Room size, cleanliness and comfort were excellent. The design and practicality of the very large shower enclosure was superb. Whoever designed the showers should be congratulated, the first ever I've experienced that doesn't leak water out over the bathroom floor. The full length drainage grate that separates the two spaces is genius, rather than the usual small grate against a wall. Something I'll definitely incorporate into any future bathroom upgrade.

The poor accessibility of the fridge, where the cupboard door impacts the fridge door, preventing the fridge door fully closing unless you physically reposition the fridge. Perhaps a fridge door that swings the other way may improve this fault?

It was good experience

Room on level 2 was too much smelly when I Checked In .Then I called the Reception and requested them to Change my room ..The Staff first came to Check and Spray an Air Freshner and the upon discussing with the Manager ,they Changed my room from level 2 to level 4 .And that room had no bad smell ..I was happy with the new room .Thank You Very Much !

Room service was great and the food was absolutely delicious.

No top sheets… WILD. I still can’t get over it. Like, what the actual hell? The bathroom sink was dirty, and the soap options were gross. The bed was way too soft if you prefer something firm - my back is still yelling at me. That part might just be personal preference, but seriously, no top sheet? You’ve been warned.

Upon entering the hotel, I noticed how clean and well maintained the complex was. I was greeted in a very professional manner. I was left feeling very satisfied. I managed to find my room with ease. The room was in a tidy manner. There are refreshments and food available in walking distance from the hotel. I would recommend this establishment for future reference.

That there is no balcony

The staff were so helpful and accommodating for my children, they made them kids packs and we're always kind and say hello to my children. The 24/7 Ben and Jerrys was a hit with the kids. Loved that I was able to cast to the telly as well. The rooms were immaculate, the bathroom spacious. The easy to use air conditioning panel was fantastic so no need to look for a remote all the time. The breakfast at the club next door is definitely recommended, they were also amazing and accommodating to my children also.

I loved everything

Everything was neat and tidy and well presented. I loved the personalised greeting on the screen.

The TV system is difficult to use with a phone as it is based on a casting system. If the TV already had the required streaming apps and we could simply log in and use the TV remote instead of the phone it would be a lot easier. The phone tends to disconnect and casting is not compatible with the TV remote. The bathrooms also either need a fan or an air freshner spray like Glen 20 for the bathroom visits. Apart from these 2 things, the room is perfect.

I liked that a lot of things were well thought out… the bathroom design was very useful. Aircon worked well. Easy checkin the staff were great.

The rooms fridge was not working very well (not cold enough), there was no microwave, walls seemed to be thinner than would be expected. The bathroom exhaust fan wasn’t great … didn’t seem to work very well.

The rooms are really spacious. The hotel is very well kept and very calm. It is one of the best Holiday Inn worldwide I have ever stayed.

The only small downside is that one has to go for breakfast to neighboring restaurants as there is no such facility inside the Holiday Inn.

So glad I found this hotel - close to my clients way out West. The whole place was spotless and the staff went out of their way to help me. The food a short step away at the club was great (dinner & breakfast). Terrific choice of pillows.

Had to wait for my Uber so my advice is book early because it is a bit out of the way.

great service, very accommodating, very friendly, clean, comfortable, handy location with the club and a variety of restaurants next door and a Maccas in the carpark, what more could you want. By the way the breakfast is value for money

Wish there was a pool. Other than that cannot fault the place.
