loved the modern rooms. the bed was very comfortable. we had an interjoining room.

Before my booking I only had a mobile number to reach the hotel. I rang the mobile number and the man that answered the manager was very very rude to me. That turned me off but we still had no choice to go as we had to attend a wedding close by. The staff at the hotel itself were pleasant to me. I did have trouble finding the rooms as it's a pub and bottle shop and the rooms are behind up a hill.

The Archibald Hotel was one of the best places I stayed in whilst in Australia. I visited the Blue Mountains in early March and stayed a night at the Archibald on my way out of the Blue Mountains. The place was as expected. A comfortable bed and room above the bar, with free parking. Staff were cracking - friendly and helpful throughout. Genuinely if I'm ever that way again, I will be stopping in as you couldn't argue with the customer service.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly, the view is amazing, the locals are great and the food is absolutely exceptional all thanks to the chef and his team. It's definitely a place to spontaneously visit, and continue to visit. It's now become my favourite place.

There is absolutely nothing to not like.

Good selection of food - good value for money. The air conditioner heated up the room very quickly and the electric blankets were a nice touch. The mattress and pillows were comfy. The room contained a microwave and mini kitchen. Good sized bathroom.

The bathroom sink drain was not properly cleaned, could smell residual smells of vomit while brushing my teeth. A good spray of bleach with a scrub would easily have corrected this; the cleaner needs to pay more attention to detail. There is not much noise insulation, could hear residents next door.

Room came with fridge, kettle and microwave, bathroom was a great size and bed was reasonable, pillows fairly comfortable

Only issue was the batteries in the reverse cycle air con were dead so had to replace them with the ones from the tv remote.

Beautiful location with views outside of the Sydney skyline. Comfortable beds, spacious room, nice hot shower. Friendly staff. Hassle free parking. Great dining and drinks available on the premises.

Great views from rooms. Rooms basic but very clean, all amenities provided, staff friendly, bed very comfortable. Would be happy to stay there again. Seems like a lot of Reno work happening but did not hinder or disturb our stay.

I have to commend the staff - one of them offered to drive me to my venue and back!! so nice!! I did not end up taking her up on it but it was such a lovely gesture. Nice conveniently located hotel and easy parking.

Staff went out of their way to accommodate us, with transport to a family Christmas lunch driving us 20mins away and offered to pick us up if needed. Will definitely be back!!! .Had a great night at hotel afterwards . Room was clean, bed was comfortable..

Bed was comfortable, room had necessities.

The Fire alarm in the whole accommodation block when off at 6am Sunday Morning & then again at 8am.
