It had everything I needed in a hotel room. Clean, tidy and tricked out with the facilities I needed. When I had thought a DVD player was available (and it wasn't), it wasn't too much trouble for the management to find one and install it in my room at no charge. (I don't have any interest in streaming and brought my own choice of movies to watch while away from home). Everyday cleaning and straightening of the room was a plus too.

Traditionally I don't care to have people clean my room every day, I don't see a need for it and there was no means of a doorhanger or whatever to say don't bother. Otherwise, all was good, though my door card didn't work a couple of times, but this was a tech issue quickly fixed by management.

Overall, it was a great place to stay. The staff were very friendly. The room was great. Very spacious. It was just down the road to the venue we were going to. The pub right next door was a bonus as the food was delicious.

The night we stayed there, it was extremely cold. Although we turned the air conditioner up to heat the room, it did warm it slightly before it started blowing out cold air. So it was switched off. Extra blankets would've been great.

Arrived late and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. Directed us to the Wagon Wheel Hotel which was just across the car park (!) for dinner. Probably one of the best pub meals we have ever had! Our room was spacious and comfortable, big bathroom - shower was hot and water pressure great. We included a continental breakfast which came with 2 large bottles of juice, cereal, bread to toast and milk. We had requested a room on the ground floor which was provided. The hotel was clean and well kept. Our room opened onto a garden with outdoor setting, and a lovely looking pool. This hotel was great value for the price, and was only a short drive back to Rose Hill where we were headed for the caravan show. This accommodation was half to a third of the price of other hotels - we would certainly recommend and would stay again.

Perhaps an extra milk in the fridge - there is never enough for coffee and cereal.

The managers and staff were very friendly very helpful the complex was very clean and so was the room with daily services . I have no hesitations in highly recommending this for a short or long stay we will be booking again

Would of liked to see a bin area for rubbish felt awful leaving rubbish for the cleaners

Loved the location sandwiched between the Wagon Wheel Hotel and St Marys Village Centre, cold beers and great food in the pub bistro or grab a cooked chicken and fresh rolls from Woolies and eat in the room, options aplenty. (Aldi across the street or order pick up from the pub bistro.) Beds are firm but not hard and pillows were good. Room decor is a little dated, but the room was very clean. Simple breakfast of cereal and fruit packs, with milk, coffee and tea provided. This place is such value for money and the sparkling pool was so refreshing and clean. Paying extra for breakfast was fine, however we didn’t receive full replenishment on the second day, we intended to finish what we left when we returned to our room. Three pieces of butter for 4 slices of toast not really enough.

We did not ask for a parking space, we ask for a downstairs room, due to age and knee replacements, however they were not able to help with this request.

Everything met my expectations, the room, bed, and breakfast. The hotel is a nice place to stay, another thing I liked was the housekeeping staff who were always cleaning my room during my stay. They have the beautiful smile they knocked at my door for a housekeeping. The girl is very helpful and always asked what I need.

I was bitten by the insect. I didn't know what insect bit me on my legs while I was sleeping and left red marks and it was itchy.

Very well maintained motel. Spacious rooms with very pleasant outlook. Very clean. Manager & staff very friendly. Excellent breakfast left in the fridge - juice, cereal, fruit, bread for toast, jam, Vegemite, peanut butter etc. The property is very convenient to shopping centre.

Bathroom is a little dated but it still had everything that we needed, so no complaints.

Clean inside our unit and grounds also maintained. Comfortable bed, spacious room, bathtub and shower was a bonus, baths are rare these days. Small cereal, milk, slice of bread to toast, fruit cup, and spreads for breakfast. 2 cups of coffee each. Was our second time staying over the last few years. Will stay again.

The motel was close to our main destination and had eating facilities within walking distance. The room was very spacious with separate small dining table and chairs, lounge and storage space. Breakfast was included which was handy and staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The T.V was not tuned to any ABC stations, this was disappointing.
