Clean and comfortable. Five stars for having hot chocolate! Nobody ever has it! And the best part - we arrived in the middle of an absolutely horrendous weather event, it was cold and wet and windy, opened our cabin and they had put the heater on. Just so nice to walk into a toasty warm space! Thank you.

My only tiny little nitpick was that it was a bit hard to find the right cabin in the dark and rain but what can you do?

The lady at reception was very nice and accommodating. I asked for an early check-in and she did all she could to grant that. I also asked to change room.to one with a bathroom inside since I didn't realise I had booked on without a bathroom. She said she had one spare we could use. I asked what the price difference was and she said she would give it to us at no additional cost. Fantastic service that went above and beyond expectations.

It was good for the price. Air con was warm. Easily access from the road. No complaints.

It was a little run down and bunk beds pretty uncomfortable very firm. Maybe ok for kiddies but an adult it was a little struggle. Pub is a noisy if you are sensitive to sound when sleeping maybe request one over the other side if so. Ours was so so with noise but was the weekend.

It had a great range of activities for kids to do. My 2 year old loved the playground, the pool and riding his bike around the tennis court. And the fact we could go for walks to check out nature. It didn’t feel like we were in busy Sydney which was nice. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed.

The bunk beds were a bit hard but I guess there probably more suited to kids not adults.

It was great short stay venue, generally the inside was clean and tidy & the location was great for us. The accommodation was value for money.

King Parrot 11 toilet floor tile is damaged and it’s a hazard. Plus it’s best to put some non slip shower mats. The window fly screens were dusty plus the back patio had a lot of leaves and dusty

We had a late check in, however, the communication was great and all info was simple and efficient, making it an easy process after a long drive. Clean and comfortable and a great spot for what we needed. Super close to our activity and a nice area.

It was a very quick stopover so we didn't get to experience all the facilities, howbeit, for what we needed, it was perfect and can't fault anything.

Beds were super comfy, great water pressure in the shower, apartment was a great size. The holiday park was a great size, with a pool and the area was nice. It was only 34mins to Sydney CBD, lots of places around to eat or buy groceries.

Only two small things- the screen door kept coming off and the shower screen had some mould. Neither were big deals or issues, just thought I'd pop it in.

the shower curtains do nothing there’s no lip for the base of shower so all the water just splashes under the curtain and went all over the small bathroom soaking it had to use a towel that was provided for me for the floor all week but that’s a bit of a nitpick everything else was good just another nit pick the tv worked for three nights out of seven then it just sorta lost signal used it for background noise while doing some work but the signal stopped but I wasn’t actually watching it anyway

The property was clean, functional and fantastic value for money. The cabin was right next to a beautiful clean swimming pool. The camp ground was close to main travel routes in Sydney and there was many food options close by. Staff were friendly and helpful. Games room was a blessing for my kids.

Small space for 4 and hard to keep clean. Cabins and other campers and are very close together.

I loved my 4 night stay. Cabin was clean, double bed was very very comfortable, linen, blankets and towels provided, tea/coffee/milk for arrival, parking at door of cabin, enough utensils and cooking facilities, pool was clean and serviced/monitored, palm trees, laundry was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Cabin was right next to pool - bonus!! I am local to the area and in the process of moving house so i did not access public transport etc from here, but I would certainly recommend the park itself to others

I have no complaints from my 4 night stay, I found it clean, restful and peaceful after a busy time. If i could make any suggestion at all it would be for the area around the pool to be daily blown from leaves etc so they are not underfoot when getting in and out of pool, and shade sail to be freshened up with a high pressure Gernie.
