Was clean,was near the river. Was central to where we needed to be. Loved the little map in the drawer it showed us how close we actually were to the venue we were booked in for. Would have liked to stay longer. When we asked for a later check out time staff were very accomodating. Bed linen was very nice and clean compared to other places we have been. Pillows were comfortable

I'm sure I saw there was meant to be a microwave. The pool was empty. Maybe this needs to be stated somewhere as a thing for winter. It also had in picture of the room we requested there was meant to be a 2 seater lounge. Mattress was a little hard.

Everything was great from the beginning. Extremely grateful for the early check in as I had to work. Room was perfect with the two beds. When you book a room with two adults and a child, I think it is assumed that it's a couple. But I travel with my mum and my son, so we always need two beds.

The only thing was that the front door seemed a little 'flimsy'. with no lock or dead lock. You just close the door, and it locks? Perhaps another security measure so kids cannot open the door. My 3-year-old son was opening the door constantly.

Large room with a lounge comfortable bed good pillows large bench space full sized mirror bathroom has a good shower large sized toiletries good sized vanity nice towels reasonable wardrobe space very clean all the staff were nice and friendly close to the Log Cabin Hotel and 1km from the major shopping centre and train station

Be aware that this has ground level and first floor no lift so if you can't or don't like stairs ask for a groundfloor room,

Staff were quite friendly and the location was convenient for the purpose of our stay which was a tennis tournament at the nearby venue

Having stayed at this venue multiple times now, historically when you mark the booking as pay at venue upon check in, this occurs, I understand people might not show, however on this occasion funds were taken from an account I didn’t intend to use, at 1:30pm in the afternoon if paying at the property isn’t an option it should be removed as a possible option, if I had known it was going to be billed before check in, I would have linked a business card not a personal card, I did call ahead and confirmed we would be attending and asked if I needed to change the card and was told no just pay on check in, other then this miscommunication overall the visit was good

The location is excellent, close to the Nepean River where you can take a stroll on good walkways. The Log Cabin, next door is a great venue and we had a great meal there. The staff member I dealt with was excellent, had a minor issue with allocated room, apologised, changed our room immediately, moved our bags. Could not have been more helpful.

Nothing. Others may not like the railway line being close, I was not disturbed by the trains going past, they could be heard bit only faintly.

Location, cleanliness and especially the staff. The room was SPOTLESS and I thank the lovely lady so much who put in so much effort to her job, and is a ⭐️. Wish I knew her name. Oh and also Smita couldn’t do enough to make our stay a pleasant one. I will never forget her kindness and the beautiful birthday card and flower she put in the room. And how she organised an extra bed for my daughter who was a latecomer invitee to my birthday event. How lovely she was!

Our room was on ground floor, car parking space pretty much right out front of room. Beds comfy, water pressure in shower great. The fridge had a good supply of milk sachets They had 2 family rooms, being away from other rooms is good, I have noisy toddlers, so being next to laundry room was good. Walking distance to a park, close driving proximity to food, a shopping centre and a 24-hour kmart. Being the location it is, it was surprisingly quiet.

When we first arrived, our room, didn't have any internal lock on the door, I have 2 escape artists, but we changed rooms into the other family room with the lock. This one is my fault, I didn't check that the room didn't have a microwave, to heat milk bottles for the kids, only a fridge and kettle.

Stayed in the INN with my sister and two daughters. We definitely enjoyed our stay, from the moment we said hello to the receptionist we feel at ease and at home. He is just a wonderful and helpful guy. The rooms are nice and clean which was perfect. My daughters enjoyed the pool as well that was a bonus. Thank you for a awesome weekend. See you again soon.

Staff were very welcoming. Across the parking lot to the Log Cabin Hotel & a short walk to Penrith Plaza & many more restaurants

Rooms could have included a toaster. We were at a sporting event with irregular start times, so having the ability to have a carbohydrate breakfast in the room would have been much more convenient.

We were pleasantly surprised about how lovely the room was. Very comfortable beds. Bathroom was lovely and the shower was excellent. Thanks for a lovely stay

No bedside table beside the second queen bed. Made it hard for my Mum but we dragged a chair over for her to try. Also needs more power points on other sides of the bed.
