I discovered it is a new hotel chain in an old location, but the lobby, hallways and my room were very well updated and well taken care. The parking lot was well lit. My room was clean, had a small fridge and the bed was very comfortable. The front desk both at check in and check out were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is also close to several restaurants. The breakfast bar in the morning had bagels, little muffins (in a bag), yogurt, orange juice and coffee.

The service was phenomenal! Ms. Tavia and Mr. Patel was so dang nice in welcoming me to the hotel! They were very hospitable and friendly! They gave me a 5 dollar chip to use for drinks and snacks which was a pleasant surprise! Mr. Patel even checked my room before I went up to ensure everything was up to standard. Which it surely was. It was very clean and was above my standards! The price was super phenomenal and the breakfast was great! The renovations and remodeling did not stop this staff from delivering arguably 5 star service!

The lack of breakfast options, just a couple options.

Place was VERY CLEAN! Comfy and quiet and the staff could not have been nicer. We arrived at 2:30 PM and we're able to check in. Room was just lovely as was the bathroom. Towels were thick and fluffy. So I know this Inn was newly renovated and I hope it keeps the high standards. We do many road trips and definitely will stop here again. Location is excellent for eating, drinking and shopping. Serious shopping can be done. The breakfast the next morning was a definite step up. Eggs, sausage, toasts, cereals, fruit, yogurt, peanut butter, coffee, tea, juice, some package pastries...plenty of choices and nice morning breakfast staff. Put this place on your travel radar. We stayed one night so I can't say what a continued stay would be like but I give the place high marks.

Only issue we had was adjusting the AC and that was User Error

I did not get to eat breakfast at the hotel as I had other plans

One day I did not get my room cleaned even though I did not have the sign hanging on the door to not disturb. I left the room at 8:30am which left time for someone to clean it. Upon a long work day I called downstairs to the desk to ask why it had not been cleaned and they were not sure why either after I explained the above scenario. He did bring up to my room towels and wash cloths and asked it I wanted it cleaned but I was too tired.

I like the room and hotel lobby. The bed was so comfortable I fell asleep watching TV. I loved the quiet, I loved the elevator. I especially loved the downstairs Breakfast, it was delicious. I loved at check in you got a $5.00 chip to exchange for a food item. The check in staff, were so nice and professional. The room was well cooled upon my arrival.

It wasn't anything I didn't like but I do have a suggestion. Maybe think about higher toilets. The toilet in my room was so low, it took me by surprise when trying to sit down.

The staff were chatty and friendly, we felt so welcomed here! They had hot water and tea/coffee station for our midnight snacking, and the facilities were really great.

There wasn’t much we didn’t like! It was a good size, the facilities were nice, and it was really comfy. I really liked this stay!

The staff was VERY friendly and VERY helpful...I would like to especially note mitch Livingston who went out of his way to make us comfortable...it was late in the evening.and I found that there was no coffee...mitch brewed up a new container for me...additionally, I would like to thank Vimal Patel who like mitch was VERY customer focused and very attentive to his customer needs during breakfast

The construction was noisy (but necessary)...and there was no chairs in the room

The breakfast was delicious and there was a lot to choose from. The complimentary cookies at check in was a pleasant surprise. The walk in shower was amazing and very cool looking and relaxing. This location has a small dog park that made it even more convenient for our little travel companion. The staff were very friendly and professional

Hotel is in a good location with accessibility to local restaurants. Staff was cordial and rooms were clean.

Only problem that we had was the top two floors had no AC in the hallways and staff had placed fans at various locations. Noise from the fans in the hallways kept us up during the night. Temperature was 94 with a feel like temperature of 104.

The breakfast I didn’t like at all, the breakfast area needs to be updated including the breakfast.

I didn’t like the fact it didn’t have a pool. Entering the room there was a bad odor. So we had to go buy cleaning supplies and room spray
