Great location into the town (seconds walk really). Even though it's located next to the highway you can't hear much noise in your room. Spacious room. Full kitchen (if you get a room with kitchen). Lovely staff!

There is no lift service from the carpark to upper levels. You will have to walk out onto car park to go to building as the path has stairs also. So if you're travelling with a pram or wheelchair it can be a little difficult (especially in wet weather. There is also limited car spots available, you can park anywhere that isn't "reserved". We were lucky to get a spot but there are lots of reserved signs. "King" bed is standard two mattresses pushed together. Which can be the case for most hotels however there could be additional pillow topper on the mattress for comfort. You can really feel the divide when lying in the middle of the bed.

Excellent location for exploring Leura, Katoomba, Wentworth Falls and Blackheath. Looks close to the highway but our apartment was not, and effectively had triple glazing for noise protection. Both rooms had everything we needed and were very clean. good setup for privacy with the studio and apartment seperate but still connected by the entrance. Reception were super friendly and listened when we advised of the shower issue below. Secure parking under the building was great for peace of mind and shade.

Showerhead holder in main apartment was broken, my dad was able to temporarily fix it and the reception said they had someone fully fixing it after our 2 day stay. The extractor fan in the studio bathroom did not work,but this was easily resolved by leaving the window on vent.

I have stayed here a lot over the last 5 years or so. It's a great base for hiking and close to cafes and restaurants. The apartment I wanted wasn't available when I phoned and Maria went out of her way to make sure I was well looked after. 2 nights in rm 99. As always very clean. Full sized kitchen. Good air conditioning. Washing machine and dryer. One of my favourite things was the shower. Very hot and a strong spray. Relaxing on the balcony is a joy. Undercover parking is a big plus in the cold months. Now they have a good modern Korean restaurant in the same building as reception. I had a lovely dinner there with a friend. I noticed there wasn't a heater in the bedroom and mentioned it at reception. A little later, the wonderful french lady on the desk (Annick) carried a heavy heater all the way to the end building where I was and lugged it up two flights of stairs just to make sure I was comfortable. She's a gem. I was very grateful. She has now also put electric blankets on. I was very warm and comfy.

No serious negatives really. WiFi struggles a bit. The bedroom has a slightly different layout to most of the apartments because it's a loft so no TV in bedroom but has a good big one in the Living Room.

The lovely lady on the desk helped me upgrade my room. I was in 033 on the first floor. It has a brand new A/C so very quiet. Great balcony away from traffic noise and big rooms. Very clean. The only small problem was the shower which didn’t really spray at all (so water comes out more like a tap). Unfortunately it didn’t have a spray adjustment that other rooms I’ve stayed in here have. Not a big deal. Microwave came in handy and there is a washing machine and dryer too. Secure parking as well. So a great overall experience. There is a nice korean resturant next to the reception so I grabbed some takeaway.

The shower head might be clogged as it didn’t spray.

Location in the middle of Leura was fantastic. We had access to a laundry which was very useful. Cheerful receptionist. Undercover car park. It was warm in very cold weather.

Not aware that the only way to our room was via stairs and no availability to change. It was two flights from the car park underneath carrying suitcases. Also as with so many of these places nowhere but the floor to put your suitcases. There was only one wine glass in the room and we asked on our way out the second morning for an extra one which didn’t arrive until we asked again. A small thing but worth

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room well appointed, heated and comfortable, there was undercover parking for our car, and the location for us was perfect - at the end of the main street with everything in walking distance and across the road from the railway station which made a trip to Sydney easy.

The weather, fogbound and cold, but that wasn't something anything could be done about.!

Spacious and ideal for few nights. Convenient for station but position of the appartment we were allocated made it noisy. Washer and dryer shared between 2 appartments and free.

very noisy from train line. 2 items only of cutlery and crockery. although microwave provided no cooking crockery for use in microwave. Steep slope down to appartment and the stairs inside, fine for us but not for anyone with limited mobility or unable to carry luggage upstairs.

Excellent location. Right near all the lovely shops, cafes and restaurants (and a supermarket). Meant we could park our car (free secure underground spot) and walk around. Easy drive of just a few mins to Scenic World Room was a good size with large bathroom and kitchen had what we needed for our 2 night stay. Handy having shampoo, body wash etc provided so we could bring less stuff with us. Room had good reverse cycle aircon (we needed the heater function the second night and it was fine). TV allowed us to log into our own streaming services (thought we had to re-login everytime we turned on the TV which was annoying). We were able to have 2 single beds instead of a king which was handy. One of the beds was comfy the other had seen better days. Would stay again.

As above, having to constantly log into our own streaming services and the bed could do with an upgrade.

The apartment allocated to us was a home away from home with everything you need at your fingertips. The apartment was self contained and quite spacious with lovely view of the garden. Central location and easy to get to shops, cafes and restaurants, all within walking distance. Very nicely set out and located. Staff were very committed to making sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

None come to mind - all good!

The location is perfect, just within 2 minutes’ walk from Leura Station. Supermarket is only within 10 minutes’ walk. A number of restaurants just nearby. Very spacious room with full kitchen facilities and laundry room. Comfortable bed and very quiet vicinity. Ladies at the reception are nice and welcoming.

I was allocated a room with a balcony on the top floor but there was no lift. So I had to drag my luggage all the way to the top floor. Despite I was travelling light, it was still a strenuous work.
