The inn was enchanting and reflected the area. The bed was very comfortable, but I am short and needed a step stool to climb onto it. There was a fireplace (electronic) in our room. The bathroom was large with a tub and a separate shower. There was a large terrace outside our room. The restaurant was cozy and the staff was very friendly. We paid extra for a delicious brunch, but it was a bit pricey. The food was excellent and I would recommend the restaurant despite the price. There were free freshly baked cookies and beverages available to guests throughout the day and even a wine bottle cooler. We had to drive about 5 minutes to the center of town, but did not mind. Also, there is a supermarket only 3 min. away. I highly recommend this inn, with an authentic southwest feel, to travelers.

The only drawback was having had a room on the second level and there not being an elevator. We left our luggage in the car, since we were only there for a couple of nights, and each brought a small bag to the room. We had no problems with vandalism, but I do not ordinarily leave anything in a car whether travelling or at home.

Katie, at the front desk, was so friendly and so helpful. She was there every day we were there (for three days). She spent time with us when we checked in going over the details of our stay and showing us the inn and property. She recommended an excellent restaurant and made reservations for us at Shorebird. Also, we had breakfast in the inn one day and it was very good. We stayed in the Serena Vista suite, which was so nice - it was quiet, had a private patio, had a fireplace, and had a whirlpool tub in the bathroom. There was coffee, tea, water and more in the lobby available 24/7. They also provided bathrobes and slippers. The property was beautiful also, with green lawns, pretty decorations and places to sit.

There is nothing we can think of.

What a peaceful oasis. Even better was the staff - Katie gave us a very detailed tour of everything we needed to know about the many places where we could lounge or eat or drink, and showed us around our room. I was really impressed by the attention to detail of our room and the hotel. For example, guests could help themselves to coffee in one part of the hotel, but there were little tables outside the other side where we could put the coffee cups down while opening the door. When the restaurant was open (breakfast and brunch) there would be quiet, peaceful music playing outside - not too loudly but just enough to provide ambiance and make us feel special. Loved the cookies in the afternoon. The bed was super comfy. Climate control was great. Food at the restaurant was wonderful. The hotel is in West Sedona, which is away from the craziness of the main part of town, yet we could walk to the Thunder Mountain trailhead and an awesome hike.

Too bad the restaurant doesn't serve dinner, but I get why. Katie said if we wanted to use the outdoor tables for food we bring in, that would be fine. And, we didn't like having to leave - it was just too nice!

The location was great. Close to easy hikes within walking distance. Katie at front desk was awesome. So kind, helpful and friendly. She even helped me to my room with my bags! View from my room was a bit obscured, but you could peek through the trees and see the beautiful mountains.

My bathroom was less than ideal. The tile starting to get nasty in the shower and I would never use the jetted tub. It definitely needs a make-over for the price of the room. I would go to get coffee around 6am in the morning and it was the lukewarm coffee from the previous night. Seems they cater to people that sleep in! No reflection on the Inn, but the city of Sedona is rather stuffy and not a lot of reasonably priced shopping options.

We stayed for 5 nights at Casa Sedona for our honeymoon - and we just have no words for how marvelous, memorable, and brilliant the place was! Everyone and everything were so wonderful and so very perfect, this was definitely one of the best stays we both ever had! It was peaceful, quaint, and therapeutic a space to be in - a wonderful escape! From the start, we had our flight cancelled so we had to be rebooked to a later flight (what a start to the honeymoon!) and were worried that we won't be able to make it in time before they closed check-in for the night, but the people were so kind and helpful, and even provided us with some information regarding the traffic once we arrived in Phoenix. Kristi welcomed us though it was after 9pm so warmly and showed us to our room - from the time we stepped into the Inn and our room (Dreamweaver) was so very beautiful! Great views, beautiful balcony, very comfortable bed, amenities were so amazing (robes, slippers) - and they even gifted us a box of chocolates!! We also really love being able to get water / tea / coffee anytime of the day (and so many options too!) plus COOKIES!!! We had brunch one of the days that we were there and it was perfectly portioned and very delicious; the hot tub and roof terrace (shared) were also amazing! We love the small touches in / around the place; they have a beautiful shared lobby for the wing we stayed on, and the Inn always smell SO GOOD which really made us feel so welcomed and everything was just so very convenient! Housekeeping always kept our rooms clean! All the staff were just very kind and this is definitely a place we'd love to return to - maybe to celebrate our anniversary? Hehe thank you Casa Sedona!!! Sidenote: We gave a call to the inn before we booked to check which room would suit what we are looking for and they were very helpful, so just a suggestion!

The only thing we didn't like was not staying more than the 5 nights we booked haha - DEFINITELY BOOK YOUR STAY HERE!!

Very quiet stay. Extremely clean, beautifully designed with friendly staff. Breakfast & lunch on site, hot tub, numerous patios & outdoor spaces to enjoy. Water pressure was excellent in showers!

We had an upstairs room, 3 floors up, no elevator. It didn’t bother us but if you have knee issues you may want to request a room on the lower level. Small room - not much room to maneuver & tall bed. They had wooden steps in the room to help with getting in bed. Again, it wasn’t an issue for us but might be a problem for some.

From the moment we arrived and were greeted by the exceptional innkeeper, Laurel, we knew we were going to have a great weekend. Laurel showed us the many amenities available to guests and shared tips about local eateries and hikes. There's a nice shared kitchen area available to guests 24/7 with microwave, water, tea, wine chiller, and fresh baked cookies in the afternoon. We loved our room which had a private patio and entrance. There's even a charger for your electric car. The grounds are lovely and the breakfasts are excellent.

The listing makes it seem as if you will have a mountain view from your room but most rooms do not. There is a nice shared terrace that does have mountain views.

Excellent service all around. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful. The accommodations and appointments were clean, beautiful, quiet. The atmosphere felt designed to help guests feel at-home yet pampered, and more than anything else, calm and as private as one wished to be. Even so, the people that I met before the truly excellent breakfast were friendly, and I had a particularly nice encounter with another early-riser. Based on Anna's recommendations, I had two marvelous, lengthy walk-hikes in the immediate vicinity: the pictures were taken a 10m walk from the Inn (the balloons took off about every 15m from about 6AM). All in all, a relaxing, awesome get-away, one that we hope to repeat next Spring.

The stay was too short. That's our only complaint, and I cannot blame that on Casa Sedona...

The Inn is a quaint boutique hotel and has amazing amenities such as cotton robes and slippers (they let you keep the slippers) you can use to go to the hot tub at night! The hot tub was wonderful. Beds and pillows are very comfy and the two person spa like shower is absolutely fantastic! The grounds are lovely and the staff are as well. Was hesitant about the price but it was worth it to splurge on our 25th Anniversary. The restaurant was very good as well for breakfast. Will definitely return for another special occasion.

Everything was wonderful.

Pretty, quiet, located in a residential-ish area but easy to get to and from. Thoughtful kitchen & coffee area available at all times. The staff are very nice and attentive, and the property is spotless. All your needs are addressed and we felt very safe there. Our bathroom had a separate shower and huge spa tub, with quality amenities.

The stairs! Granted, we wanted a view (which was fabulous) so stairs were expected. However, the buildings are multi level throughout and require a lot of up and down. Our room, “Southwest Memories” required TWO sets of stairs (one very narrow) to access. Then, another set of stairs inside another building to get coffee, cookies, the microwave, etc. While the furnishings were comfortable and of quality, they seemed a bit overdone and cramped. Our room was quite cramped and the chairs snagged my mom’s robe. Our bed was so high they provided a heavy wooden stool to get up and down! (It was almost comical.)
