We stayed at the Quest as my husband was having surgery at Norwest Private Hospital and the hospital was so close which was wonderful. We could walk across. The rooms were a really good size, staying in a 2 bedroom apartment. The small gym was a bonus. Staff were friendly.

Some parts of the room didn’t feel truly clean. The buffet breakfast was basic which was fine but there was food that had been dropped down the sides of the serving tables that looked like it had been there for a long time. Some of the people accessing the buffet weren’t really using hygienic practices. Would have been great to have a staff member overseeing things. In saying this one server was particular attentive to us and helpful.

Elevator to the upper floors. Staff were friendly and professional. After a long travel, it was very nice to have room service for dinner and the meal was exceptional. Although we did not want the daily housecleaning service, it was nice to know that it was available. The rooms were quiet, did not hear anyone in the other rooms. Appreciated that it was pet friendly. We made use of the kitchen facilities in the room (oven, stove top, and dishwasher) with some basic cookware available. The Washing machine and dryer was very handy. The room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. We slept well on all five nights of our stay. Woolworths was only walking distance which was also very handy. Appreciated the secure parking.

Location is great - close to shops, swing city golf which is great fun, access to highways (but away enough to feel peaceful) and on site parking. 2 bed apt had a nice view from balcony. Staff let us check in early which was great after a very early flight. 2 bed apartment was spacious and well laid out. Beds super comfy. Coffee shop on site was lovely.

Fridge and freezer didn’t work, nor the safe (both were fixed however they still didn’t work). We lost all the freezer items we had bought which was disappointing. Housekeeping was hit and miss- no vacuuming of the floor until I asked, and not done until quite late in the day. On our last day it was very clean however. Noticed a bit of wear and tear since our last stay in June. Rooms might need a refresh soon.

Clean and tidy room well ventilated on the 4th floor the properties well appointed

We were travelling from Melbourne to the Gold Coast and this was halfway we contacted the property before making the booking to ensure we would not have any issues in relation to a car with a trailer attached as we were towing a large set of motorcycles and we were told that parking would not be an issue on site unfortunately when we got there this was not the case we found it difficult to move around the car park and there were no oversized car parking spaces or area that we could go into and found that we had to improperly park to the side of the drive for the evening this thing to work but it's a shame that it wasn't pointed out pointed out when we first booked

Staying in room 606 was exceptionally quiet, and the Thai Housekeeper on Level 6 made the stay even better due to her cleanliness, attention to detail and friendliness - she was the reason I will specifically ask to stay on this floor every 6 weeks on my return. The cafe staff and meals were also brilliant, of a morning and evening. The location is great, so quiet, yet close to the major roads, and shopping precinct. A business location.

The pillows in the room were quite poor - very flat, and not supportive to a good nights sleep. my only disapointment was asking for a fluffier, newer pillow and receiving one the same as I already had.

The room was clean, everything worked e.g. TV, microwave, dishwasher. The location is great if you have a car or travelling via coach. I also like that it is now secure (gated) parking/entrance now. A lovely Cafes/restaurant on site (which provides the room service), there are also lots of other cafes/restaurants nearby Room service was excellent. A really nice variety of very tasty food/drinks. What I was really liked about my stary this time, was how welcoming they were of my cocker spaniel boy Max (we were travelling for a K9 NoseWork Seminar/Workshop). Thank you all so much.

Nothing to dislike, The room was nice, staff welcoming and helpful. The surrounding area ok. The secure parking is a plus, especially if you are paying extra to park overnight - may be the Hotel could make this a free for people that have booked that need parking.

We booked through Booking.com because of an excellent (2-days before) discount on the room, which was actually a spacious upper floor contemporary and beautiful self-contained suite with lovely views over surrounding park-lands. The king-size bed was very comfy (one of the big decisive factors for us). TV very high def, with streaming available. Extremely comfortable room with balcony, and very quiet. Even the a/c in our bedroom was perfect and very quiet too.

We thought breakfast was 'included' in our excellent overnight rate, which it was, but only the basics, and sadly with just instant coffee. There's an option to pay more to order a cooked breakfast, a cappuccino, etc, ..which we did. Parking also was not included, but on the plus side, was right beside the hotel. The room was fantastic, but the included breakfast was way too basic. Furthermore, the restaurant was closed on the weekend we stayed.

the room was clean and equipped with kitchenette and laundry (which we did not use) Beds were comfortable. Handy walking distance to supermarket,shopping centre, hospital and restaurants. On-site restaurant with buffet breakfast available or cafe for a quick breakfast. Restaurant open for dinner weeknights and room service available.

A few minor maintenance issues with a leaky shower door and stiff dishwasher drawer. The design did not allow for good airflow even with balcony door open. Ceiling fans could have helped but I understand they are potential hazards and need extra cleaning We were disappointed that the restaurant did not seem to be available for dinner/room service on the weekend but at least there were nearby eating places.

We loved EVERYTHING! The service was amazing from even before we arrived. The service desk called me prior to check how we'd like our bedding and ensure that everything would be set up to specifically suit us. And everything definitely was set up as we had requested! The room itself was lovely and even down to the toiletries provided, everything was wonderful! Buffet breakfast was AMAZING as was the restaurant staff :)

There was NOTHING to not like :)
