Clean. Warm. Inviting and lively decor. Well kept and appreciated.

The milk sachets for tea and coffee were out of date. We got given new ones but they were more out of date than the first lot, the UHT milk was a solid blob in the container. Small stuff for sure but worth knowing about as we left before we could say this to management

The hotel is at an excellent location. The room was without any problems. We got a better room for free. Free parking come in handy and WIFI was OK.

We had to wait for about 40 minutes at the reception till somebody showed up.

The room was very cosy, clean and comfy. Spotless sheets, warm, pleasant and clean bathroom. Ron was very friendly and understanding, as I had an accident at the end of the day, out of the Scenic World, having to go to Blue Mountains Hospital, and had to check in later.

The location was quite far away from the city centre. Most restaurants did not deliver there. That´s a downfall; the hotel doesn't have 24-hour food service or room service. The breakfast was effortless.

Location Safe parking. Staff. Daniel was a really great host. Always had a smile.

Couple of small things I mentioned before I left Could do with a small table to put a cup on... If you provide tea/coffee making facilities a place to put a cup would be nice. Maybe a few hangers in the wardrobe. Might be handy. Kitchen area has a microwave, a kettle and a fridge but no sink. No taps ! Again, handy when boiling a kettle. Feels like they're just starting up. Good but keep going.

Room is cozy, not big but comfortable. Breakfast is provided, either cereal or toast. Location is very close to 3sisters tourism spot, just walk 9 minutes and arrive. Nearby is a chocolate shop, worth to check but a bit pricey tho.

I found two shampoo inside the shower but no soap, I guess it was like 3 in one usage, hair, face and body? Anyway, I have my own soap but I was questioning why two shampoo. Nothing else.

Great location comfortable bed breakfast was very good. The staff made this place and our stay special nothing was an issue our requests were handled perfectly by the wonderful receptionist and with no fuss. The manager Daniel was so friendly and welcoming and took the time to ensure our needs were met and share stories and make you feel at home and one of the family. We highly recommend this guest house for anyone wanting to stay in Katoomba

No issues at all fantastic place

I stayed just a few nights at La Maison Boutique Hotel (i was upgraded to the hotel from the pension at arrival). My stay was really good, the room is spacious and the bed confortable, everything was very clean. I enjoyed the simple breakfast, it has everything you need to start the day.

The hotel is a little far from the town center, but there’s a bus running every ~40 minutes. Of course, not a problem if you have a car.

The location was within walking distance to Three Sisters lookout. Staff were friendly. There was a fridge for us to store some fruits.

The walls were paper thin so we could hear the people in the next room. Our shower leaked so had to put down a bunch of towels.

We were upgraded to their property next door La Maison. We were really fussed over by the owner and staff Also had under cover parking Rooms large and new. Great bathroom. Continental breakfast but that's all we required and Daniel who was in charge surprised us on the 2nd morning with eggs.
