Room was comfortable and clean. Recently updated too.

Staff seem inexperienced and weren't too proficient in English. Breakfasts were no were near as good as they used to be unfortunately. Full hit buffet breakfast used to be offered here as standard. No hot food now eg. Bacon and eggs, beans etc. Unless you pay from $15 to $30 for them. Kitchen staff for breakfast lacked experience and were not too attentive. Running out of knives twice, spoons, pancake machine not working, milks needed, butter needing topping up twice in one breakfast service of less than 1 hour. Food options for breakfast need improving and all staff at breakfast and at reception need further training. Grounds were lovely and well kept. Rooms were clean and today and recently updated.

The property is really nice and quiet. Staff are approachable and helpful as well.

Check-in time is 2:00 pm, but when we arrived there the reception lady said our room wasn’t cleaned yet hence not yet ready for check in. There were also a number of guests who were waiting to get into their rooms but turns out they are short of staff, there were only 4 staff to prepare rooms. We got very late into our room at around 6:30 pm and there were also other guests still waiting to get to their rooms. We felt sorry for the staff as they were also very tired.

Three dirty laundry bags left outside our room the whole time we stayed, breakfast was very average. Receptionist valued her paperwork over the customer and spoke very fast to tick a box of what she had to say.

We liked the place, but for the price they charge, for breakfast I was expecting eggs to be included in the continental breakfast without extra pay. At least one warm meal for breakfast. Many places include omlet in continental breakfast.

Rooms are super spacious and our bathroom/shower was also very roomy. Plenty of parking. Breakfast was super delicious and had a great variety of things. Different breads, croissants, pastries, pancakes, mueslis, cornflakes, yoghurts, spreads, cold cuts, cheese, fruits, coffee, teas, juices,... Staff was friendly and helpful. Would book again. Thank you!

We planned to have a swim and the pool was advertised as heated, but was quite cold. Our room had no outside seating, only pool rooms come with outdoor furniture.

We arrived to the sound of the cicadas chirupping in the gorgeous trees that line the entry driveway. The unit is very modern and chic. The only issues we had was that I found the bed quite hard for my needs, but I solved that by putting one of the spare blankets under the bottom sheet. The other thing that could be improved is that there is minimal shelving and drawers for our loose items, especially for our one week stay. Apart from those minor things, everything else was lovely, and our unit looked out onto a flowering camilia tree. The continental breakfast was a great help, and buffet style. A good start to the day. The staff were very accomodating and pleasant. Thank you very much for a lovely stay.

Lovely quiet location. Great bed and shower. Nice continental breakfast. Keep in mind that whilst the resort does have lovely gardens, your room may not have them! Staff were happy to change us to a ground floor room

Lack of facilities to wash dishes. No cooking allowed. Even f illing a jug of water from the bathroom vanity tap took patience!

The hotel is located in a beautiful spot of Leura and it has great facilities. The gardens are well maintained and just gorgeous

The only disappointment was that it’s supposed to be a pet friendly hotel but I had to upgrade to a different room because the one originally booked did not allow dogs. So I paid the difference for the dog friendly room. Upon check in, I had to sign a disclaimer that the dog is not allowed to be by itself at any time. If the dog is left alone and barks you can be liable to pay a hefty fine. So we lost our dinner reservation and had to find a place where we could take our dog. Lastly, i understand and agree animals should not be allowed in the pool, but they’re not even allowed in the pool area. Which made it a hassle to be in the pool area at all. I don’t believe this hotel is really dog friendly.

Great location for our purposes. The room was enormous and could easily fit a cot or two if you were travelling with little ones. Room was dark for sleeping and in the morning when we opened the curtains we had a magnificent view of the sunrise! A cold winter morning wasn’t a problem with good heating and a heater in the bathroom. Breakfast was a simple buffet and the automatic pancake maker was very entertaining !

The beds were quite uncomfortable and need updating. Although tea and coffee were provided in our room, there were no cups or mugs. I thought the having to pay extra for a cappuccino at breakfast that just came out of a machine was unreasonable.
