always free shuttle between KIX and hotel, excellent breakfast, very nice BF staff, no feeling of being rushed (out) as BF hour closes. the supermarket right across the hotel is a plus with a wide variety of foodstuffs including excellent strawberries.

The room was spacious and clean. They provided high quality shampoo conditioner and body wash. Towels were clean with pleasant smell. We had free airport shuttle at 630am. The hotel has a food market and pharmacy across the street, very convenient. The room had central heating and cooling, room temp was 25C or 77F. I complained with the staff cos it was warm for us for sleeping. and they gave us a fan which kinda alleviated the discomfort. We tried to go to the Rinku Premium outlet but there were no taxis in the area Good value! I still recommend staying here!

this is our 4th or 5th stay b/c we like the available hotel bus shuttle service. we prefer to stay overnight in Izumisano after a 10hr. flight and go right to sleep. BF buffet is excellent plus the dining room is spacious and thus not crowded.

the elevator doors close too quickly/forcefully. if a person already inside lacks the courtesy to hold the "open" button, i have seen a guest get smashed by its door. . . ouch! the rooms are tiny but ok for an overnight stay.

We are a family of 4 with a baby and small child. The hotel greeted us at the airport and we were grateful for this convenience. The staff were lovely and even gave our daughter a gift. The room was very tight with a cot in it but it is expected size and we appreciated the request. Large supermarket across the road and an easy walk to the station. Would highly recommend.

The breakfast was excellent, a pretty good start to our holiday lots of variety and all you can eat buffet. The coffee was good too. Staff were very helpful and very lovely to a couple of Aussies who were a bit lost to start with.

The queen size bed was pushed against the wall so made it difficult for one of us to get out if needing to get up through the night and the bed was too hard for us but would be great if you like a firm mattress.

staff were very helpful and hotel was nice, clean and spacious. it's also very close to the train station. good value for money. Good that they also ad a shuttle bus.

wasn't too keen on the hard pillow. however, I probably could have asked for a soter one but I was too tired.

Room temperature is centrally controlled and can't be adjusted! It was quite stuffy so I had to open the window, but that means noise from the outside could get in.

Just that the property is older. The staff was wonderful and the food in the morning was exceptional. It also was a great place to sleep because it is very quiet. And they have a free shuttle service to the airport, which was well worth it. JN 2025

Located about 5 minutes from the station the hotel was easy to find. Staff were friendly and the double room spacious for a japanese hotel. Bathroom also spacious and clean with a large bath. Supermarket and 7-11 across the road. Well priced and close to Kansai Airport
