The location was amazing so close to everything yet not noisy or anything, the staff were lovely and the internet was good I was able to complete study

The parking was bad we paid for 2 nights and it wasn’t even at the hotel I’m assuming the hotel has brought another property next door for parking but it didn’t feel very secure or safe for our car, Not to sure about the tiles everywhere and some were cracked which made it look a little bit unprofessional, also no outside area in the hotel to get air, not sure if there were rooms with balcony’s but we didn’t get one and there was no outside sitting just felt very closed in

The interior of the hotel has been totally renovated with a modern Italian theme. The staff really go out of their way to make you feel welcome. We arrived at 11am on the day of our stay for a meeting and they let us check in early without any prior request. They also I insisted on providing us with complementary coffees for our meeting.

Parking was extremely limited. I booked well in advance, so reserving a spot wasn't an issue, but there were only 6 spots for the entire property. The driveway into the parking garage has a very tight turn after the gate due to storage shelves being placed against the wall, and a steep drop-off close to the gate. I drive a larger car and needed to take that turn very carefully when coming and going, and would often bottom out my car on the steep drop. The transition from the road is also a very abrupt peak, and I needed to drive on an angle over it to avoid bottoming out on that too. People frequently parked in the driveway overnight, which exacerbated the problems with coming and going from the carpark. Knives offered with the kitchenware were extremely blunt, and nearly useless.

Beautiful room, very clean and had all the amenities we could need. I had my 1 year old with me and they provided a port-a-cot for us free of charge and even moved us to one of the more spacious rooms available to accommodate. I was nervous about not bringing our own port-a-cot but the one provided was in immaculate condition. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. I would definitely recommend and will return!

A great stay! Modern, stylish room and decor, and probably the cleanest room I have stayed in for some time. The bed was relatively comfortable. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Great soundproofing as well - our room was directly next to the lobby area where guests eat breakfast, and we were only able to hear noise from this when standing right next to our room door.

If I had to pick something - the limited onsite parking is a shame, but the arrangement with Westfield down the road was convenient and appreciated!

The breakfast was great value. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. We even had a small stove for cooking do we wanted to. Very close to Parramatta Westfield

Room was near reception so unfortunately a little noisy when people we walking through etc. car park was full even though we provided advanced request but we were lucky to find on free street parking very close

I liked that the hotel is fresh, stylish and clean. The location is quite good, walking distance to restaurants and shops. The bed was very comfortable and the provision of a pillow selection right in the room is a luxurious touch. The bathroom and other room faciilities; WIFI, lighting, curtains, are all excellent. The staff I met, including the room service staff were lovely and friendly. In particular, Aayushi, who assisted me on arrival are friendly, engaging and professional.

If I was to add anything to the room, complete the luxury feel by adding a full length mirror, perhaps inside one of the wardrobe doors. Parking is little challenge, the hotel has a small carpark with a quite low overhead which combined with a very steep entry ramp to the underground carpark, means taller vehicles, like mine, will have some difficulty and need to rely on street parking which, introduces a sense of insecurity and is difficult to find, with very few possibilities and regulated by permit parking limitations.

The staff were very polite and welcoming. The whole hotel seems to be recently renovated. Our room was clean and modern, we were upgraded to a bigger room to accomodate the cot which was provided for free. Great location, only a few hundred metres from Westfield and a short walk to parramatta square. The car park was small and tight (we have a wagon) but manageable also much cheaper than other accomodation charge in parramatta. Gym facilities were very clean and new. No road noise at all despite being on a busy road.

Extremely comfortable stay. Everything was clean and tidy, the staff were lovely and very accommodating, the room had ample storage and even kitchenware. Tv had a great range of entertainment options. Heading to check out we witnessed staff cleaning out some rooms, which I feel is always a comfort to know things are being cleaned and cared for. 10/10 would stay again.

The place is beautiful. It's very lush, the staff were lovely. The rooms are immaculate and just look gorgeous. Everything is quiet and smells lovely. Just overall a very lovely experience.

Beds a little firm for my personal taste and pillows are too flat or too thick, one was too thin and two was too high. No restaurant so no room service, but lots of nearby restaurants.
