The hotel is absolutely beautiful The staff is extremely professional kind and helpful. I want to thank the Concierge department They are so nice and professional Special thanks to Mr. Alexandros, this man is so great! Every single day he helped us from all his heart and arranged anything we needed with compassion and a beautiful smile, he absolutely made our vacation more special! The front desk staff was kind and professional and spoke great English. The cleaning staff were great!! Our room was spotless. The waiters were very special nice hard working individual's. The property is Amazing clean and safe. The tree's around the property are absolutely special and unique. The best hotel we have ever stayed at.

Great pet friendly hotel. A bed and food recipients for my Jack Russell dog was provided by the hotel, to my room, before the arrival. They even upgraded our both rooms to ground floor suites with direct access to the beautiful garden, just perfect for a walk with my dog. Breakfast is delicious, with plenty of choices and fresh food. Also, Ambrosia restaurant exceeded our expectations!! They have a very good chef and a very interesting menu with traditional greek meals but cooked in a modern version. Unfortunately we’ve stayed only one night in our way to Lefkada but Hyatt will be my always my first choice !

The breakfast in the restaurant runs like clockwork! It’s impeccably delicious and the variety of flavours on offer is just fabulous! All of the breakfast staff were so polite and helpful. The reception staff and the concierge in particular went above and beyond for us! A fabulous hotel for a short stay.

Some of the lobby bar staff were rude at times, preferring to wait on customers who had obvious riches! Also, the indoor pool, although newly reopened, was cold and slightly grubby. For a 5 star resort, I expected a nicer experience.

The hotel's location is perfect and very comfortable. The noise from the airport is only from time to time and very limited. The parking is very big with a lot of spots as currently there're expanding it. The spots infront of the hotel are concierge maintained. The rooms are 25 years old however our room was very comfortable with noce size, with comfortable bed, all expected accessories form a 5 star hotel. Big bathroom with a shower and a bathtub. As we were with a 1 kilo yorkie our room was with direct access to the garden park. What about the garden - perfectly maintained park with different kind of trees and bushes, 2400 metres of a signed jogging path and many game facilities. A tennis courts are present. The swimming pool is a beautiful masterpiece with a lot of sunbeds and bar served. The restaurant at breakfast is without missing a thing. The menu for lunch and dinner is full with outstanding meals, no chance for a mistake. The personal is very professional, smiled and friendly. Direct transfer to/from the casino facilities. Highly recommended and hope to visit soon again.

Comfortable room and great swimming pool area. Very good breakfast with several nice a la carte options and good coffee. Friendly check in staff.

Some of the waitstaff at the poolside restaurant are borderline rude, and this reflects poorly on an otherwise pleasant experience. This is our second year visiting, and second year we experience the same treatment at that venue.

I am a frequent guest at this hotel and since I was here a year ago there has been a stunning refurbishment of the furniture. The hotel now looks very modern. There’s also been an improvement to the pool area where you can order your food directly through a QR code that is on the umbrella. I also felt that the food was taken up a notch. Also always rate this hotel very highly and now it’s beyond exceptional. As always, the staff are amazing!

Shuttle buses between the airport and hotel, and between the hotel and the city were extremely useful for people on a time-limited visit. Room was FANTASTIC. Really large, very comfortable with a very nicely equipped bathroom. One of the best hotel rooms I have stayed in. Staff were great, room service and food was top-notch. Nothing to fault there. Really fantastic hotel for a stopover near the airport.

Shuttle buses, despite being very useful, could be been more clearly explained ahead of time, including things like timetables in order to better plan the visit. The location, whilst advantageous with the shuttle buses, isn't really convenient to reach on foot.

Beautifully designed, very clean hotel with huge swimming pool and spacious rooms in excellent condition. Food and breakfast were fantastic. The guests could see amazing paintings and sculptures of local artists in the lobby of hotel. Outdoor movie with pop corn was great idea. Shuttle service to city center and airport. Hotel is close to Waterworld and to Anel Honey park. Our kids loved the visit to hairdresser in this hotel who helped them to create magical colors in their hair. People who work in this hotel do great job to keep this hotel close to perfection. They managed to create a magical atmosphere in this hotel where you can feel and enjoy Mediterranean way of living. We enjoyed every second of our stay in this hotel.

It’s a big hotel, with its own territory, outside / inside pools, spa and sport facilities. It is out of the city - nearest anything is 10-15 minutes drive. But for those traveling to Athos and airport the location is best.

Facilities are a bit tired. Carpets / furniture a bit smelly. Some wouldn’t notice, but for picky ones like me it’s not 100% ok. Breakfast is not what you would expect from Hyatt. Very little veggie / salad choices. Quality of the rest of the food is 7/10. You need to run around looking for a waiter to order coffee / eggs. The waiter (or the cook) don’t know what “over easy” means - better to explain.

The staff are all friendly; everyone from the housekeepers to the front desk. There is a 2km running path around the property that is quite beautiful. everyone welcomed my dog and she had a great visit. The Regency Club was well run, my room was quiet. Breakfast is delivered to the table and is in a beautiful location. I will return.
