The breakfast was very good, the room was clean and comfortable and this hotel is one train stop from the airport, which was convenient. It was also very nice to go to Marble beach and just enjoy the beautiful scenery.

Of course, it’s right next to the airport so it’s not a very quiet location with cars and planes in the distance. Also, there is not a ton to do right around the hotel aside from the beach and shopping. It’s perfect if you’re just trying to be by the airport but quite far from Osaka proper for the sites, food, or entertainment.

The staff are very attentive, helpful and responsive. We told them our flight was cancelled and was sent to Nagoya so we couldn’t check in on the first night. They are very understanding and waived our no-show fee. Then we told them our baggages were delayed and left the hotel’s address to the airline for delivery. They kept us posted about our baggages upon enquiry & helped to keep them for us. I am very happy and satisfied with their whole crew’s services. It’s the best hotel among the hotels I checked in during my trip to Osaka personally. I would definitely check in this hotel again and highly recommend it.

Nothing. It’s a hotel with the best customer care and service I have ever received. Luxury hotels may provide good service and environment but nothing beats a hotel with caring and helpful staff who communicate perfectly in English, especially when your flight/ baggage went chaotic.

We only stayed for 1 night because there was an anomaly with our flight booking. The nearest and achievable place I found was Kansai Airport Washington Hotel on such short notice. But check-in was a little bit later so we had to stay at the airport. Staff was very helpful and I payed at the front desk. They accept card. They have a shuttle bus to the airport for free, you just have to book it on a machine near the front desk and choose a time that suits you. You'll have to be at the lobby 10mins before your allotted time though. I didn't have the time to experience their amenities and services but I'm sure they're great. The hotel is near/walking distance to Rinku park and Rinku Pleasure Town Seacle where you can ride one of the big ferris wheels in Japan. Of course there's a Donki right across that.

Check-in was at 15:00, the hotel denied my request for earlier check-in but it wasn't a big deal. So we stayed at the airport until then because our flight had some issues(not cancelled nor delayed). A short distance from Rinku town station so it wasn't hard to walk to the hotel with bags in tow.

We stayed here the night before our early morning flight, and it was the perfect choice. Just a 5-minute walk from Rinku-Town Station (Exit 5), the location was super convenient—especially with the free airport shuttle starting at 5:30 AM. Rinku Premium Outlets were right across the station, so we had time for a bit of shopping too. Having a Family Mart inside the building and a Lawson just a few metres away made it easy to grab snacks and essentials for the kids. Everything we needed was within reach—definitely a great stopover for families flying out of Kansai International Airport!

Very convenient hotel close to the airport. The shuttle service is perfect if you have an early flight. Very comfortable rooms and nearby convenience stores. The room had enough space for three adults with comfortable beds.

The hotel was good and comfortable, but it is located quite far from the main tourist attractions in Osaka, making it less ideal for travelers focused on sightseeing. However, it is very practical and convenient for business travelers or tourists who need to catch early flights, thanks to its proximity to the airport and reliable shuttle service.

Shuttle bus service (Even if there is only one person traveling, the bus will take you there.), good location for shopping, good more space room for luggage deposit and good for packing your luggage. I felt that it was a very generous hotel. There were places to rest while waiting for the late night bus and there were several spacious bathrooms even after you checked out. Thank you very much.

The carpet color of the corridor and the atmosphere from the elevator hall to the room looked gloomy and not fresh. The air conditioner was not cool and difficult to adjust to the desired temperature. I had to open the window to help, but I had to close it when I slept because there was the sound of motorcycles revving up on the road all night!! (I wonder where the city officials went)

Stayed one night before my early-morning flight. For someone to use this hotel on arrival, it is just one stop from the airport by train, then the hotel reception is within a few-minute walk, easy to find. The airport shuttle was useful and on time, the hotel staff very helpful, well-mannered, friendly. Pants press and ironing eqipment are provided on every floor, you just have to go and get what you need. Coffee (the per-cup filter coffee, not the sachets of instant coffee), tea (teabag) etc. were offered at the reception as well as in the room, which was good for me as I drink a lot of coffee.

The room I stayed in didn't have a desk though the photos on Booking.com page showed otherwise, a little surprise, because I needed to work with my compuetr while in the room. Also, the airport shuttle from the airport to the hotel only runs after 18:00, it would have been nice if the service had been available, say, all afternoon... Otherwise, a good stay overall.

There is an old male staff ( I did not manage to get his name) who is in my opinion, very passionate about his work and he is very helpful and proactive in helping us to check in, showing us the way to take the shuttle bus to the Aeon mall nearby, offering to take pictures of us, and during the stay. It was a pleasant experience to end our trip in Osaka.

It would be nice to vacuum the carpet under the bed, considering that the bed is on castor wheels. That area was dusty and there were 2 used cotton buds also. The other areas were clean.

Airport shuttle super convenient. Location very close to train station with Lawson and FamilyMart in the same building. Staff were attentive and present to help with guiding the automated check-in process. The hotel had various partnerships with local businesses to provide guests with sample products like face masks, hair styling tools, and mattress, which was an interesting experience. Beds were comfortable and room size perfect for a one night stay to catch an early flight the next day.

Room air-conditioning and circulation was a little hard to adjust, we ended up opening the window. Otherwise, no complaints.

Convenient for 1 night stopover after later arrival at Osaka KIX airport, convenient shuttle bus from airport (bus stop S-12 at one end for hotel shuttle buses and not 12 at other end for regular buses) and back to airport in early morning for Haruka Express train to Kyoto (could have also taken train to Kyoto from nearby Rinku Town station but with transfer at Osaka station). Only downside not many places to eat after around 9pm if arrive at night, have to walk about 10 min to Rinku Town outlet mall area. But there is a Family Mart convenience store within hotel, open 24 hrs. Hotels in Japan provide toiletries so don't have to pack them with you.
