Location was great, close to the train station, a 5 minute brisk walk. The place was clean and tidy, bed sheets etc were clean and fresh. The air conditioner worked a treat. Kitchen area was okay, fridge and microwave were great. Office staff, house keeping and groundsmen were very helpful, friendly and went above and beyond to assist. :) The pool squeeky clean and so was the BBQ area.

One out four spare blankets, stored in the top shelf of the cupboard, was a bit smelly - may have needed a wash. The Kitchen could have used a chopping board and more pots for cooking. The blinds in the bedrooms did not work - the cords were missing or damaged. I found this a bit annoying.

Staff was lovely and accommodating. I am anaphylaxis to dust mist and I didn't need to take a single antihistamine during our stay, this means that our cabin was amazingly clean. The kitchen had a good range of utensils needed to cook. We also had a car spot right at the door of our cabin, my young kids didn't need to walk far to and from the car. The swimming pool is nice and shaded, less sunburn for us.

The fan was broken but it wasn't really a big deal, we just leave the air conditioner on longer to cool down the entire place.

Quaint, great cabin. Nice and clean, basic amenities, perfect for our needs, Location is close to cafe (21 Mochas, highly recommend) & public transport (train station approx 10 mins walk) Kitchen facility - great for cooking. Kids loved the bunk beds. Did not use any of the outdoor facilities, as we only really needed a place to rest/sleep after our pre-planned daily activities, but hope to for our next visit.

Main bed - softer than used to, which we found for us oldies can be a little sore on the back & shoulders, but could be perfect for other personal preferences. Loud bathroom fan.

One-bedroom cabin (chalet) plenty big enough for the two of us, not sure I'd have liked to share it with two others in the bunk beds though! Clean enough, great shower nearly knocked my block off :) Plenty of storage space in bedroom and kitchen. Allocated parking was great and the entry/exit system worked well. Staff in the office were very helpful. 10 minute walk to the train station, a bit further to bar and restaurants on the other side of the train track - but a bit far from everything else, so we're glad we had the car to get groceries etc in Emu Plains.

Could have done with a caddy in the shower for storing own toiletries. A few dents and small damages in the cabin but I guess that's just wear and tear. No door on the bedroom or the living room, this would have been useful for minimising sound / light pollution. Weird bunk bed arrangement in the middle 'hallway' area - we just used it for more storage! Not having a door on our bedroom meant we had to block the windows by the bunks with the spare pillows, as the light came in at the sides of the blinds. Unfortunately the walkway through into Penrith was blocked off due to utility services works - not the fault of the holiday park though.

The facility was very well maintained. The staff were welcoming, helpful in accommodating our needs. We were able to have our pet with us. Location was close to the places we needed to visit It was peaceful and quiet There was nothing that we disliked. Will definitely return if the need arises Having our own dedicated parking space is a relief The welcoming touch of chocolate was delightful

How close it was to everything and how clean the facilities were. We had a late check in (like 930pm) and an early check out (8am) didn't have to see any staff I the process however they had everything set up we were able to do it ourselves with no hiccups at all. Incredibly convenient for us with the little one. She loved the park and the jumping pillow pool was a bit too cold for her but she loved riding her trike around the BBQ area while wr made lunch. We cannot wait to stay here again when we come back to Sydney

The only feature we weren't a fan with was the pressure in the shower was a little full on and the water kept going hot and cold.

The Caravan Park had a very warm feel and the staff was friendly also the residents were very welcoming. The first cabin was a little bit run down but with an upgrade the next cabin was excellent. Don't get me wrong the first cabin was comfortable just needed a little TLC.

The staff were all Amazing. The Cabin was so so so cleaned. That I was actually trying to find something that was not cleaned. But I failed. Was a 5min walk to the train station. BBQ was Awesome. Include free BBQ’s, Kettle, Fridge, Oven, Microwave and even a TV to watch. While Cooking on the BBQ. Pool was Beautiful and Clean. Definitely Would Stay Again!!!

Unfortunately I had to go home.

Was very clean and tidy, friendly staff, located close to town/shopping and although located in an industrial area was peaceful.

Other people kept parking in our allocated spot,while annoying did not detract from the overall enjoyable experience.

It was clean. We were participating in a regatta at the regatta centre so it was close and was all we needed.

Cabin was old and small in size. Wasn't a concern for us but if there were more than 2 people it would've been a squash.
