Loved the view of the river from the balcony. Bed was comfortable but firm. However, if you prefer a soft mattress, it's not ideal. Staff were accommodating and friendly. Free toiletries were great! Aircon was lovely and cold. Somewhat easy to find however be aware there are 2 buildings, you need to go to the one on the left, not the one on the right.

Bar fridge in room needs upgrading as fridge part was warm and freezer part iced over. Mattress was fairly firm which made it slightly hard to sleep Aircon very noisy however lovely and cold, given it was a 40degree day, the cold was welcoming. Bed needs extra pillows.

Loved the very comfortable bed, how quiet it was, the view of the river, the cleanliness and the cafes and shops wuthin easy walking distance. The staff were helpful and friendly. Best value for money compared to other motels.

Only that the decor was quite dated and a little depressing, but the view made up for it.

Love the location. Great price for water view. I have stayed here numerous times and love how quiet it is. Staff forgot to give us towels but a quick trip to front desk and was sorted.

Only thing I can say is that this is an older style motel which I love but the room I was in had a problem with the tv remote and a fridge that had frozen over. But for the price I can not complain.

Windsor Terrace is an older motel, that in its heyday was very modern and would have received top marks. The rooms were quite large ( Ive had smaller elsewhere and they are horrible) Windsor Terrace rooms are a good comfortable size, we upgraded to a terrace and I'm pleased we did. Windsor shopping centre is a comfortable walk with a restaurants and pubs even closer. Hope to see you there. Cheers Mark and Di.

Very convenient to the event I attended. It was nice to have a balcony with a view out onto the river and open space.

There was no hair dryer in my room on arrival. I had to chase it up. No tissues in the bathroom.

The view and easy to work down the Main Street for food and shops . Pub is across the road

Bathroom needs cleaning and a spoon to stir your sugar in coffee . They have a microwave but no plates or cutlery .

Always friendly staff happy to help. Great quiet location, good sized clean rooms close to ships and restaurants. Parking available and not too many stairs as I have injury.

The room was clean and tidy and had all the facilities needed for the stay. Bed was comfortable and staff were friendly during check in. Was very quiet and was an enjoyable stay

The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. There's a mini pantry with a microwave, a small kettle, coffee and tea, There were plenty of closet spaces. There back of the room opens up to a common backyard with a view of the river. There's are picnic tables which would be great when it isn't winter.

There was a toilet room in the bathroom. I had to go to the reception and was given 1 roll only. The aircon/heater was noisy and there was a constant humming sound throughout the night.
