Comfortable bed , room , and bathroom. Inclusive breakfast had a wide selection to partake.

A little difficulty with TV remote. No instruction sheet. Unable to increase volume or find how to operate subtitles. Because the accessible room requested was unavailable due to apparent repairs being required, there was a little difficulty in accessing replacement room due to a high step into the building and a small gutter to negotiate close by. An unobtrusive hand rail is a suggestion that might prevent any injuries. I observed another guest having some difficulty leaving the building feeling completely safe. Also a minor irritation was a lack of refill to the moisturiser pump bottle accompanying the hand and body wash bottle in the bathroom.

The property was beautiful and comfortable The rooms were spacious The staff were exceptional, always polite, helpful, and accommodating Having access to a fully equipped Anytime Fitness gym was great Location is reasonably close to Norwest station (approx a 17 min walk)

The only thing that caught us off guard a bit was when paying for breakfast on our last day and finding that it was more expensive than what we saw when we were at the reception. It's a minor thing that could easily be rectified by a member of staff offering clarification at the point of booking the breakfast.

The room was spacious and bright and pleasant. Access was easy. Car parking was convenient. Staff were always helpful and obliging. All facilities we could need were on hand. The entire ambience of the property was inviting and peaceful. Superb.

No dislikes at all. Everything we wanted or needed was there. Very comfortable, we could happily have stayed longer. Having seen quite a few motels over the years, we found this one of the memorable ones, we would gladly stay again. The room is a good size. Movement around the property is convenient. The decor is inviting. Parking is easy. Not a thing we could want was not provided. IThe well tended gardens around add to the ambience. Ideal.

It was mostly good. The room cleaners were great, gave us extra towels and were very efficient. Pool water temperature was great, very refreshing. Good parking availability underground and outside.

There was a problem with the internet and my computer. I couldn't use the computer in my room because it wouldn't connect to the internet. The people at reception tried to help me and said it was the fault of the computer. I hadn't experienced that problem before, so I don't know what the issue was. There was no office-like facility to use there. I used the foyer area internet for a while, but sitting on a lounge hunched over a computer on a coffee table was no good for my back, so I had to go to the local library to connect to internet and get some things done.

Staff were wonderful. Very accommodating. Breakfast was nice. Beautiful garden. Great location

Need some water stations around. Bathrooms upstairs need a refresh or to look more like the rooms downstairs. Changing up the breakfasts for extended stays. Pool needs more regular cleaning and needs heating it's like an iceberg. A solar pool cover could help. Something happened to our tv channels on the last night and we asked to get this fixed but it wasn't. Could be more options on the food menu. Pillows were not good.

The staff were amazing. They were ao friendly and accommodating. The food was excellent. Our whole family enjoyed the trip so much that within days of returning home we booked another stay there. The day spa on site is awesome too and the staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. Even locals were attending the day spa for treatments.

More regular cleaning of the pool area. There was a band-aid on the side of the pool for several days which was a bit gross. The pool also needed skimming. We stayed during Christmas so it is understandable that staff couldn’t get to everything.

The wedding was amazing we were well looked after

The restaurant was awful on Friday. The manager needs training. She needs to be aware of her surroundings and if the chef can manage the booking as they had other bookings and were very busy. We waited ages for our food and had to go to the bar to get our drinks. This isn't a 4.5-star service. I have mentioned this to the boss of the hotel, which l hope will ne addressed and sorted. The wedding was amazing and the breakfast was great. The manager looked after us extremely well.

The hotel was easy to get to. We loved the ample free parking. Although we backed onto a busy highway- our room was whisper quiet. Our bed was comfy our room was clean and the bathroom was generous. Also appreciated the late check out.

The rooms could do with a paint freshen up and new carpets. Didn’t like seeing bags of dirty linen in the entrance when we first arrived. Above all - we would really appreciate the ability to make a decent cup of coffee in the morning! ☕️ ( even better with fresh milk )

Great location for our visit. Plenty of parking and everything generally was clean and tidy. And the staff were very helpful and the rooms were refreshed most times on a daily basis.

There was no movie channels available on the TV which wasn’t a problem but there wasn’t any WiFi connection for casting to the TV to watch movies from your Netflix/prime subscriptions etc. this was very disappointing.

Room was one of the newish suites...rooms 1 and 2 and few others around there probably - up the stairs past 'the library' and as requested, just brilliant, great size (separate large bedroom) and very modern and comfortable. Has a dishwasher. Our family function in the library seemed really brilliantly catered for and was very successful. Staff all fast and highly capable. Food great and grog plentiful. Check-in/receptionist was just brilliant, arrived before check-in time for our function at 12 noon and was no trouble to her. All taken care of at no additional fee.

Breakfast is good, but I can't put my finger on it, there is something that is a bit odd about it, but I liked it, no complaints. Stairs only access from reception to the library/ new room mezzanine section has no lift, it exists for the other larger part of the main building though, where most rooms are. Bit hard for older bones carrying baggage.
