It had an apartment that was interconnected to another room, cooking facilities, laundering equipment and seperate lounge dinning area and carparking The cleaning staff very friendly and helpful when asking about pots and pans in the cupboard

That there was a seperate fee for carparking it should have been included in the price. I had to speak to someone regarding my carparking situation as I was given a parking notice. I do believe the staff member may have forgotten to mention that the car was required to display a parking ticket. The bench space for jug and other items very small.

We were a family of 4 & stayed in the conjoining rooms 603 & 604. The rooms were well equipped with amenities. There was an accessible bathroom in 603 and a bathtub in 604. The carpark is easily accessible and is secured, offering both outdoor & undercover spaces. Its location is ideal, with a short 10-minute walk from the Norwest Metro Station & Norwest Shopping Centre. Unlike the other hotels, it is self-contained & tucked away from the loud noise of traffic on Norwest Blvd & Widnsor Rd. Would recommend these rooms for a family of +4.

Feedback for Punthill: Perhaps install a hand rail for the bathtub to avoid any potential slips & offer more replacable garbage bags please.

Tristan was really friendly & helpful with our late check-in. When we requested a late checkout, they agreed for a 12pm checkout for a minimum fee. It was very easy process to enter the building Coffee machine was a plus 🙂

The study chair was wobbly as hubby worked till 11am & used it which was a bit uncomfortable The bathroom lighting was very dim. Maybe a brighter one would be better. We tried giving these 2 feedback to the reception lady today 09/05 at 12pm checkout & she did not want to take it on board & said that's how the chair is supposed to be and hotel can't change the lights and chuckled .I told her all she has to do is pass this on to management. I felt she was not active listening & didn't know how to do customer service. We use a lot of hotels through booking.com, and she really needs some training to uplift her customer service skills. We haven't lately experienced any issues when dealing with people or with constructive feedbacks. Thanks

It's in a great location. A 5 minute safe walk to go under Norwest boulevard to the shopping and restaurant precinct. Wonderful choices for eating out. 3 circuits around the Bella Vista lake afforded us some exercise. We also got provisions for our self contained apartment. We loved the opportunity of a swim in the pool. We also made use of the on site gym both days we were there. The bed was comfortable. The furnishings were calming and tasteful. The lighting options were great. We liked the proximity of our room to the lift. The window afforded views of trees and other foliage, so very restful. The inclusions were good. It was a very quiet room.

I didn't like that the hotel cafe was closed on the weekend. I didn't like the lack of decaf coffee: either sachet or pod. I didn't like that when we requested decaf, it was forwarded to housekeeping- but never arrived. I didn't like the steep added on price for car parking ($25 per night)

We had no idea how good the location was, with wonderful instructions on how to walk to the local restaurants. The design of the room was great as the lounge was almost completely separate from the bedroom which was wonderful as my spouse and I often do not sync with our sleeping patterns. Never enjoyed a shower more!

I was a little uncertain about the requested payment system prior to staying and worried I had been scammed. It was all above board but was not at ease until we arrived and reception confirmed our booking and payment.

Tristan on checkin was very warm, personable, efficient and friendly as well as professional. I did find the 2 separate Marissa’s zippered together a little uncomfy. A big mates protector across both may have been more comfy. Apartment immaculate. TRISTAN WAS VERY ATTENTIVE. EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE. Give him a pay rise and a Xmas bonus please. He is an asset to your team.

Mattress zippered as explained above. This room was advertised as only option being 1 large bed so I assumed it would be 1 large mattress.

Rooms were spacious with great air conditioning. Location is only a few minutes walk to Norwest Metro and bus services, if you don't have a car. Staff are lovely & friendly, nothing is too much trouble & they always have a smile. The Nespresso machine in the room is a nice touch, as are the 2 large screen TVs.

The bathrooms were a bit tired & looked like they needed a deep clean of the grout & around bottom of shower door. Rough toilet paper! In my 1 bed apartment, the kettle was really old - could do with a replacement. If you're not good with stairs, ask for a lower floor room. The fire alarm goes off regularly & you have to walk down the fire stairs.

Swimming pool is an after thought, some of the chattels and fittings are starting to show it’s age - the cost per night was expensive and it was only because of family living in the area is why we selected it otherwise would have preferred the CBD The picture of the floor plan had 2 balcony ls but the actual accomodation only had one The room designs had a lot of wasted space (passage) so that the actual living area was tiny

Easy check in process, staff were super friendly, room was so neat, clean and spacious!! The shower had THE perfect pressure, and the bed was super comfortable! What more could you ask for? Oh, and the train station is SUPER close. Approx. 10 minutes walk! Super easy public transport system from the airport. Just two trains and very straight forward. There's also a bar and shops within walking distance as well.

Room was as expected, as we have stayed previously. Very clean and tidy. Wi-Fi connected on arrival. Washer and dryer in the room is a bonus and one of the reasons we chose this property. We had returned to Sydney from a 10-day cruise, so it gave us a facility we needed.

Ice tray was empty on arrival, but freezer was good enough to have ice in 2 hrs. There was only one spare pillow in the room, we prefer two each on the bed for reading/sleeping. We asked the cleaning staff the next day for a second and it was in the room when we returned from lunch.
