Location was fantastic. Staff are all responsive and friendly. Great value for money. Near local bars and bakeries that were all good. Easy to walk everywhere. Washing machine is a great addition but no where to hang clothes.

Hot water runs out very quickly, both of us could not take quick showers one after the other. The rod holding shower head was very loose and broken. Hanging rods above washing machine broken and not there so nowhere to hang washed clothes. Little ventilation unless windows open but then we get mozzie bites. Sheets were very clean but not sure about blankets. Though these are all little things that we managed with.

The location is perfect, the old town is 10 min walk only. The room-apartment it is ok for the price, missing stuff for the kitchen. You can get a parking spot for 15 €/day in the property. The surrounding is really quiet. Supermarket, cafe, bars really close.

There are no pans, pots or strainer to cook when the apartment has a small cooker. Missing rubbish bags and the price for the parking in the property is excessive.

Located close to the centre of Split, really good for walking and exploring the town. Simple room which is exactly what we wanted. Had a small kitchenette which is great if you want to save money on food, although we did not use it as there are lots of great restaurants nearby.

Nothing, it was exactly as described. The room is simple but everything works perfectly (including the air con which is essential!). Fast wifi.

Clean, easy to reach, and better than expected, Villa Spalatina exceeded my expectations, contrary to some negative reviews. The washing machine was a great bonus.

The only challenge was parking; free spaces are limited, and private slots cost around 15 EUR a day. Fortunately, we found a free spot after waiting 10 minutes and used taxis to get around Split. This parking issue is common across Croatia and not specific to this hotel.

I arrived early and the hosts made it fairly easy to check in early. Nonna was lovely even though we didn't speak the same language. It was a clean bright room.

Not their problem but you need to be a mountain goat to walk the 500 metres staright up from the port...but i did it...no mean feat with 20 kgs of luggage and me approaching 70! Wifi not the best! Also not their problem but Ubers in Makarska are useless even when you do reserve them. I did reserve, was assigned a driver, and then just before the allotted time, there were no drivers available...xx

The apartment is easy to reach driving into Split. The road itself was fully parked and had no parking spaces left. You can pay an additional fee to use the parking spot right next door to the apartment. Access was easy, the room is clean although somewhat dated. There is a small kitchen, fridge and AC and the rooms were large enough.

Very cute little room we stayed in. One massive positive was that our room had a washing machine which we weren't expecting. About 20 - 30 min walk to the beach, otherwise 4 minute walk to the bus stop which takes you to the beach !

Great location, close to the OldTown (10 minutes walk). There was also a car parking what was essential for us (it is not easy to find a car park in reasonable price in that area).

Room could have some renovation and deep cleaning. Road to the car parking is very narrow (i know - it's not fault of the Flat owner) but better rent a small car to get there :)

The location of Villa Spalatina is fantastic, with easy access to the city center and local attractions. The room was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The kitchenette was well-equipped, making it convenient for a short stay.

Nothing everything was good condition

5-6 min walk from the city with free parking near the property. Totally worth it.

People tend to block your car by parking on your way out. If that happens, talk to the host and they can help you out.
