It’s clean. Comfort and spacious room that i experience.

1. Less choice of breakfast. 2. No heavy protein to go with morning breakfast of nasi lemak (like chicken or fish).

The room was very spacious and clean. We had a little issue with the wardrobe door but it is a small issue. Our room entitled 2 free Night Park tickets so we bought another child ticket at a discounted price from the hotel counter for my son. Breakfast spread all tasted delicious although the choice is not much but it was sufficient.

I wish they served Teh Tarik at breakfast, though.... only have black coffee and white coffee. Tea bags are available to make your own tea. Also it would be nice if got dim sum for breakfast. From the hotel, we have to cross the road and walk across a small carpark to the Night Park entrance & morning breakfast area. There is no shade along the path and if it rains, walking from hotel to theme park and back would be troublesome.

Great package as room comes together with complementary tickets. Location is really within walking distance to the theme park. Quiet room and comfy beds. Furnishing is room is utilitarian but useful. Breakfast spread is quite good with wide selection of Western & local faves. Overall is a very comfortable and relaxing stay

The room upon initial entry is quite hot and has stale smell, but significant improves as it got cooler (good air-conditioning). As it could be expected that most guests would be going to the theme park & hot spring, it would be very much welcome to have some place in the bathroom to hang the wet clothes. Other than that, very happy with the hotel & stay

The room is comfortable with enough space for the kids to run around. Close vicinity to the theme park is also a big plus for us. Love that the room rates also include tickets for Night Park.

Breakfast has quite limited choice of food. The cafe is outside the hotel and about 5 minutes walk away from the hotel (theme park area). It maybe a bit troublesome if it rains in the morning or if you have young children or elderly travelling with you.

Brilliant room! We booked a family suite and were shocked at how big it is! Plenty of room for the kids to play, full size fridge and even a sliding door between the 2 single beds and the double which meant we could watch a film whilst the kids slept without disturbing them. The staff were great and really helpful. Parking is convenient and the check in/out process was efficient and easy. Loved that bathrobes and slippers were provided for use in the room too!

My only complaint would be the shower water pressure was quite soft. Felt like I was showering underneath a dripping tap.

the check in counter is too far from the parking. make sure you look for it before unload all your things. and there is no sign to tell you which room belongs to whic block. there is two block and you will only know once you in the elevator. ohh the discount for the theme park were given in a receipt. such a hassle. they could just provide it with the room access card.

Their family room was spacious and comfortable, they supply good enough towels, shampoo, drinking water and their delicious in-house coffee and milk tea too. We enjoy their good breakfast with opening ceremonies by Sunway Lost World group too. Definitely will come back again when we are free. Definitely good for family and friends come in a big group. Lastly, we really enjoy our fun times in Lost World Water park and their very very interesting small Zoo with full of animals. My kids like it so much.

Guys i will repeat here for sure. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. Lwot just walking distance from the hotel.. the bfast all delicious and every single thing worth every penny. Thanks!

Just for one night the toilet cant flush all the bla bla hahahahah. It was a nightmare for us😂

The frontdesk is good they allowed us to check in at 1+ as we have old folks and the staffs are nice And they managed to get us a connecting room which we are grateful for so that we can take care of the oldies

- no restaurants for dinner unless into the themepark and nothing much to choose there other than the ipoh street food. - and our hotel rate includes a night hot spring which is from 6pm and it started to rain when we just finished with our dinner. End up we did not go for the hot spring but back to our room

Room: Basic, and sufficient. Can improve on cleanliness but overall good. Great experience of a floating villa. Breakfast: Can improve on variety. Taste is good. Well-prepared. Information should be provided on how to check-in at the villa. The guests need to be directed to Sunway Lost World Hotel first. Then wait for the arrangement of the buggy. The staff at Lost World Hotel and The Villa are very helpful and friendly. Thumbs up for them.

Maintenance of the villas. More staff should be allocated at the villa area so that guests will not have to wait for long time for the buggy at evening or night time.
