I had an overall pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was convenient, and the amenities such as the breakfast and Wi-Fi were great. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, especially during the day.

I did have a less positive experience with one staff member on the night shift. I felt that the service was not as attentive or welcoming during that time, which impacted my overall impression. I hope this can be addressed to ensure all guests feel equally valued at all hours.

Breakfast provided good variety, food replenished quickly with nice hot items. Staff were helpful, friendly and cleared tables efficiently.

Shower recess had mould in corners. Breakfast was very busy and seemed crowded at 8am. Traffic flow around self-service areas particularly around coffee machines. Not enough space for coffee and cereal lines. Very congested and longer queues with large tour group in same area. Larger groups should have separate area. Large tour groups also affected longer wait times for lifts causing delay in meeting our shuttle bus. People without luggage should have used stairs, so people with luggage could use lifts. Also, large tour group (people), their coach and private mini-bus obstructed entire entrance and car turning circle. Causing 20-30miute delays for other guests and access for other shuttle buses and vehicles. No person resolved this congestion.

Bathroom door creaked really loudly (might not seem like a big deal but with 2 kids sleeping next to us and trying to be quiet this woke people up) Breakfast finished at 9:30. At 9:28 the staff were taking food away quite abruptly. We found this comical but warning to others don’t arrive late. They literally turned the toast machine off while my husbands toast was still inside. Airport transfers!! Please note another company is attached to this. They want $12 one way per person. So families would need to pay $48 one way. It’s crazy. We ended up catching the train to domestic and walking. Easy walk and only about 10minutes. Kids were fine.

Room was comfortable and quiet. It was in a good location, very close to the airport so very good if you just arrived tired or if you need to leave early for a flight. We took the shuttle from terminal 1 (international) for an extra cost (that services more than just this hotel) and it took a very long time to arrive but it was quick to go to hotel after it arrived. On the way back we took an Uber. Breakfast was included so it was good to have it in the morning.

Breakfast area was very crowded in the morning. Toilet is just a glass wall instead of real walls so it was not the best when going to the toilet and turning the lights on at night while the other person sleeps. Also not so good if you dont have intimacy with the other person.

Very clean and tidy with good quality linens. Easy location to airport

Unfortunately there was no food available at the time we needed to get up.

The location from domestic terminal was close and you could walk it for 10 minutes and save yourself $12 in shuttlr airport. This close promximity is great especially if you arrive in Sydney late at nite where the shuttle does not run. Room was quiet, ac strong and strong water pressure with lots of hot water to soothe the soul. Room was small but that did not bother as I just wanted to sleep at 11am. People have commented on the small size but really you do not need it. There is a convenient store nearby. Ace the Nite Desk Clerk, friendly professional and helpful.

As my flight was leaving early and needed to be at International terminal by 6.30am, I did not get to try out the complimentary breakfast. Instead I was offered a breakfast pack which was cornflakes, milk, granola bar and juice. Nice gesture but would have preferred the breakfast I am sure. Arriving in room to have complimentary bottles of water available would be nice.

The hotel deserves a high rating overall because it delivers the total experience of an airport hotel really well. The first floor reception desk/ bar / restaurant was a focal spot that was often lively and everything was delivered efficiently and comfortably. Rooms were very well laid out and comfortable, the shuttle to the airport was efficient and the breakfast was good. The hotel delivered what was needed at a good rate.

Guests need to plan their timing to accommodate about 5-10 minutes for slow elevators.

The room was a good size, the bathroom as cool, breakfast was good and offered lots of options (even gluten free), we got a late checkout, staff were great, and the beds really comfortable. We were there as our last night to a very busy week in Sydney, so we loved that it had food so we didn’t have to go out again (including gluten free options), laundry so we didn’t have to do it at home, and a smart tv we could watch a movie and wind down from the week. It was the perfect place to relax before walking to the airport for our flight the next day.

Loved the fact it was an accessible space, that catered for my needs within the bathroom space. The staff were super helpful and amazing, even in the late evening.

Ordering dinner late was a bit of a miss, as my order somehow managed to end up forgotten. Breakfast was okay, but nothing special, so could be missed. I was so excited to have an accessible room after being abroad with limited accessibility for 10 days. Only struggle, was the room was a little cluttered once inside with furniture, so if you have a PWC (like I usually do), it would be hard to manoeuvre around in. The bed was also quite narrow down the sides too, making fitting difficult again if you are both a wheelchair or power wheelchair user, and non ambulatory.

Very impressed. We stayed here at the end of our holiday. We had been staying in hostel on the cheap and thought the final stay would be expensive but this was reasonably priced. Having our own toilet and shower and a nice bit of space was much needed. There was a gym too but after an exhausting holiday we gave it a miss. The check in process was great. I usually forget to ask names but remembered to check his name badge. His name was Sonny. He was very chatty and we started speaking about my stay in Australia and he was saying about The Inbetweeners which was on telly. He made the welcome to much more pleasant and tried to get us a late check out. Brilliant. In the morning too I spoke to Josh and he was great. Also saw the manager at check out. He took was great. Chatty and helpful. Breakfast was included in the price. Very, very useful with the luggage storage on the ground floor. He had quite a few hours after check out before our flight so we went out. Very convenient for the airport.

The breakfast could have been better for vegetarians. Would have been great if the hotel could have put on vegetarian sausages. The only hot food available was scrambled eggs and beans. Please get some veggie sausages!
