Great place on all accounts & suits my sydney visits perfectly. It will now be my "go to" place to stay monthly. Beejay & Selene from reception were incredibly accommodating, understanding & very lovely in general. THE SHOWERS HAD A HANDSHOWER, NOT A FIXED OVERHEAD / WALL SHOWER! A++++

My room had a strong smell of mould / mildew when I walked in & I tracked it down to the bathroom shower drain. The tile insert over hadn't been removed (probably ever) & was disgusting. I cleaned it using the minimal tools I had available & later that night when I returned, the smell was gone! Sadly, I did end up changing rooms due to the aircon not working sufficiently, that next room had the same smell & dirty drain. I cleaned it yet again.

The apartments are ideally located in Parramatta, close to numerous restaurants and the scenic Parramatta River. The property is clean and well-maintained with comfortable bed. I’d also like to highlight the staff, particularly Cristina, whose friendly and welcoming nature truly stood out. Her exceptional hospitality left a lasting impression, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The one area that could use improvement is the housekeeping service. It felt quite basic, as their efforts seemed limited to making the bed and taking out the garbage, without attending to other details. A more thorough approach, such as cleaning surfaces, replenishing toiletries, and ensuring overall tidiness, would greatly enhance the experience. The apartment doors are quite noisy when they close, often making a loud sound. This can be disruptive, especially at night, It would be great if the hotel could address this for a quieter and more restful stay

Location is good, quieter than being in Parramatta but still walking distance to parks, restaurants, shops. Pet friendly hotel - my dog enjoyed his stay and the staff were very friendly to my dog. Lots of parks in walking vicinity if you are travelling with a dog. Also, some surprisingly nice cafes in walking distance and Coles supermarket is in the same block as the hotel. Room was spacious and I enjoyed the large balcony with sunshine coming in for most of the day. Clean and new room with nice decor.

It is rather noisy. Lots of loud yelling from the street late at night on a weekend. Also, the light rail is moderately noisy as it goes past. I wouldn't stay here if quietness was a priority.

Spacious and modern, well furnished with well equipped kitchen, laundry and ironing facilities. Otherwise there's good warning of the loud fans from the bathroom and laundry (and the workaround that - wait or turn them off and remove/replace the key card). Close to the light rail, nearby eateries and a Coles, convenient for Westmead hospital. Plenty of storage and space to relax and unwind.

Slight thrum of what I suspect is the ventilation at night which took some getting used to. Otherwise great stay.

We flew in from Melbourne and returned all within 24 hours so I'm not sure my review is anything to go by. The ease of check-in with reception, convenience of central location, surrounding stores and Coles a 3min walk and across the road from McDonalds made this stay perfect. We checked into the Superior One Bedroom Apartment, 2 adults and our 4yr old and for a family of 3 the space was efficiently thought and spaced out and the modern industrial look and colour palette did add a bit of luxe to the overall feel. Plenty of desk space for work or getting ready, ample storage throughout and would stay here again if visiting Parramatta.

It's a very nice apartment with all available facilities. Close to all amenities. Mr. Bijay at the front office was extremely helpful and kind. He really made our stay comfortable despite an access issue due to the faulty access key that did not permit us to access our room. This incident happened on day 2, which kept us stranded at the reception area nearly two hours around midnight.

There should be 24/7 concierge desk at the Paramatta Punthill.

We had a wonderful stay at Punthill Parramatta! The spacious room was impressive and provided plenty of comfort and relaxation. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. I also appreciate the thoughtful utilities provided in the room, such as the washing machine, dryer, microwave oven, and even dishwashing liquid and sponges – it made our stay so convenient. Thank you for such a great experience!

Very friendly staff, made checking in a nice experience. Room upgrade was a pleasant and welcome surprise. Comfortable room with nice balcony. Pressure from the shower was amazing! Lovely fresh and new property. Close to dining options on Church Street.

Location is a little out of the way - about a 1km walk to Parramatta train station, which wouldn't be fun if you had lots of luggage or travelling with kids. It'll be great when the light rail is finally up and running to make access a little easier

Lovely room. Spacious balcony, living and kitchen area stylish with all necessities bathroom and bedroom areas a standout! Even nicer than the pictures. Lovely dark bedroom in the morning even with the studio layout style. Lovely elegant and stylish facilities throughout including touches like loaded nesspresso, O&M hair products, soundproof , quick lift. Lovely attentive staff, beds were comfortable, it was a 2 night stay after a 2 week holiday in FNQ and it was the highlight hotel! Go figure. Already rebooked. Very impressed.
