We have stayed here before- our annual staycation competition event weekend- although this year has seen a rebrand - so some things were a little different but it did not affect our stay as such. The location is great for our needs Comfy beds, great rooms, love the bath, great onsite parking

Unfortunately there was a very rude restaurant staff member- I am choosing not to write his name here. He upset my young daughters so much that they could not eat their breakfast. There was no need for a display such as that. Other hotel staff apologised for his behaviour but the damage was done and tainted our stay

Staff good. Well appointed room. Convenient location.

Menu both in room and restaurant limited. Housekeeping lacking in a few areas. Mini bar and dry items never restocked in 3 days. Had to ask reception for milk and tea bags. Bed pulled up, bottom sheet not straightened No facewasher on arrival. No bath mat. Soap removed after only one day. Wasteful. Shower flooded each time and cold tap handle fell off. Notified staff. No notification that there was a rebrand happening. This affected billing. Breakfast options very limitting and basic. Room next to me had a very loud screech when closing. Very distracting. Some opportunities for improvement definitely.

Exceptional value for money and such great customer service! I had an operation and stayed there the night before and the night after. The restaurant was delicious and the staff couldn't do enough for me, even when my dad lost our room key after my operation. They arranged a new key and ice for my recovery. The manager went above and beyond, exceptional service and the room was a great size! I would stay here again for sure! I pulled up saying no way this is where we are staying for the price we paid. Such great value for money!

The pool is wonderful especially in the summer heat. The facilities are clean. The rooms are spacious and reasonably well equipped with a small fridge, kettle, tea and instant coffee. The housekeeping was excellent. All of the staff were extremely friendly and polite. The buffet breakfast was delicious and provided a good range without being over the top. I was particularly impressed by Patricia who kept an eye out for all of the guests and welcomed them as if it were her own home . In particular she really helped us out and made us feel comfortable when our in-laws came to lunch. nothing was too much trouble. It felt like we were the only guests or the most important people. However, I noticed that other guests were treated in the same exceptional way. The location suited our family as we were visiting in-laws in the area. There is a supermarket and pub bloc transport nearby. The hotel is located near the showgrounds, Hillsong Church and there is an also a museum quite close that is worth a visit.

The only tiny thing I didn’t like was no shade in the car park. Other than that it was a pretty great place.

I regularly stay at Rydges while visiting Sydney. The staff are exceptional and very well presented. Rooms were nice and classic. Beds were very comfortable. The Rebellion bar menu available for dinner on Sunday nights was good and received a lovely complimentary glass of wine. Fully recommend the spicy pulled beef tortillas OMG! A special mention to Patricia who gave everyone five star service and warmly greeted everyone. Patricia also took time to advise us of all the wonderful new and exciting changes coming to Rydges Norwest in the near future! These changes include new menus for dining, refurbishment throughout and a new pool!

The bathroom shower is OK needs an update but looking forward to the remodelling coming soon! One of the lifts is still a bit crazy. 😉

The Hotel has gone back to pre Covid days with full services and facilities. Mini bar stocked, Room service, 24/7 reception, Bar and restaurant open. Staff friendly and helpful.

Some Foxtel services could not be accessed. Breakfast in the morning can be hit and a miss at times depending if tour groups are staying. On this occasion tables were not set from the previous clients. Hot food and cold food need to be replenished up to 10am. Maybe having more staff on in the restaurant in the mornings.

We were there for two nights and booked two rooms for the five of us. The rooms were fantastic, but I was blown away by the gym. Some properties have a treadmill and perhaps a dumbbell or two, but this gym had several machines and weights. There was also a beautiful pool, but I didn't get a chance to go for a swim.

The hotel is fantastic, but it's in an odd spot. Especially during the weekends, the area is dead because it's a commercial hub during the week. That's not an issue if you have a car with more than enough parking, and Castle Hills is only a short drive away. However, when you're on foot, you might find it a bit difficult to get around.

Lots of parking on site, staff were very helpful and room service up to 9:45 was helpful when I checked in late after travelling.

The meal to my room was below expectation. And the next evening the tray had not been collected from the hallway. It sat there for nearly 24 hours. So the next night, I went down to the restaurant. Once again, the meal did not meet my expectations, and neither did the service. The restaurant needs to catch up to the rest of the hotel.

From the moment of our arrival until our departure, we were graciously welcomed by the courteous and efficient staff, from the receptionists to the cleaning staff. Although the hotel shows some signs of wear, it remains clean and well-maintained. We dined at the restaurant, where the selection was diverse and the service was prompt and courteous. The bedroom is spacious, and the beds are comfortable. The Wi-Fi connection is reliable.

signs of wear in the bathroom, but it remains quite clean.

I had a wonderful stay at Visy Dior Hotel. The cleanliness of the hotel was truly impressive—every corner was spotless and well-maintained. The room was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax and unwind. One of the first things I noticed was how amazing the entire place smelled—fresh, inviting, and luxurious. It really added to the overall experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a high standard of comfort and cleanliness. Looking forward to staying again!
