The property is better than before lived in. For this time, We are satisfied and enjoyed for our vocation. Basically, the equipment was included in. Except, the camp kitchen is built in outside and also a little bit far from city. But, you enjoy country side holiday or picnic life. It should be fun for everyone. Depends, some people how can they spend their holiday. Some travelers enjoy exciting holidays. We both felt that property is comfortable and clean. If we only paid this amount for one day. It may be cheaper than other location in Sydney. If the price is comparison with central, other places or close city. It could be saved back a little bit money and take a leisure trip. In our options we’re reasonable price for us. Once again. Thank you for Avina staffs hospitality. Thanks a lot.

Staff very helpful, we arrived after hours and they were exceptional in their high standard of solving our problem and getting us into our cabin within 5 mins. We've stayed at a few different ingenia resorts, and this is by far the best one yet. Thank you to the staff for a problem free, lovely quiet, comfortable, and clean stay. Cheers, Sandi. T

The driveway was very rough going through the boom gates. Pot hole. But we've had alot of rain and I'm sure it's not usually this way, as the rest of the resort is clean, neat and tidy.

Place was nice and quiet as usual the cabin we slept in was nice and clean with a terrific view of the pond TV was surprisingly modern a big improvement over what I thought I was getting when I I booked facilities and reception staff were nice as always

Vending machine had this tiny sign below saying that the machine didn't take coins maybe the sign should be covering the coin slot as the sign was kind of in a non obvious spot the only other issue I had was the room was a bit small for a room that I assume was for families

Loved having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, ment parents didn’t have to be super quiet or go to bed at the same time as kids. Parents can talk, laugh and enjoy their holiday too

There was 1 pillow that was too hard for anyone to sleep on but we weren’t really around much during reception opening and when we were, we were swimming and being preoccupied until bed time. Also being so close to other cabins was a bit of a shame as you could hear every sound , you could hear the others walking around their cabin like it was in our cabin. And our neighbours weren’t the quietest staying up talking on the deck (right next to parents room/window) until 10:45pm but that’s not really ingenia’s fault

Definitely a family friendly holiday park. We all enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to everyone. We definitely would consider staying here again in the future. Check in and check out really easy especially since we arrived late at night. Staff are very friendly the swimming pool is very nice and the games room. Overrall a great place to stay.

Towels being renewed every 4 days. Would love next time if there a pool towels maybe or atleast every 2 days change of towels otherwise great place.

Well all I can say it was hectic play table 🎾 Pacman on the arcade machine...played pool table and the staff where the best...THERE a guy that works there.. He's name was Johnny god bless that man...I couldn't get dinner because I was stuck with a ph problem ask Johnny about Uber..told him about my pH drama...he was like stuff that jump in the car he will take me...off I went to get hungry jack..pool was beautiful all I got to say is...I CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK Nw0TKAV will be back🫡

Amazing facilities for children. The newer rooms are beautifully decorated, clean, and comfortable. Nice touches like the heater and bedroom lamps being on when we arrived.

WiFi didn’t work in our area (cabin 93) but would start working as we drove closer to the main caravan park area - possibly needs extension. Maybe a mat or something at the entrance for the big bins - both my mother and I slipped and nearly fell in the mud.

Clean studio and great pool

Our double bed was too soft and on wheels which made sitting up on it potentially dangerous. On one of the bunk beds mattresses, the metal coils could be felt which made the sleep uncomfortable. Both mattresses should be replaced in our opinion. Common bbq by the pool and kitchen was very dirty and greasy and unusable. The description of the studio mentioned a bbq on the covered area of the studio. There used to be one but it had been taken away. Some notice about this would have been appreciated

pool closed too early, after a hot day at a sports event getting back late played havoc for us and the sports teams. We didn't like the fact a male patron was seen videoing our girls playing and swimming in the pool, and another male patron passing derogatory comments to our girls returning from the pool.

Nearby to another venue and family attending funeral. Beds super comfy, enjoyed the pool. Friendly helpful staff. Bathroom and room clean. Online booking really easy and booking with staff super easy. Friendly, courteous team. Good site, easy access to area. Would suit reps, travellers.

A couple of extra milks would be good. Step to exit pool helpful to exit. Wasn't sure about using shower products and coffee etc due to wording on online booking system..
