The location is perfect. Right in front of the sea. We stayed one night. Unfortunately the weather was bad and we didn’t get the chance to enjoy the beach. The breakfast was ok, with a good choices of fruits. There was dinner (buffet) served in the hotel, which was ok as well. Not great but good enough.

I asked for a double bed and got two single beds put together. When asked at the reception, was told that this was the double bed for two. There was a noise in our room coming from an exterior ventilation and when asked at the reception was told that it’s normal and it will stop soon. It did but very late and it started again in the morning. We stayed one night, it would’ve been nice to have a good rest. We had a room with the sea view but we got only a tiny view of the sea from the side. It was end of april and there were other possibilities available, unfortunately we were not offered a different option. No warm blankets, in spring with bad weather the room was very cold I had to sleep with my clothes on. I expected a better experience in this hotel.

Very comfortable and quiet place to relax. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast and dinner was fine, there was always something tasty to find. We stayed in September so you could see that the season is almost over, it wasn’t crowded at the pool area, beach or bar. We loved that. There’s a bar outside, just between the beach and the pool with great choice of drinks and lunches. The train station is just next to the hotel which makes it easy to explore Barcelona or Girona. We definitely recommend that hotel for those who want to relax, enjoy the sound of a sea and from time to time go someplace else.

Hotel is very nice furnished, has the open lounge/pool space...very convenient. Location is good...based on 1st line, beach is very close.Hotel has 2 beaches. Rooms are nicely decorated, facilities and sauna area are good...there are 3 internal pools with different water temperature, sauna is very hot what is fantastic. The view from balcony is very nice...sea view just beautiful! Restaurant is nicely decorated, good service and food is good...I enjoyed by everything. The chef cooking the dinners in the open space every evening. Live music at the bar in evenings.

As we only had an overnight stay, we couldn’t use the facilities. Beach front hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and nice at the reception.

Not very clean room, there were shower gel pack left in the bathroom, shower not very clean. We could not open the window as the balcony next to us there was guest constantly smoking and the fumes were going to our room. Breakfast could be served earlier.

Great location in between two very busy section of hotels, so it was close to a lot of beach activities, restaurants and shops, but no loud or crazy outside the hotel. Loved the beach restaurant, but the majority of the food is only available until 6pm. Snacks and drinks after. Loved the ambience and pool. Loved being right on the beach. Loved close access to the train. The people were very kind and accomodating.

Limited food after 6pm unless you opted for the buffet. The spa was lovely, but we could not figure out how to access it and never saw anyone using it. Rooms were small for 4 people.

Sea view. Comfortable bed, balcony. I was in Santa Suzanna for a music festival and spent mist of my time there. I didn't use many of Caprici's facilities. P

There were scraps of dirt and crumbs under the bed, presumably they hadn't cleaned there. They did after a couple of days though.

Sea views, location to beach and train station. Big comfortable bed and good air con. Friendly staff

Not enough vegetarian food

Had a wonderful stay at Caprici Beach resort with my husband. Was welcomed by the smiling faces at the front reception and overall staff is very good. I did request for a beach facing (front side room) and I'm glad that I got one. The view from the room was breath taking. The hotel has everything you need - A nice buffet breakfast with lots of varieties ( i felt veg options were less though), an outside bar that plays live music in evening and serves amazing drinks and a very nice swimming pool where you can relax when not on the beach. My stay was just 1 night but I felt I should have stayed more. Will definitely visit it again.

I really like the location, the quietness, and the friendly service at breakfast and dinner. The food was very good. The salad bar was excellent.

It is very sad that food is stolen at breakfast in large quantities.😮‍💨😑

I was there with my family for the first time and enjoyed it very much. The hotel is located by the sea in a quiet place, pet friendly. Staff very nice and polite, rooms clean, food good and super music in the evening. I recommend this hotel, for sure we will return there.
