Staff good. Well appointed room. Convenient location.

Menu both in room and restaurant limited. Housekeeping lacking in a few areas. Mini bar and dry items never restocked in 3 days. Had to ask reception for milk and tea bags. Bed pulled up, bottom sheet not straightened No facewasher on arrival. No bath mat. Soap removed after only one day. Wasteful. Shower flooded each time and cold tap handle fell off. Notified staff. No notification that there was a rebrand happening. This affected billing. Breakfast options very limitting and basic. Room next to me had a very loud screech when closing. Very distracting. Some opportunities for improvement definitely.

The pool is wonderful especially in the summer heat. The facilities are clean. The rooms are spacious and reasonably well equipped with a small fridge, kettle, tea and instant coffee. The housekeeping was excellent. All of the staff were extremely friendly and polite. The buffet breakfast was delicious and provided a good range without being over the top. I was particularly impressed by Patricia who kept an eye out for all of the guests and welcomed them as if it were her own home . In particular she really helped us out and made us feel comfortable when our in-laws came to lunch. nothing was too much trouble. It felt like we were the only guests or the most important people. However, I noticed that other guests were treated in the same exceptional way. The location suited our family as we were visiting in-laws in the area. There is a supermarket and pub bloc transport nearby. The hotel is located near the showgrounds, Hillsong Church and there is an also a museum quite close that is worth a visit.

The only tiny thing I didn’t like was no shade in the car park. Other than that it was a pretty great place.

I regularly stay at Rydges while visiting Sydney. The staff are exceptional and very well presented. Rooms were nice and classic. Beds were very comfortable. The Rebellion bar menu available for dinner on Sunday nights was good and received a lovely complimentary glass of wine. Fully recommend the spicy pulled beef tortillas OMG! A special mention to Patricia who gave everyone five star service and warmly greeted everyone. Patricia also took time to advise us of all the wonderful new and exciting changes coming to Rydges Norwest in the near future! These changes include new menus for dining, refurbishment throughout and a new pool!

The bathroom shower is OK needs an update but looking forward to the remodelling coming soon! One of the lifts is still a bit crazy. 😉

We were there for two nights and booked two rooms for the five of us. The rooms were fantastic, but I was blown away by the gym. Some properties have a treadmill and perhaps a dumbbell or two, but this gym had several machines and weights. There was also a beautiful pool, but I didn't get a chance to go for a swim.

The hotel is fantastic, but it's in an odd spot. Especially during the weekends, the area is dead because it's a commercial hub during the week. That's not an issue if you have a car with more than enough parking, and Castle Hills is only a short drive away. However, when you're on foot, you might find it a bit difficult to get around.

rooms were spacious, clean and quiet from road noise and other patrons. Food was very nice, staff were very helpful including at check-in and with Sarah and her colleagues in the dinning room/bar areas. The hotel was close to other activities in walking and car distance. The pool was excellent especially on the warm days.

I believe for a more relaxed and enjoyable time by the pool, lounge/sun chairs or casual/comfortable chairs need to be in the area. Sitting in the tall stools was not very comfortable and lying on the hot concrete was not an option.

Breakfast was very good and staff were lovely , only thing was the servicing of our room , was ok but wasn’t consistent , they would take our wet towels but would leave all the rubbish that I left next to the towels or vice verser , and I don’t think our room was ever vacuumed as I noticed the same crumbs and mess on the floors , other than that I’m very happy and would stay again 😊

The gym was the perfect place for last minute practice for the dance competition we were travelling for. Reception staff were friendly and even wished the girls good luck as we left. We didn't swim in the pool but it looked lovely. Rooms were comfortable.

The restaurant/room service menu didn't really cater for children, though I expected this ahead of time so wasn't too disappointed. One of the elevators makes some loud noises as it moves! The rooms are a little dated, but clean and tidy so not really an issue. All of these are minor things, I would stay here again without hesitation.

It was a huge king size bed. Soft, comfortable, clean. Everything in the room was neat and tidy and all the facilities we needed. It was only a 1 night stay, but we loved it. We booked it through bookings.com and our rate was fantastic. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. We have no complaints at all. oohhh.....one thing - the lifts were as noisy as hell....sounded like it was going to stop between floors.

i booked in through booking.com and when arriving a price drop had occurred on my room , it couldnt be matched as the system didnt allow out , not a big deal it was only $18 , i was more than happy to pay the higher rate to achieve the excellent service and stay at this amazing hotel

We booked the rooms based on location and price and didn't really think about the facilities but were pleasantly surprised with what was on offer. The pool and outdoor sitting and dining areas were a bonus, as was the bar and restaurant. We were celebrating a family birthday and asked the staff if we could utilise an outdoor space and they were very welcoming and put together a great event in a short amount of time. Thanks so much.
