Friendly and helpful staff and fair price for the quality of the place - it's an old and very dignified hotel that holds its charm very well. Single room had shower AND bathtub (though shower wasn't really functional) and a lovely balcony. There's a restaurant and a simple bar - we ate outside, but a bar was great for a nightcap. The room was really spacious and cosy, one of the best single rooms I've stayed at. Several restaurants some 5-minute walk away.

There's a free parking, but it's rather small. If filled, municipal or paid parking has to be used. The shower head in the shower wasn't functioning in any of its modes, so I had to take a shower seated in bath. Coffee at breakfast needs to be ordered from staff, but it's still done with a coffee machine and it's not very good. Other than that, it's a lovely place.

In the meanwhile we have become almost regular guests at the hotel and are super happy every time we visit. Specially the spa area in the garden is really amazing. Personally I absolutely love the retro interior and all the old pictures hanging around the corridors. The place breathes of history and you feel the homey family run style.

We have nothing major to complain about. In my opinion the mountain hotel with the 3* and a rather retro interior style does reflect the quality of services they offer. You get what you expect and there are no surprises which is fair. Very happy to visit again next year.

Excellent facilities, with access to Spa and outdoor pool. Great breakfast . The complex is very interesting, two buildings connected via underground access. I booked very last minute and there was only a single room left, but the room size was good and the bed was actually a lot larger than I expected with a small seating area too. Free shuttle ski bus provided to the gondola, and a nice little unexpected gift on departure.

Not enough pillows. I guess this is swiss style though.

Our room had a lovely view and was spacious with balcony outside. The bedroom and adjoining bathroom were clean and welcoming even if the decor was a bit dated. Breakfast was limited to continental breakfast, but had lots of choice. The restaurant had lovely views over Flims, which looked especially beautiful in the evening. We didn't use the wellness facilities, but the outdoor pool looked most inviting. It is heated so you can swim in it even in winter. The hotel manager and staff were kind and helpful. Hotel bus drove us to the Bergbahn. Also a local bus stops directly opposite the hotel.

It would have been nice to have coffee/tea making facilities in the room. Simple powdered coffee would have done, no need for Nespresso. The evening meal was beautifully presented, but the veg was sometimes over cooked. Choice was good though.

The different chalets/locations, the beautiful pool area and its surroundings with various books to discover, the staff were very friendly. The location is great and we definitely want to come back.

The mattress was too soft and saggy for our liking. There weren't any adequate pingpong paddles or pingpong balls. We cleaned the pingpong table ourselves. It would be great if the pingpong equipment was maintained.

I am satisfied with our stay in Hotel Cresta. We stayed to one of their Chalets/Villas infront of a charming church with picturesque view of houses/chalets, mountains and alps. The surrounding is beautiful, clean and majestic. Well decorated with roman statues, beautiful tress and flowers. I feel like im in a fairytale. The personnel/staffs are very accommodating, attentive and friendly. They have parking area, saunas and fitness room. The swimming pools are superb. The breakfast was great too.I definite go back here.

We came to Cresta already third year. Location is good in very calm place but easy to get to center and ski-lift. Outdoor pool and saunas are very nice. Breakfast and dinner were good. We were with little baby and found even playing zone with kitchen and a lot of good toys. Staff is kind. Will be happy return again.

My husband complained about pillows which were very soft.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Restaurant for breakfast and half-board evening meal was great. The Spa, with a heated outdoor pool was a nice bonus. Quiet area of Flims with easy access to Caumasee, Flims Dorf and the gondala station. Perfect location for the local hikes.

The standard pillows were not that comfortable. Easily resolved by asking at reception for some better ones.

Stayed in the single economy room - in a separate house. And I really liked it. You have a feeling of a village house at your grandparents, simple and cosy. This is something I was looking for. :) Dinner and breakfast are good, but nothing special. It was good value for money

We liked the location. Facilities: excellent spa and pool area! Just amazing! Beautiful garden. Perfect place to come as a couple or with kids. Very friendly people working there. We enjoyed very much

I did not like that hotel does not have a la card restaurant. Food in the half board did not correspond to my taste. I would prefer to pay more for the quality.
