Room was very nicely spaced, very clean and felt cozy. The location right next to the Rhine river was very nice. Calm and peaceful. The town deserves a walk as well. It is old and beautiful in its own way. Staff is excellent. Especially, the receptionist. Coming from Italy she was warm and welcoming which is in stark contrast to the rather cold and distant demeanor from the German speaking world. Unfortunately for you, she will most likely be gone when you read this (all the best to you!). The breakfast is average but the dinner options at the restaurant are excellent.

The hotel - and it's rooms - needs a fresh paint and the interior needs an update. It is very 90s. The shower within the bath tub (again very 90s) was not tall enough. I prefer a simple walk-in shower.

The view on the Rhein was fantastic, also walking in the town centre. We didn't choose the hotel breakfast, but we ate in the evening in the hotel restaurant, which was excellent. I chose the half portion option for the main course, but even this was too big, after the really rich starters.

The hotel free wifi was poor, we could somehow connect, but the connection was really bad, there's a lot of room for improvement in this field.

Location was excellent, there was a storage room for our bikes, rooms were goo with direct view on the river and bridge. Breakfast was excellent. Staff at reception and in the restaurant and breakfast room were pro actively and very friendly.

Would be great if in future, the windows have mosquito net to keep them open during the night and listen to the river.

The staff was extremely helpful in providing gluten free and lactose free breakfast options. The location is fantastic with view over the Rhine. The room was small but the balcony was very much appreciated. A nice place/location to relax. This hotel is on my top list to come back next year.

Everything was fantastic!

My lovely single room had a cute balcony overlooking the Rhine. I fell asleep with the balcony door open listening to the sound of the water. The staff were very friendly and I was able to get my slightly awkward request for decaff oat milk coffee and a second coffee offered with ease shortly afterwards. So happy I made the choice to have this last minute stay!

Would have liked air conditioning in the room.

ON Your Booking Window ; you say that " The price is 90 CHF per night and with bold characters "KAHVALTI DAHİL" (means Breakfast included) " BUT the Hotel says, "NO, not included, and 15 CHF please ... " I sent message to you twice but NO ANSWER... Should I be more carefull about your Mentions ???

The location of the hotel is very convenient, on the local commercial street and is close to the river Rhein. The view of the hotel is nice.

The cleaning personal was just come into the room at 8 am before I react to say no and even at 7.30 on Saturday to knock the door, which is unusual to me!!!

Good smart hotel, nice big clean room with a great view of the river Rhine. Nice restaurant downstairs, a bit more expensive than most but good food and a very good choice of Swiss wines (which we wanted to try as we were in Switzerland).

Nothing major - could do with USB sockets in the rooms but that's about all.

The location was perfect. The suite was spacious, tidy, and clean.. The breakfast is great. The staff is very attentive and friendly and always with a smile.

It was so hot during our stay. There is no aircon in the room.

The single room and bathroom were small, simple but impeccably clean. The location was very convenient. The staff was really polite and helpful, finding a solution to any situation. It was also nice to have the window overlooking the Seine River.
