modern clean rooms

I messaged them the day before arriving to ask if I had to check in at the petrol station.I received no reply.On the day of arrival I rang them to say I would be arriving at 9pm.The lady said she would make a note of this and pass it on so I assumed there would be somebody at reception.On arrival we were met by a notice on the door to check in at the petrol station!Why they do not tell people is beyond me as it is not a problem if you know!As it was we had to walk down the hill and back up again.We are 70 years old for gods sake!

I was in town to visit family and friends and needed a central location for a few days. Serways had the best deal for a hotel and it turned out to be an excellent pick: Rooms are modern and the location is very convenient with access to the A3 motorway. I asked for a quiet room facing towards the city and the staff delivered and I had an excellent sleep there during my time. Will come back next time I am in town for sure.

Comfortable

Cleaning not up to par. No wiping of counters, no washing/changing of drinking glasses. Empty hand soap container all week.

The breakfast was the best I’ve experienced when travelling. The meal I had in service station was beautifully presented As good as a classy restaurant.

The only improvement would be teamaking facilities in the room.

Shower was fabulous. Room was very clean. Checking in staff member was very polite and informative. Perfect place for an overnight stay when travelling.

Could have maybe had a kettle and tea/coffee facilities.

Good value and location for what we needed

No staff on site other than the cleaners for a few hours a day, no way of communicating issues on site

For the price the the breakfast was very good. Room very quiet although right near the motorway, spotlessly clean ànd. comfy bed.

It was difficult to know how to book in when we arrived at 3pm.

Lots of parking spaces, quiet even though lots of truck drivers spending nights in close proximity.

Got a message, that if I was to arrive "very late" that I would let the staff know. Did not know that after 8PM was considered very late and still had to go down to the gas station to check in (which in itself was not a problem).

quiet location, close to motorway, super clean and comfortable room with hairdryer

no kettle /tea coffee making facilities ,or English tv channels, at the moment the services are in the middle of major roadworks and some junctions were shut making access awkward

The room was very comfortable and the soundproofing was amazing, you are right next to the motorway but you can't hear it. The room was air-conditioned which was great for us as we had a long motorbike ride to get there on a very hot day. We didn't bother buy the breakfast but we did go the petrol station to eat as we wanted our own choice of food. A nice stroll into the town/village and there is a really nice resturant 'Zur Letzten Träne' which has very good food. Would definately stay here again

Not seeing any staff as there is no reception, having to go to the petrol station to collect the room key, just felt a bit clincal but it was only a transit overnight stay and maybe I'm being a little harsh?
