The cottage was spotlessly clean. Car park was right outside and convenient. Only one other cottage a few metres away so no noise from anyone else at all. Lovely bouquet of wildflowers and handmade soap were gifted by owners. Great invitation to feed the animals and explore the lovely farm, including bottle feeding the baby goat and hand feeding baby doll sheep, alpaca , cows and a horse. The blueberry orchard is lovely. Very peaceful environment. Family were great and welcoming. Great discount code provided to use at 3 local restaurants! View from hot tub was nice but facing east, you do not get the sunset.

Bed was extremely hard and no air conditioning in the bedroom. No fly screens on most doors. The owners are only new and do not offer breakfast, so the reviews about it being delicious are from the previous owners, who run a local restaurant, so for over $285 / night that's quite expensive. The hot tub only has jets in one corner that work and you cannot increase the temp about 36 degrees even though it should be able to go to 40.

The staff were friendly, the animals were fun. The place was quaint and cute. He was easy to get in contact with. The place is well maintained. I would recommend and I would return. I’m just being picky.

I think they could if provided ideas on where to eat and go in the welcome brochure. Including what you could do at the farm and what you couldn’t cause we were not super sure. It be nice if they provided alternative milks like skim milk and insect repellents and candles for at night to keep the bugs at bay. Besides feeding the sheep’s etc. we didn’t do much farm stuff so providing more activities would of been nice even if you are doing a small stay like we did so you get more of the farm experience.

From day one, Uzla and her family welcomed us to their beautiful space, they have created a beautifully relaxed environment We also got to pet the animals at feeding tine whilst on a tour of the property! The location was great and not too far to travel, but it felt we were far from city. It was so lovely and relaxing and just what we needed for a quick getaway. Our host Uzla was so great in communicating with us. We will definitely stay there again and will recommend to our friends as well.

Beautiful family hosts, close to some great walks, love the animals and beautiful dawn aspect looking in to the trees with a kookaburra song to wake you.

Location was very peaceful and relaxing with great views. Accommodation was first class. Host was terrific and very helpful. Breakfast was great.

Gas bottle was empty on barby on night we wanted to use it, but host told us next morning he had spares and all we had to do was ask. We didn't get to stay there long enough (only long weekend), but would love to visit again

I was amazed at how beautiful and peaceful the location was. It was perfect to unwind and relax. The host Brian was amazing and so welcoming and was very helpful with making our stay as comfortable as possible. He suggested a few activities around the area and a nice place to eat. Ruth was amazing at the restaurant Schembrae, and the food was outstanding. I would definitely be going back.

The cottage is lovely and comfortable. It is indeed spotless clean. We enjoyed the stay here as we were able to be away from busy work life while it is only an hour away from the city. Enjoyed the evening walk at the farm. You will see sheeps and alpacas. Bonus is we did blueberry picking as well. Brian is very friendly and helpful. We would definitely want to stay here again!

Mix of rural environment with modern comfort. Within driving distance from home. Pleasant friendly staff within reach but maintain privacy. All good and happy.

Perhaps a fly screen on the front door would be perfect.
