Delux King. Stayed one night after a long road trip, booked a higher room for extra quiet so we could sleep well before we flew home the next day. Staff were very accommodating and super efficient with check-in. Parking is easy and perfect that it's actually part of the hotel. The room was stunning, immaculate and clean, and we loved the finishings/furnishings and personal care products. So lovely to relax, enjoy a drink downstairs with a small dinner then crawl into bed. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

For the price point, we were extremely disappointed to have only instant coffee sachets rather than a pod machine. Not up to the standard of equivalent hotels.

I had an amazing stay! The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with a cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, offering the perfect mix of firmness and softness for a great night's sleep. As for the breakfast, it was absolutely delicious, with a variety of options that catered to all tastes, from fresh pastries to healthy choices. The staff was also incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure my stay was as enjoyable as possible. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable getaway.

Overall, my stay was fantastic! The room was comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the location was perfect. The bathroom was a little on the small side, but it was still clean and functional, so it didn’t take away from the overall experience. Everything else was great — the bed was great, and the breakfast was a wonderful start to the day especially being warmly greeted and looked after by the staff. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

From entering the hotel you could tell that it was well looked after with friendly staff where nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were large, modern and clean. Beds were very comfortable, room service was no trouble and very good. The food from both restaurants was excellent and a huge choice. We have used a few hotels in the vicinity because we use the hospital, but this was by far the best. We are definitely staying here when we return.

The car park was very tight and a little awkward, but didn't put us off from staying again. So beware if you're a nervous driver.

The staff were friendly staff and helpful enough. The room was newly renovated, comfortable and immaculately clean. There were lots of nearby cafes, restaurants and bars. The sports stadium was within walking distance.

The room facilities were limited to basic tea and coffee making (instant coffee sachets) and a couple of wine glasses. No champagne flutes, no plates or cutlery, no coffee machine. We were unable to park at the hotel because our vehicle is higher than 1.9m. The nearest public parking stations were crowded and cost $50 for 12 hours.

Fabulous location! We have stayed here previously but since then they have refurbished the rooms. They look great, they are functional and comfortable. We used the gym and it was clean and adequate. Staff were very welcoming. And the lifts were always quick. We had a great stay and could not fault the service and quality of the room. We loved all the new fancy gadgets in the bathroom. Unfortunately, our room overlooked the Phillip Street laneway, which is off-putting, as it is filthy (not the hotels' fault). I would think the council should be checking this area, as it at the back of shops and full of vermin and birds congregating over the rubbish that has been dumped. Again, not the hotels fault!

Park Royal Hotel Review Had a great stay at the Park Royal Hotel. The bed was super comfortable, making for a great night’s sleep. The gym, while not huge, was well-equipped and perfect for a quick workout. The location is fantastic—really convenient and close to shops. I had to leave earlier than planned due to personal reasons, and the hotel was kind enough to refund my last two nights. That level of understanding and customer service was greatly appreciated. Would definitely stay here again!

The king size bed must have been bigger than a king. There was so much room. The room was well laid out with a comfy lounge in the corner. A small fridge and power points everywhere so it wasn't hard to charge anything. Shower was great with the rain water head. It was worth staying there for the breakfast. Huge range of things to eat and drink.

at breakfast it took staff a long while to top up the milk and correct an error on the coffee machine. The remainder of the breakfast was fantastic. they seemed to be under staffed on the morning.

We were allocated a brand new suite which was beautiful, no one had stayed in it before. It was extremely clean and comfortable with minimal noise. Staff were all very pleasant to deal with in all areas of hotel and very accommodating.

The first room we were given was extremely dirty, had not been cleaned or cleaned properly. There was blood and faeces on the floor next to the toilet, used tissues between the bed and the window, but we were moved to a brand new suite when I showed reception the photos. The disabled toilets were locked. Please unlock them so they can be accessed by all who need them.

The upgrade to the renovated room was very nice. Comfortable king sized bed and a good sized room. The lighted bathroom mirror and the fog touch screen was a nice feature and the filtered tap water in the bathroom was clean. Great water pressure in the shower and good switch between overhead and hand piece option. The Park Royal bathrobe and slippers were a nice touch.

The sofa lounge that was there was pretty solid and the colour of it didn't quite match the rest of the decor in the room. Bathroom runs on the small side and there were no towel railings to hang up even a small face or hand towel.

Ask for the brand new renovated suites as the older rooms are not very clean. The hotel housekeeping has definitely declined. The new rooms are lovely. They are also above the current renovation noise so it’s not as loud. Staff are very friendly. Great location if you want to be close to restaurants. Ferry is just down the road. Walking distance to Westfield and train station.

We were originally allocated an older room which was filthy but the next day was moved to a new suite. The housekeeping section really needs an overhaul as the room was not to any hotel standard let alone PARKROYAL. I’ve stayed in backpacking accommodation much cleaner than our original room.
