Good value for money. The room and bathroom are spacious and clean, and we had a balcony too with huge sliding doors (Executive Deluxe Triple Room). Hand soap, dental kit, shower cap, snacks and drinks can be bought at the reception. Ample public parking in front of hotel. No in-house breakfast available and no eateries in the immediate area ie. in the same block, but you can walk to nearby Petronas convenience store and McDonalds. Short drive to shops and restaurants in Taman Canning area. We had a comfortable no frills stay. Good value for money.

Ez check in. Friendly staff. Most important is comfortable n clean bed n bathroom. Good ac. Over the past few years. I've been staying at this hotel for more than 4 times. Never had an issue till this time when we got a faulty mattress. The housekeeping and front desk attended to our complaint immediately and we got an exchange of mattress within the hour. Awesome service and polite staff and management. Will continue to recommend to friends

Everything about this hotel is excellent. 1. The staff called me beforehand to ensure my arrival time and he switched on the aircond beforehand so the room was already cool when we got there. 2. We were welcomed with such a nice scent of the room. 3. The room is undeniably comfortable for a budget hotel. Even comfortable than most of famous hotel I've been to. 4. Cleanliness was top notch. Definitely will come again whenever we're in Ipoh. Thank you for the great experience.

The family room was spacious. Even the kids room with the bunk bed was well laid out. Location of hotel was great, easy to find and go places. All in all a great stay and will recommend this to families with small children.

1. There was no window for the family room. Hence no natural light. 2. There was no closet in the main bedroom. Only a small cabinet was available in the kids room. The was a clothes hanging rack available but it was above the 'pantry' so if your drinking coffee, the aroma will stick to the clothes.

Not soundproof. No manual check-out period. If you stay longer than 12.30 noon, the system will initiate payment for an overstay. Location quite far from eateries. Only near to gas station (Petronas), McDonalds. Easier for guests with cars. For those who don't, get yourself an e-hailing service for ride/foods.

Room 301 with balcony, but due to location beside main road, a bit noisy even at night. The sliding door for balcony has no soundproof. Other room could be ok.

Nice location. A 5-min walk to next door petrol station McDonald's and a 10-min walk to the coffeeshops down the street from the roundabout. Also convenient between Ipoh Garden and town centre. Literally 12mins drive.

They do not provide toothbrushes and toothpaste. You have to either bring your own or buy them from the reception counter. It's only RM2 for the travel/disposable set.

i like all about the room. a quite big enough for my family room location in front of main door n near the lift and opposite the reception bay location for food stall not too much choice but its okay we are happy good affordable and recommended hotel!

staff is friendly and warmth towards guests. clean room, clean bathroom, spacious area in a room for solat, a sofa for rest. another rack to hang and dry towel outside the bathroom. rail to hang clothes. room seems sound-proofed because we got good quiet sleep at night. vending machine at lobby area (spacious lobby), other extra toiletries at the lobby.

Conveniently located at Canning Garden. It's not far away from town center so it's a good choice for those who prefer to stay at more quiet place. The rooms are clean and feels comfortable to stay. A few cafes and restaurant withing vicinity, even a fast food chain nearby.

It is located at business area there'll be lack of parking lots during the working hours on weekdays. No issues for traveller using public transportation though.
