Hotel is newer, with clean rooms, a nice pool, good breakfast and a nice bar. More important, the service was excellent. Shefki was always around to help with anything we needed, and his recommendations were always on point—sent us to great restaurants and beautiful beaches away from the crazy crowds.

Nothing, really. We were on the go (beaches, Butrint, day trip to Corfu) most of the time and were happy hanging by the pool when we were at the hotel, but the room was small—not much room for anything except sleeping and showering. That worked fine for us, but just something to note.

The hotel is perfectly located right in the middle of a multitude of restaurants and bars yet it is set back a little to provide a peaceful environment. The staff are amazing, in particular the young man who mans the accommodation from morning till night. Nothing is too much trouble and he provides useful information regarding transport, restaurants and places of interest The pool area is a little oasis with very comfortable loungers, swing chairs and a jacuzzi. The bar offers a range of hot and cold drinks, cocktails and complimentary water dispenser. The beds are comfortable and the aircon very efficient. The shower is powerful and the bidet a luxury to have! I totally recommend a stay at the NOA Boutique Hotel and would not hesitate to stay there again when we are next in Ksamil.

The room is a little tight for 3 people and we had no bedside table which is a little uncomfortable to place essentials. The wardrobe takes a huge area of the room and there is no place to put suitcases. In the bathroom, there is no space around the sink or under it to place any toiletries either.

We were the first guests of new summer season. Staff were extremely accommodating and friendly as nothing was too much bother. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Extremely good value for money.

Although the bathroom is very modern and clean, there was no space around the sink for toiletries and likewise in the shower. Aircon system worked however we were unable to change the setting (we did not mention this to staff as the original setting was overall fine for our needs).

We loved everything about this hotel. In addition to being new, opened this year, the owner is very kind and friendly. You have access to the pool, towels are provided for the sunbeds and the bar is open from 10 am to 10 pm. Breakfast is served on the terrace and is quite diverse. Right at the exit of the hotel there is a restaurant-grill that has very good food, nearby you can find a well-stocked supermarket, pharmacies, ATMs. The nearest beach is a 4-5 minute walk away, being a beach with clear water and no waves. I recommend with confidence!

We loved that the hotel was located within walking distance to most of the prime beaches in the area. Several restaurants, beach bars and clubs are a stone throw away. The hotel is quite new and has a lovely pool with sun beds and a bar. The staff were so kind and hospitable, by far the best treatment we’ve had. They were always available, accommodating and suggested a lot of good places to try. Breakfast was included and was a good spread. We had a room which was spacious and had a balcony overlooking the pool.

Everybody working at Noa Boutique was extremely helpful, welcoming and friendly! Very nice breakfast, clean and silent rooms and a nice swimming pool. We got a lot of help with everything we asked. It was so good we even wanted to book another night, but the hotel was fully booked (you wouldn't think it was full since the atmosphere at the hotel is so chilled). Would definitely recommend!

No problems at all

Incredible nice service, the breakfast was delicious and you can get drinks there at night as well. It’s around 8 minutes away from the beach so you can easily walk there. Had a lot of nice conversations, super friendly and really informative. Also if you have any questions or if you need something, you will get all the support you need! Thanks a lot for this great stay - I highly enjoyed it and would recommend it!

The staff is incredible! They went above and beyond to ensure we had a lovely time at the hotel. The hotel manager helped us with a transfer to and from the port, they instructed us on how to get around and see the historical sites and gave us restaurant and bar recommendations (which were all amazing)

The room was quite small and the bathroom is not really fit for women travelling (there's no sink space), there's also not a full sized mirror in the room.

We were completely happy with our stay. The staff is very friendly, welcoming and helpful, the location is great (close to shops, restaurants & the beach), the rooms are modern, newly refurbished and with nice balconies, the pool was a dream anyway to relax and the breakfast buffet was varied and delicious. Of all the boutique hotels I've ever stayed in, this was one of the best (and I've travelled a lot). A big thank you to the team and hope to see you again soon, you made our stay in Ksamil awesome.

The property is new, clean and very close to the beach. Staff is very friendly, welcoming and extremely warm. Very relaxed atmosphere and extremely relaxing. We were treated with respect and everyone was very kind. Rooms were cleaned daily and bedding and towels changed daily. We had a very comfortable stay and we are planning our return in September.

Everything was clean and well maintained. Pool was clean and water temperature perfectly balanced with the weather.
