The breakfast was very good, the room was clean and comfortable and this hotel is one train stop from the airport, which was convenient. It was also very nice to go to Marble beach and just enjoy the beautiful scenery.

Of course, it’s right next to the airport so it’s not a very quiet location with cars and planes in the distance. Also, there is not a ton to do right around the hotel aside from the beach and shopping. It’s perfect if you’re just trying to be by the airport but quite far from Osaka proper for the sites, food, or entertainment.

Shuttle bus service (Even if there is only one person traveling, the bus will take you there.), good location for shopping, good more space room for luggage deposit and good for packing your luggage. I felt that it was a very generous hotel. There were places to rest while waiting for the late night bus and there were several spacious bathrooms even after you checked out. Thank you very much.

The carpet color of the corridor and the atmosphere from the elevator hall to the room looked gloomy and not fresh. The air conditioner was not cool and difficult to adjust to the desired temperature. I had to open the window to help, but I had to close it when I slept because there was the sound of motorcycles revving up on the road all night!! (I wonder where the city officials went)

Stayed one night before my early-morning flight. For someone to use this hotel on arrival, it is just one stop from the airport by train, then the hotel reception is within a few-minute walk, easy to find. The airport shuttle was useful and on time, the hotel staff very helpful, well-mannered, friendly. Pants press and ironing eqipment are provided on every floor, you just have to go and get what you need. Coffee (the per-cup filter coffee, not the sachets of instant coffee), tea (teabag) etc. were offered at the reception as well as in the room, which was good for me as I drink a lot of coffee.

The room I stayed in didn't have a desk though the photos on Booking.com page showed otherwise, a little surprise, because I needed to work with my compuetr while in the room. Also, the airport shuttle from the airport to the hotel only runs after 18:00, it would have been nice if the service had been available, say, all afternoon... Otherwise, a good stay overall.

Airport shuttle super convenient. Location very close to train station with Lawson and FamilyMart in the same building. Staff were attentive and present to help with guiding the automated check-in process. The hotel had various partnerships with local businesses to provide guests with sample products like face masks, hair styling tools, and mattress, which was an interesting experience. Beds were comfortable and room size perfect for a one night stay to catch an early flight the next day.

Room air-conditioning and circulation was a little hard to adjust, we ended up opening the window. Otherwise, no complaints.

Convenient for 1 night stopover after later arrival at Osaka KIX airport, convenient shuttle bus from airport (bus stop S-12 at one end for hotel shuttle buses and not 12 at other end for regular buses) and back to airport in early morning for Haruka Express train to Kyoto (could have also taken train to Kyoto from nearby Rinku Town station but with transfer at Osaka station). Only downside not many places to eat after around 9pm if arrive at night, have to walk about 10 min to Rinku Town outlet mall area. But there is a Family Mart convenience store within hotel, open 24 hrs. Hotels in Japan provide toiletries so don't have to pack them with you.

Stayed for a night only to head to KIX for our flight the next day. It was very luxurious for the price and definitely a super comfortable stay. There is a free shuttle service and both check in and check out are automated but staff is there to assist

The shuttle service is limited for specific timings / reservations. So until and unless they make it more frequent it would be advisable to ask ahead about the shuttle bus timings and planning your journey accordingly. The hotel is about 6-7km away from KIX airport so you either can take a cab from KIX or get off at Rinku Town Station (train) and then walk all the way to the hotel via its bridge walkway

Even though it was an older hotel it was very clean. The courtesy bus from Kansai airport only took 10mins. Very comfortable beds and they upgraded my husband and I to a King sized bed from a small double which was great because my husband is 6’ 1”. Good sized rooms and very quiet! Definitely had soundproofing. Coffee and green tea provided in rooms. Buffet breakfast was varied and delicious - JPY1,800. We stayed one night. Our three young adult daughters had a room next door to ours with three single beds. Very clean bathrooms. Blockout curtains. Very helpful, courteous staff.

There was a free shuttle bus from the airport which was great. The staff were really friendly and polite and there were toiletries that you could chose to take ie. Face cream, soap, razors etc. The room was very clean and functional even though small.

The breakfast only had limited options for the European taste as although I like rice/meat/noodles etc they are too heavy and unusual for breakfast. There was a limited amount of pastries and a pancake machine. The breakfast was included and I was glad I hadn’t paid extra for it.

I had initially doubted whether I had made made the right choice by moving to yet another hotel before our long trip back, but it was so worth it! The room was much bigger than most of the other city hotels we'd stayed at and the bed so so comfy! The check-in and check out processes were super smooth and quick, the staff was helpful and there are also two convenience stores nearby for one more round of snacks and coffee. Once you're checked in, you can reserve the next day shuttle to the airport at the most convenient time and it took us 15 minutes to get to the airport. I'm very glad that, by choosing this hotel, we managed to sleep one hour more before our long flight!

Everything was great!

The closeness to the airport, all the amenities and the beds were comfy. Despite the room situation that I describe in the negative side, the staff did their best to be friendly and helpful (I also assume with the room situation they just did what they could).

I'd booked a double room for myself and my partner but we were 'upgraded' to a twin room, we went to ask about it and were told 'it's a free upgrade you can just push the beds togther'. I assume the room was maybe a bit bigger than a double but otherwise don't see it as an upgrade, also seemed pointless as we were only spending one night there, believe the real reason to be that the double rooms were overbooked.
