I only had to walk about 200m to my room after having a fantastic time at a catered event in the attached establishment which had fantastic food and great staff. Ample parking with room for a large trailer (boilermaker/ field mechanic etc) or there is a few more spots around the buildings to hide your bike away. Tidy, comfortable size room with a tv to create ambient noise in your room and a neat little bathroom at the rear of the room. The Traffic close by doesn't exceed anything I would class as too noisy. Standard and very tolerable, mostly going unnoticed aside from your typical cruiser cowboys and petrol head here and there, and I visited from a small rural town. I would stay again if circumstances bring me to the area.

Tiny mugs for coffee however i keep my thermo mug close by. Cannot personally fault the place.

We chose the gateway motel because it was cheap, close to the Sydney bypass and allowed pets. The room was quite large, clean and had everything we needed. We were pleasantly surprised to find the Vineyard hotel & beer garden next door. After a long drive, it was nice to sit down for a decent meal. The staff were all super friendly and one even brought over a water bowl for our dog. This was the perfect overnight stop on our drive from Brisbane to Melbourne (and back again).

Because the motel is next to the beer garden, we found it a bit noisy at night although we did go to bed quite early. This was a minor inconvenience and not something I feel the management are responsible for.

We arrived after dark and found the room clean and quiet. It was very handy being adjacent to the Hotel, where we had a very nice evening meal. We also enjoyed breakfast at the cafe attached to the Hotel. As visitors to the area, it was great having good food within a short walk of the accommodation. Even though it was quite a cold night, we were warm and comfortable. Would highly recommend for an overnight stay.

We had a superior room and it was enormous. It was in the new section of the motel, away from Windsor Rd, so it was very quiet. The room was very comfortable, spotlessly clean and the bathroom was large and also very clean. It is also next to the Vineyard Hotel, a great pub that offers breakfast, lunch and dinner. Good quality food and conveniently located next to the motel.

The delux queen room was much larger than usual in motels with a lounge and breakfast table with two chairs along with a queen bed, yet still feeling spacious. The bathroom area was similarly spacious and well appointed. The facility was excellent.

The supplied electric jug wasn't functioning but was immediately replaced when reception was notified. The bathroom exhaust fan may not have been working (we couldn't hear or feel it yet there was no steam mist in the room while showering). The bistro in the attached hotel was closed for renovations.

We frequently use this motel when we travel to Sydney. The staff are always helpful and friendly. The rooms are always spotless, spacious and well presented, with everything we need for our stay. Having a hotel on the same premises is a bonus, so we don't have to go far to eat.

It was convenient location for the funeral we were attending. The restaurant was onsite and everyone was friendly.

Quite noisy as we were in the section close to the road the newer rooms looked great and would have been much quieter as they were set further away from the activities.

Clean and private, had everything I needed

The car park would fill up in the evenings amd I’d sometimes need to park quite far from the rooms and move my car back early hours in the morning. Not the hotels fault though, there’s a bar and restaurant there as well.

Great staff, clean & comfortable room & great pub with nice food & a really good feel (the atmosphere that is :>}). The bonus coffee to start the day was good (would have been great if it were a large one - but still enjoyed). It's a recommended choice for value.

Nothing worth calling bad at all!

Right next to the Vineyard Hotel which does great meals. Always clean, friendly staff, comfy bed.

The traffic noise starts at 4.30am. Not much the motel can do about it but it is annoying. A garbage truck came to empty the hotel dumpster bin next to the rooms at 5.30am.
