A microwave would've been amazing.

The room was very clean and quiet with plenty of space. The Aircon worked a treat. It’s amazing that you can achieve that level of quiet when there is so much noise outside and downstairs - so don’t let the surrounds turn you off. It was very secure and we didn’t hear a peep all night. The staff were also very friendly, including the cleaning staff the next morning. The bathroom products were also really nice- shampoo, shower gel etc

Overall, the cleanliness was very good, but I think those black light shades are going to give you grief in the years to come. They really need to be vacuumed every day to prevent fluff building up on them. I also found the bed very soft. Something a little more medium/firm would have provided a better comfort level. Definitely not a deal breaker. Overall I was very comfortable. I will bring my own coffee next time as that brand of coffee (sachets) was dead awful.

The accommodation was very clean, and they offered housekeeping every day! The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The shower pressure was also excellent. The location was great, with great amenities nearby, including lots of options for eating out and a giant Woolies on the doorstep.

Better kitchen facilities (microwave), even just sharing, would have been great. During our stay, the guests across the hall had children regularly having full-on meltdowns throughout the night (screaming their heads off so loud and for so long that we considered calling 000). They were carried on during the day too! It made it hard to get a good night's sleep.

The location (so very close to everything, from shops, food places, pubs, clubs, pharmacies, post office, bus stop etc) that us perfectly!! The bathroom was clean; laundry clean and the aircon was great too, not to mention the free drinks coupon as well as other complementaries offered by the hotel!

The room was dusty when we arrived, which triggered some serious sneezing 🤧 for 2 nights. However, as soon as we reported the issue, the room was given a deep-cleaning and the issue disappeared. The only one significant missing item from the room was a MICROWAVE. A microwave would’ve significantly improved our enjoyment of the facility.

I enjoyed the friendly staff. The room was quiet to outside noises. The room was clean and attended to every day. There was a problem with the water boiling jug and housekeeping were prompt in fixing the problem same day. A very attentative place to stay. Parking attendent made sure car parks were kept for clients. a place i will say at again!

The bed was a bit small. The queen size would have been better. We didn't know how to get to the bar area unless we went out the main door. Went around the corner and went in front of the pub. I think each room. Need a book of information about where things are. Need more sugar in the room for ours cuppa.

We loved that it was nearby shops & restaurants and that other options for bistros were less than a 10min drive away. Loved that the bathroom were modern and new. Love the complimentary snacks and water.

We could smell the people next to us smoking cigarettes think out of their bathroom as the smell was strong through our vents in the bathroom, didn’t like that at all. Didn’t like that there was no lift option.

The location is convenient and easy to find, plenty of free parking. Secure access to the hotel and checkin. Comfortable beds and relaxing rain shower. Good sized rooms and beds, mini bar fridge with complimentary bottled water, milk, tea, coffee and sugar. Has plenty of power points and charging points too for devices.

The remote control for the reverse cycle AC wasn’t working and ensuite bathroom for the room we stayed in, was a little bit smaller than we expected, and a little bit tighter in space to manoeuvre around in but nothing to worry about and still has a good modern design.

What a lovely surprise, exterior of buuilding looks terrible, but inside immaculate. Aircon was turned on for our arrival. Beautiful bathroom, tastefully styled room with cool artworks. 1 min walk to Woolworths & food shops, pattisserie, bottle shop, very handy. Comfy bed, quiet night. Would certainly stay again.

Bit hard to find how to check in.

It was beautiful, looks different from outside but inside rooms are very beautiful!! Beat bits were the bathrooms and the comfort of the bed and the 2 free drinks😉😂

Honestly the only complaint is probably it looks not as good from the outside but honestly who even cares when the rooms feel like 5+ star lol
