As we came by train from Newcastle, this was so close to Mascot train station. Excellent dinner at the restaurant. We definitely stay here again.

It was all good.

Clean, comfortable and quiet rooms. Food from Room Service and breakfast in Restaurant was plentiful and delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful. On-site parking was great.

Difficulty finding the hotel when traveling by road, the address supplied was the corner of O'Riordan Road and Bourke Road, we drove around the area multiple times looking for the entry point for the hotel, it is a very busy area of Sydney near the Airport with many arterial roads meeting, the entry point is actually in Bourke Road with the sign for the hotel obstructed by low tree branches until you are nearly past the entry driveway. An actual street address with a house number would be more helpful for anyone traveling by road. Being woken by Housekeeping staff knocking on our door over 2 hours prior to our check-out time.

The breakfast buffet was excellent, the best we’ve had in quite a while. Room was good and with enough space for your luggage. The sofa bed was quite good, for a sofa bed. The gym was well equipped.

There were far too many small issues for a quality hotel like this. The room was not ready when we arrived (around 2:30 pm) and eventually we were ”upgraded” to a room with a king size bed and a sofa bed instead of 2 queen size beds. The reception was understaffed all the time so everyone had to queue for some time. Finally, the automated message the hotel sent a few days before arriving told we would get a complimentary round of bowling at a nearby mall, but this had been discontinued ”several months ago ”. Finally, the airport shuttle wasn’t free.

Very comfortable beds. Convenient location. Comparatively good value for money. Love the default 11am checkout. Good cafe 4 min walk away. Quiet! Despite being so close to the airport. Minimal plane noise. Very comfortable stay. Very pleasant and helpful staff.

Some small housekeeping issues - no milk, a couple of things not cleaned 100%, teas on offer could also be better quality, but nothing dramatic! Toilet lid was not soft close, so it was accidentally slammed a few times. Parking very convenient but expensive - that's Sydney I suppose. No room service breakfast (I think - I didn't call to confirm, but 24/7 in-room dining only available from 10:30 😵‍💫 according to the website, so check first if this is a deal breaker for you)

Our recent stay at Crowne Plaza was wonderful. The location was very convenient — it was just a short drive from the airport, and walkable to the Mascot Train station. When we checked in, the staff were welcoming and accommodated our request for an early check in as i was not feeling very well. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was especially cozy and just the type that we like as a family. In the morning, we enjoyed the breakfast buffet at the hotel restaurant. There was a wide variety of choices — from fresh fruit and pastries to hot dishes and great coffee — which set the tone for a perfect day ahead. We really appreciated the hospitality and would love to stay there again!

Hotel room was spotless and comfortable.

We booked the Green Motion Shuttle for airport pick up through concierge at the hotel. The Shuttle did not contact me for eta and did not turn up! When we called Reception at the hotel to call the pre-booked Shuttle no one picked up the phone. We had 2 phones calling for 20 mins. In frustration we booked an Uber. Then hotel tried to charge us the Shuttle fee! The morning Shuttle back to airport worked well. Natalia was very friendly,helpful and apologetic re the Shuttle experience...or non- experience! Plus helped me locate an Urgent Medical Practice that evening.

Location is very convenient for early flights, especially with the courtesy shuttle bus (paid). Also great location in easy walking distance to train to go to the city. Quiet location, comfy beds, rooms are a good size.

I had breakfast included in my price and they offer barista coffee. However, it took them 20 min from ordering the coffee to delivering it at my table, by which time I was almost done with breakfast. If you are in a hurry, you won't get your coffee in time. They should have more people manning the coffee machine so they can pump them out and have people wait max. 5 min.

The location is fantastic for staying by the Airport to catch an early morning flight. Room and bed was very comfortable

The room was for 2 ppl, but only 1 comfortable chair. The other was a desk chair. And I don't like sitting on the bed. The motel offers a shuttle to the terminal, but it's an extra cost even though it's owned and run by the Crowne. Made a dinner reserve at least a month before our stay - yet the reserved table was not in a nice position. It was stuck between the 2 automatic doors out to the alfresco area, and on a cold and rainy night it was unpleasant. We asked to be moved and, even though the restaurant only had about 45% of tables occupied, we were refused.

Good room and very good breakfast for the money we paid. Buffet breakfast included barista made coffee at no extra charge which many other hotels do not offer. Excellent service by staff members. Amenities in the room felt a bit short compared the quality of this hotel brand.

I called before the travel to check if there is any microwave oven to use in the hotel (as I had elderly family members who preferred home cooked food for dinner). I was informed that there will be a microwave in the business centre, but unfortunately there was none. However, one staff member went above and beyond to solve this problem. He organized heating up the food from a different staff-only location of the hotel and provided us with the best possible service.

Would definitely stay there again when visiting Sydney. The staff was very welcoming and happy to help whenever asked for. We went to the restaurant there for the breakfast and there were these two lovely ladies who work there, wish I had asked their names. They were just amazing, so helpful and welcoming, always had a lovely smile on their faces and were there to distract my little one when he was getting upset and made him smile. The parking space ample so didn’t have to bother about the car. Thanks again for the wonderful memories we made there in the hotel and my son started crawling there which is one of the best memories we will have.
