Spotlessly clean and functional for a very convenient overnight stay in the international terminal.

Don’t expect windows, hanging space or a chair in the very small room. The en-suite, however, is a decent size with a roomy shower. The extremely comfortable bed is bordered on three sides by walls, so if you’re a couple, one of you has to clamber over the other to get out of bed. Apparently there is a cafe somewhere within the maze of corridors but we didn’t find it and were told the next morning that it closed at 6pm.

The place is in the airport, which makes it very easy for early flights. No hussle and bussle with taxi’s in the big city. It’s clean and perfect for 1 day stay. Won’t be cheap, because they know you’ll pay for it because the location is tremendously good for flights.

Didn’t feel super welcome. Felt like just a number or just another customer.

Location is perfect for an early morning flight, it took three minutes to walk to the check-in counter. The room was clean and comfortable. Easy transportation into the city.

No windows - made it feel a little claustrophobic. The walls are pretty thin so it was a little noisy. Water for coffee making was lukewarm :(

Well it was exactly what you expect it to be . It is not where you go for a holiday . Just somewhere to sleep before a flight . There is tea and coffee available in the hallway which was nice for the 3 AM wake-up . It was clean and the bed comfy. Only criticism is that the aircon couldn’t be turned down and if they could have put the bed the other way we wouldn’t have had to climb over each other to go to the bathroom . But all good for one short night

Convenient! While sparse (no furniture other than bed and 2 hangers) it really had everything I needed for quick overnight. Loved that it had no windows to facilitate sleeping!

The terminal departure doors are locked at 11pm so when I hit over there from late night domestic arrival (in a different terminal) and Uber driver dropped me at departure level (said he could not pull up to arrivals level) I had to find someone roaming inside to let me in! I had called the front desk but no one answered. It was all fine in the end but a little nerve wracking for a few minutes. Suggest advising how to get in during late night hours.

A hotel IN the airport- that’s 10/10 for location and ease when you have an early flight. Cosy, clean, and classy. Not a thing to complain about (well cost, but they know what they provide). We found it to be quiet and easy to get good rest.

I wouldn’t say I didn’t like it and I understood going in but… you do know these rooms are windowless closets with just enough room for a bed, right? The only thing I would improve upon is finding a way to dull/remove any light from electronics and the gap under the door for those that appreciate true dark.

Way overpriced for what you get!! I did advise over 60 immediate family & friends about the facilities since March 2023 -all were on (a) business flights interstate (b) 6am international flights (c) transit flights domestic/international & vice versa with a long lay over (d) late night arrival domestic & international -needing to drive to final destination in excess of 5 hrs) !! All refused aerotell prices!! Cheaper to book accom 10-15 minutes away @ major hotels + Uber/taxi to & from domestic/international
