The hotel layout and room was exactly what I was anticipating in terms of a Quality Inn right off the Interstate. We were only there for one night looking for a place to lay down and sleep and it was absolutely perfect for that. The room was perfectly clean, the amenities were everything we needed. The cleanliness of the room was better than I was expecting for middle of nowhere right off the Interstate. Above and beyond what I was expecting.

The television remote was not working/pairing with the TV the way that it should. The TV system basically went haywire in the middle of watching it with the remote from the bedroom and the one in the living room so that we'd have to switch remotes to control volume.

This hotel is plain looking on the outside but the rooms are always clean and the staff is very helpful. This is the second year we have stayed here. The rooms have been remodeled in the last few years and are very nice. We had a handicapped room. There was a nice roll in shower with a bench and hand-held shower wand. The floors have a nice wood laminate, and the baths have nice tile. Beds are comfortable. Not crazy about the pillows, but they are fine for a one night stay.

the man that checked me in was friendly, professional and offered to assist me in any way if I needed. room comfortable, pool very nice and refreshing. good breakfast

the only thing that made my stay less than excellent was the man in the room next to mine; he stood outside his door smoking 24/7 with his yappy dog. so i had to wait for him to put dog in each time i wanted to pass (it was barking at me) and also had to walk through a pillow of cigarette smoke each time i entered or left my room. yuck!

I booked a suite because I needed somewhere to stay for several days with my two energetic young boys and our dog and cat. The pet policy alone is very hard to find these days! The rooms were very spacious and had been modernized. I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of space in the kitchen area. I was also thankful for a fridge in each of the rooms. The microwave was a big help too. The bed was huge and comfortable, the bedding was nice and there was extra which definitely came in handy. The shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. The tv in the bedroom meant I could keep the boys occupied if they didn't want to watch the same thing. The living room area was well furnished with a chair, sofa that could pull out into a bed, a coffee table, desk and office chair, and a tv. There was also a swingset my younger son took advantage of regularly during the several days we stayed. Breakfast was good, you can make your own waffles (the boys LOVED that option!), with assorted toppings like syrup, peanut butter, or jam. There were Jimmy Dean sausage sandwiches, yogurt, cereal, orange juice, milk, and coffee. Overall a very solid breakfast option. Another really great feature was the free laundry. It was very easy to operate the machines, and trying to stick to a budget with an unexpected extended stay, I was very grateful for the option. The staff were very friendly and answered any questionsI had and offered help when I needed it. I was greeted every morning by staff. It's obvious the staff have worked hard to make this an inviting place to stay. It truly exceeded my expectations. The cost was budget friendly. I couldn't have booked a hotel suite for this much, and if you're on the fence about staying at a motel, I would say this one will change your mind. I am happy I chose Quality Inn & Suites, and would happily stay again in the future.

I just wish our stay had been in the warmer months when the pool was open!

Breakfast was usual budget hotel fare. It was served in a pleasant sit down dining room. My husband requires an arm chair or sofa to sleep upright and staff was very accommodating. Suite we rented was spacious and very functional. Hotel is located on edge of town very close to restaurants and gas stations.

Unfortunately, the only suite available was a smoking room. I am not sure if I mistakenly booked a smoking room but it really was our only choice once we got to the hotel because of the upright sleeping issue for my husband. Otherwise, everything was as expected.

The nicest looking property with coverage over the sidewalks so we didn't have to leave in the rain. Cute landscaped area with tables & chairs which happened to be right outside our room.

Only thing was the upholstered chairs in the breakfast might not have been the best choice. With syrup part of the food, many chairs looked like syrup had be dumped or wiped all over the seats.

Looking for a diamond in the rough without spending a ton of cash for a place to sleep? This place is for you. Check-in was easy and the staff was very polite. The room was updated and clean, the bed comfortable, and the A/C, although a throwback unit, cooled the room so quickly that we needed to turn it off for the night. The pool/courtyard area was well-kept, and plenty of parking was right outside the room. Breakfast was more than sufficient, with all the amenities of breakfasts at other hotels charging twice the rate. But most of all, the room was half the price of similar accommodations in Vandalia, Greenville, Effington, or Columbus. To be fair, the architecture and exterior are "retro," but if you aren't too persnickety and simply want a comfortable and clean place to crash, this is the place for you.

Adequate nice bedding and towels. Normal height beds are comfortable and easy to get in, no climbing needed. Friendly, helpful desk clerk.

Checked in just after midnight so we couldn't park close to our door. Getting from the parking lot to the sidewalk was somewhat challenging with a wheelchair but we made it.

The staff was very nice. My room was very clean and smell pleasant. I noticed that it was very quiet and that made it easy for me to get the rest I needed. There were plenty of parking spaces available. I will definitely choose this hotel again when traveling this route. Thank you for the good service.

The breakfast was fair but offered no eggs or meat, per se, not many protein choices. Otherwise, it was good. We always appreciate the service of an ice machine and need a bag upon arrival and again when we leave. It is critical to provide ice to travelers and you did. Also, we loved having a bathtub as I must have a hot bath, for therapy reasons. It was quiet; we had Room 123 and the motel was not heavily booked; we liked that so much. The front desk people were friendly and welcoming.

We forgot to sign out of our Netflix and called to ask for help doing that from the staff. The desk was not helpful in solving this problem. She said she could do nothing as Room 123 was booked for a week and did not want to disturb the residents. Told us we had to wait for two more days until the Supervisor returned. Or call back in the morning and see if the maids could sign out. We were not willing to give out our password to a maid. We waited until we got home and re set our password. I think you need a head employee in place when the Supervisor is off.
