The location is spectacular, close to beautiful Wentworth Falls and walks. The spa bath is awesome. Gas fire was lovely Loft apartment is spacious and lovely views over garden

The lounge suite is quite old and a bit dated. The bed was quite uncomfortable

Great location, excellent access to the Blue Mountains. The accomodation was great, we loved the 2 balconies, we were able to open both sides of the room for amazing views and airflow. The bathroom and spa were lovely, good size bathroom. The kitchen was acceptable, a little on the small size, but ok for a few days. The staff were lovely, we arrived quite late, they called us to make sure we knew how to access the key. The bed was comfortable and we did find the location very peaceful.

The kitchen was a little on the small side, but we were able to make do with what we had. Nothing we didn't like though.

Beautiful, quiet surroundings. Spacious room with lovely view. The fire and heat pump heated the entire space. The location was perfect for Wentworth Falls and easy, short driving distance to Echo Point, Scenic World, Katoomba, Leura etc. Compared to some of the other accommodation offerings in the area, this was excellently priced and better appointed. We'd stay here again.

There are dated elements of the room. Functional but small kitchenette. We're not fans of shower over spa baths because they're hard to get your footing on, and climbing in and out needs focus. However, the shower height was great for tall people. The two car park spacing per upstairs downstairs rooms is tight.

Girl at reception was very polite and friendly. Nice gardens and beautiful views from the hotel. Really spacious and generally comfortable apartment. Quiet, loved the fire place and spa bath, electric blankets, kitchen had all the basic things you'd need, coffee machine, plenty of free parking out the front.

Needs improving in terms of cleanliness. For the price, I'd expect the interiors to be updated too. Carpet is stained, furniture dated and pretty shabby. Base of the vanity in the bathroom was water damaged, soap holder broken. Apartment was certainly not in the same condition as shown in the photos.

The studio apartment was spacious and well equipped. Fridge, microwave etc. Comfy huge bed and easy car parking. The falls and trails are within walking distance.

The local village not close and a good 10 min drive across very busy road. When you find the Village it is very limited in facilities and should be treated as a trekking/sightseeing base rather than a pub/restaurant experience. A big selling point for these apartments is they all have hydrotherapy spa baths. This sounds fine until you experience that the shower is fitted over these baths. Firstly it is very difficult to get in and out of these baths. Secondly, the uneven standing surface in the bath makes it very uncomfortable to shower due to your feet slipping. These baths are not designed for showers to be fitted and it is just an accident waiting to happen.

Location and setting are excellent. Bed was very comfortable and has a very functional kitchen.

The apartment whilst being cleanish really needs a deep clean. The amount of mould on the tiles in the bathroom was excessive, the thick black mould in the plug hole in the hand basin was disgusting, I had to clean it myself as was I concerned it would be a potential health hazard. Most of the kitchen ware required washing before use but unfortunately the sponge and dishcloth under the sink weren’t new and were pretty gross themselves. There also was only 1 wine glass provided. Also some written instructions on the tv wouldn’t go astray🤪

young lady at reception was very helpful and greeted us with a smile and great attitude,she even rang when we were in the room to see if everything was ok and if we needed anything,that has never happened at any other place we have stayed over the years and theres been quite a few.

Well you go into these retreats,motels etc and you first see how clean they are then maybe pick some faults with the way the room is presented but realise its only short stay,most of the time you are in and out,its not like permanently living there and if there is faults ignore them because sooner or later you are leaving.So we loved the room,the location,everything,So nothing that we found that we didnt like.

Nice private room with 2 balconies, felt safe and secure. Sitting area with fire, bathroom has spa bath, which got used after some very long walks. Love the look of the whole complex. Gardens well maintained, quiet, great location, walking distance to falls and lots of walking tracks. Clean inside. Looked exactly like the photo's.

You could see that the rooms were a little neglected and showing their age. The blinds in the bathroom were broken with the broken slat sitting on the edge of the bath. Not all of the spa bath jets worked and there was no plug, for basin either. Only one sheer curtain on one balcony door, which didn't stretch the length of the windows and door. Both bedside lamp shades broken, the floor lamp in another loft didn't work. Cleanliness inside the room was great, balconies however were dirty, there was bird droppings on one of the balcony tables you could tell had been there for quite a while. No broom or dustpan which I could have used to sweep the balcony and the tile section inside the front door.

The 2 bedroom apartment was basically 2x apartments combined, upstairs and downstairs. Downstairs had a large kitchen, bedroom with large bed, living room with sofa bed, large bathroom and a courtyard. Upstairs was a massive studio with large bed, sofa bed, kitchenette, 2 balconies and bathroom. Very spacious and really nice to be able to eat in and play some boardgames in but still have privacy of own space. I've been told by the other couple that the bath was amazing, the water pressure in the shower was also good. Bed was very comfortable. Loved the location, close to Wentworth Falls beautiful lookout points and walks. Parking was available just outside of unit, so nice and easy!

No big issues, just some things to note - I think someone might have left our windows or doors open when preparing the room and we had a ton of moths and flies inside - so we ventured to the neirest supermarket for some bugspray. - Note that the bathrooms do not have a separate shower, so big steps are needed to get into and out of the spabath.

Overall the entire stay was very comfortable. The staff were friendly enough to heat up our room before arrival and were very nice when we met. The spa was spacious and relaxing. The location was perfect for hiking which we enjoyed. The Place was very clean and the facilities such as the Chromecast and the fire place were very comforting.

The entire place was spotless bar the kettle. When we opened it, we found a build up of black residue on the inside. The kettle was the only cheap kitchenware they had and needed replacing. We reported it to staff and they took the criticism very well.
