- Goran was an excellent host, he was always very quick to answer and communicate whenever we needed something. He was very accommodating and flexible. - The room (room 3) was modern, clean and the a/c worked pretty well considering we were there during a heatwave. Bathroom and shower was also spacious. - Location was also quite ideal, a 10 minute walk to the old city.

- Maybe we weren’t aware and didn’t ask, but bathroom towels were put in the main hall at a specific time. By the time we got back to the room in the evening, the other guests had already taken all of them and there was none left for us each time. However, it was not that big of a deal and think it had more to do with the guests that were staying there.

The design and service. Really easy check-in. For the design, all details felt and looked great. I really appreciate it when my room has proper doorhandles, cozy lights and solid powersockets and buttons. Also, the room can be 99% blacked out, so no sleep masks needed of you're sensitive to light with sleeping like me.

The boiler in the bathroom made some very weird noises when it was heating up, I think maybe time for a maintenence round for this. Disclaimer: YOU DON'T HEAR THIS IN THE BEDROOM AT ALL! So don't let it put you off. Next thing also very minor and shouldn't annoy anyone: The LED strip near the boiler was at the end of it's life. Sometimes it blinks for a second and then goes off again. The weird noise and flickering light were a bit of a weird combo if you just watched a scary movie. Would be best if this just gets fixed. It's one of the 2 decorative LED's (the shortest one in the corner) and the main bathroom lighting is actually very nice. The AC was a little bit smelly when we just turned it on, but it got better a few hours later.

- The location. It. Took less than 10 minutes to walk to the old town. We were very close to restaurants and supermarkets too. - The apartment was lovely and comfortable. The bed was firm but very comfortable. The shower was powerful and there was a fridge in the room too. The AC worked well. - The host communicated via WhatsApp which was very useful.

- It is an apartment block and one neighbour played music into the night. This was by no means in Industrial Design's control - just be aware...and bring your ear plugs! - The bike in the room takes up unnecessary space.

The room was as shown in pictures - unique and quirky decor. It was a good size and the bed was comfortable. Goran kept in touch and was quick to respond to queries - even though he was out of town. We did have an issue with a broken door handle and leaky toilet, but these didn't affect our stay and Goran was quick to make arrangements to sort the issues out. The location was good as it was away from the noise of the town but close enough to walk there easily.

It would have been nice to have a mirror in the main room (there was only 1 and it was in the bathroom which was quite dim lighting) not so good for applying make up! An iron and ironing board would be a bonus in the room as well.

Perfect, location is perfect, very close to main old town area, local restaurant around corner, food market/shop nearby..

No even a little sing outside on the resident building.. So if you think that is something not right, you lost or you are in wrong location.. Don't worry, you are in right place!!! Its a self check- in system , you must contact host before arrival, to get instructions, no one is waiting you in "reception" (actually is no reception) Read all emails carefully, as they look as standard confirmation emails, and no one read it to the end.. To get extra info from host.

the room is nice and modern, which we like. the bed is comfortable and the shower really nice. the host was flexible with our late check out, which was much appreciated. it's just a short walk to the city center.

the room is rather dark because not much sunlight comes in through the windows. we also missed spaces to hang some of our stuff like towels and jackets.

Perfect location ,very clean and great wifi with NetflixS.

Missing touches for the price point e.g no instant coffee or coffee machine , tea, full length mirror , no clothes hangers , no iron and no tourist info.

Location is perfect, the host is so nice and thoughtful, no need to wait for someone to open the property there are codes that host is sending by WhatsApp which is really convenient. The property looks the same as at photos, everything is pretty new and clean. Really good deal!

Very cool industrial style room in a great location within a 10 minute walk from the old Town. Instructions for accessing the apartment were very clear and concise with great reaction time from the body considered we booked last minute.
