The complimentary breakfast was excellent, the property was well-maintained, the staff was exceptionally friendly, and the room was inviting.

However, upon our arrival, we noticed that the bathroom floor had not been swept and mopped adequately. Additionally, the carpet could have been vacuumed more thoroughly, particularly along the edges next to the wall.

I traveled with a dog. there is a pet fee and deposit. plenty of parking out back. I think my rate was higher than usual due to staying whilst Taylor swift was in concert in Miami and Boat Show in Ft Lauderdale. Hotel needs some updates but generally clean and in good condition. There is a young man at front desk that I swear lives there lol he is phenomenal and the cleaning ladies all are so nice and polite. Great location for staying in general Hollywood area but not far from Ft. lauderdale for day trips. Beds are not bad.

Rugs are a bit ragged. Need an overhaul. Breakfast is too basic. But area is clean.

Overall the hotel was good. The Room was big enough, bed was super comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. All Staff was really friendly and helpful during our stay. There’s a lot of parking, and gas station just in front and next to the hotel there’s a small plaza with restaurants which was nice. Just 5mins drive to sawgrass mall and other stores.

The breakfast was terrible, we just tried it once and the nexts days went to have breakfast somewhere else. Note that if you book your stay with the “pay at property” option booking might cancel it if you haven’t paid at certain hour through app or made the check-in at property. They should tell you this when you book, cause if you’re traveling you’ll probably have no signal to solve it and have no hotel to stay!

The breakfast was good. I chose scrabbled eggs. Coffee. Coffee was tasty, strong. I liked it. It was steamy hot but not too hot. I observed visitors enjoying 😉. The morning staff very warm. Friendly..I arrived the 18th by accident. I was booked elsewhere. This worked out well..

Not the hotels problem. My credit card declined. The only problem i had, one person checking in a group. Otherwise, I would book here again

Staff is incredibly kind and accommodating. I was there for 4 nights between a move and it was nice to be able to have a safe, clean and comfortable place to spend that time. I needed something printed for my son’s school, and they happily did it for me! Needed more towels, got those right away - didn’t have to wait! All the guests at breakfast were nice and social. It was a nice atmosphere! The location is super convenient to 595, sawgrass mills, Weston. Walking distance to Starbucks, chipotle, Yonutz, and other really great places to eat and shop.

The staff was extremely nice and accommodating. We booked the hotel for a 1 night stay while in town for a hockey game. We were running late and I used the messaging service to let them know and someone got back to me immediately. We had a slight issue with the toilet and someone was there at the door in under a minute. The room furnishings seemed older but everything was comfortable and clean!

No complaints at all. We would definitely stay here again if we are visiting the area.

Conveniently located and easy to find. The staff at the front desk were really welcoming amd friendly. We didn't have any issues, but everytime we spoke to the staff (checkin, asking directions, etc), fromt desk staff were very nice. The room was quite big (which was good, cause we needed to open our suitcases to re-pack).

The design of the hotel (interior, rooms, furniture,etc) is not the most modern: it looked a bit dated. The water in the pool was really cold! :-)

The personnel were very attentive. Particularly, Daniel, at the front desk, was extremely polite. Unfortunately, this is a rare quality to find nowadays. The hotel has a small fitness center with some cardio equipment. Breakfast was included, which was a nice add-on. I think we got a great value for the money we paid.

The location was convenient and the staff was excellent. The building is older so things could use an update, coat of paint, new finishing but the staff keep it clean and tidy. The beds are comfortable and the water had lots of pressure and was hot fast.

The pool needed a clean but with the weather, it would have been tough to keep ahead of the leaves blowing in. Early check in fees were $50, regardless of how early before check in you wanted the room.

The view, the staff, front desk and housekeeping staff. They were so knowledgeable and helpful.

Limited breakfast options. Not an egg or pancake or cereal person. No variety. Waa so disappointed.
