soft drinks and chips). Overall, far better than I expected tbh.

As others have said, it's expensive for what you get and a small fridge in the room would be so helpful.

The location is very convenient, room was exactly as described.

The room was quite warm and there is no individual ac control, staff was able to adjust the temperature and provide a fan.

The place is in the airport, which makes it very easy for early flights. No hussle and bussle with taxi’s in the big city. It’s clean and perfect for 1 day stay. Won’t be cheap, because they know you’ll pay for it because the location is tremendously good for flights.

Didn’t feel super welcome. Felt like just a number or just another customer.

Location is perfect for an early morning flight, it took three minutes to walk to the check-in counter. The room was clean and comfortable. Easy transportation into the city.

No windows - made it feel a little claustrophobic. The walls are pretty thin so it was a little noisy. Water for coffee making was lukewarm :(
